Perkembangan mobile commerce dalam bidang travel sudah berkembang semakin marak, namun performa aplikasi mobile maskapai masih tertinggal dibandingkan online travel agent. Studi literatur dilakukan untuk mengetahui variabel apa yang mempengaruhi minat penggunaan aplikasi mobile maskapai. Kemudian, variabel tersebut dinilai dan dipilih oleh 7 orang ahli. Variabel laten dan indikator yang telah dinilai oleh ahli kemudian diuji menggunakan metode SEM Structural Equation Modeling dan Importance-Performance. Hasil pengujian model SEM terhadap 400 pengguna menghasilkan nilai yang dirasakan dan kegunaan yang dirasakan pelanggan sebagai variabel yang mempengaruhi minat penggunaan secara langsung dan positif. Hasil analisis Importance- Performance menghasilkan indikator yang perlu dilakukan perbaikan oleh perusahaan adalah kecepatan waktu akses, kebebasan akan error, kecepatan proses pemesanan tiket, kelengkapan dan keterbaruan informasi dalam aplikasi.

ABSTRACT<>br> The development of mobile commerce in the field of travel has grown more rapidly, but the performance of airline mobile applications are still lagging behind the online travel agent. The literature study was conducted to find out what factors influence intention to use airline mobile applications. Then, these factors were assessed and selected by 7 experts. The latent variables and indicators that have been assessed by the expert are then tested using SEM Structural Equation Modeling and Importance Performance Analysis. The result of SEM model of 400 users produces perceived value and perceived usefulness as the variables that have positive direct effect on intention to use. The result of Importance Performance Analysis produces indicators that still need improvement by the company are the speed of access time, freedom of error, speed of ticket booking process, completeness and up to date information on the mobile application.
