Ketiga, saya menyarankan sistem bonus yang sesuai dengan ciri-ciri dan kebutuhan perusahaan ini.

ABSTRACTThis paper discussed the application of Balanced Scorecard in professional serviced firm, specifically an accounting firm named Smith Jones LLP. The first part of this paper explains the meaning of "Professional Serviced Firm", the second part is the construction of thorough Balanced Scorecard customized for the needs and situation of Smith & Jones LLP. Lastly, I suggested the more suitable reward systems for partners of the firm. "
