Abstrak :
Dalam tesis ini mengukur efektivitas pelaksanaan supervisi akademik oleh pengawas sekolah di SMA Negeri 2 Bantaeng berdasarkan persepsi guru. Permasalahan yang terjadi di SMA Negeri 2 Bantaeng adalah tidak berjalannya pelaksanaan supervisi akademik oleh pengawas rumpun mata pelajaran, sehingga supervisi akademik dilaksanakan oleh pengawas pembina. Tujuannya adalah untuk menganalisis efektivitas pelaksanaan supervisi akademik oleh pengawas sekolah di SMA Negeri 2 Bantaeng menurut persepsi guru. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 58 orang guru. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa pelaksanaan supervisi akademik oleh pengawas sekolah di SMA Negeri 2 Bantaeng kurang efektif menurut persepsi guru. ......In this thesis measure the effectiveness of academic supervision by school Supervisor in SMA Negeri 2 Bantaeng by teachers perceptions. The aim is to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of academic supervision by school Supervisors as perceived by teachers. The method used is descriptive quantitative by the number of respondents were 58 teachers. The conclusion from this study is that the implementation of academic supervision by school supervisor in SMA Negeri 2 Bantaeng less effective as perceived by teachers.
