"Masalah kesehatan anak usia sekolah membutuhkan perhatian dalam penanggulangannya. Salah satunya dengan meningkatkan partisipasi guru dalam pelaksanaan program UKS dan usaha kesehatan siswa di sekolah yang komprehensif. Pelaksanaan program UKS di sekolah belum memperhatikan ekspektasi guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi hubungan ekspektasi dan karakteristik guru dengan pelaksanaan program UKS tingkat sekolah dasar di Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat. Desain penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif non-eksperimental dengan jenis korelasional. Penentuan responden dilakukan dengan accidental sampling dengan jumlah sampel 227 guru. Analisis dilakukan dengan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan yang bermakna antara ekspektasi guru dengan pelaksanaan program UKS di sekolah dasar (p = 0.039). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam pelaksanaan program UKS sebaiknya memperhatikan ekspektasi guru sehingga didapatkan hasil lebih optimal.

Health problems of school age children require attention in overcoming them. One of them is by increasing teacher participation in the comprehensive UKS program and student health efforts in schools. The implementation of the UKS program in schools is still far below teacher expectations. The implementation of the UKS program has so far not paid attention to needs through teacher expectations. Teachers are still oriented towards academic achievement without seeing the causes of problems with academic achievement related to children's health. This study aims to identify the relationship between teacher expectations and the implementation of the UKS program at the elementary school level in Pontianak, West Kalimantan. The design of this research is non-experimental quantitative with correlational type. Respondents were determined by accidental sampling with a sample size of 227 teachers. The analysis was performed using the chi square test and multiple logistic regression. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between teacher expectations and the implementation of the UKS program in elementary schools (p = 0.039). This shows that in implementing the UKS program, it is better to pay attention to teacher expectations so that optimal results can be obtained."

"Stroke merupakan penyebab utama kematian di seluruh dunia dan penyakit kedua penyebab kematian di Indonesia yang berpengaruh terhadap meningkatnya beban biaya kesehatan negara termasuk rehabilitasi paska stroke serta meningkatnya beban dan stress pelaku rawat. Fenomena ini semakin kompleks karena disebabkan multifaktor. Pencegahan stoke dapat dilakukan dengan mengontrol faktor resiko, peningkatan koping dan efikasi melalui peran dan dukungan keluarga dan komunitas. Tujuan   penulisan   ini   adalah   untuk   memberikan   gambaran penerapan program GPS Lansia dalam asuhan keperawatan keluarga dan komunitas. Sampel sebanyak 32 pelaku rawat dan 10 keluarga binaan di Kelurahan Curug Kota Depok. Inovasi program GPS Lansia merupakan integrasi dari intervensi keperawatan pendidikan kesehatan mengenai stroke, pemantauan nilai tekanan darah, gula darah dan kolesterol sebagai kontrol faktor resiko; latihan rentang gerak dan aktivitas berorientasi pada tugas yang pelaksanaan oleh lansia pasca stroke diawasi oleh pelaku rawat, pembentukan self help group dan support group bersama kader. Program GPS Lansia terdiri dari 12 sesi (1 sesi setiap minggu) dengan kunjungan rumah sebagai evaluasi program pada lansia paska stroke. Hasil penerapan program menunjukan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mengenai stroke, faktor resiko (TD, GDS dan kolesterol) terkontrol, peningkatan tingkat kemandiran keluarga merawat lansia dan kemandirian lansia dalam melakukan aktivitas serta peningkatan koping dan efikasi pelaku rawat. Hasil tersebut merekomendasikan agar perawat komunitas dapat melakukan pengembangan program yang inovatif dengan menggunakan strategi intervensi GPS Lansia sebagai intervensi yang komprehensif dalam mencegah stroke berulang pada tatatan komunitas dan keluarga.

Stroke is the leading cause of death worldwide and the second leading cause of death in Indonesia which affects the increasing burden of state health costs, including post-stroke rehabilitation and the increasing burden and stress of caregivers. This phenomenon is increasingly complex because it is caused by multiple factors. Stroke prevention can be done by controlling risk factors, increasing coping and efficacy through the role and support of families and communities. The purpose of this paper is to provide an overview of the application of the GPS Lansia program in family and community nursing care. The sample consisted of 32 caregivers and 10 assisted families in Curug Village, Depok City. The innovation of the GPS Lansia program is an integration of nursing interventions for health education regarding stroke, monitoring blood pressure, blood sugar and cholesterol values ​​as risk factor controls; range of motion exercises and task-oriented activities carried out by the elderly after stroke supervised by caregivers, the formation of self-help groups and support groups with cadres. The GPS Lansia program consists of 12 sessions (1 session per week) with home visits as a program evaluation for the elderly after stroke. The results of the program implementation showed an increase in knowledge and skills regarding stroke, controlled risk factors (BP, GDS and cholesterol), an increase in the level of family independence in caring for the elderly and the independence of the elderly in carrying out activities as well as an increase in the coping and efficacy of caregivers. These results recommend that community nurses can develop innovative programs using the GPS Lansia intervention strategy as a comprehensive intervention in preventing recurrent stroke in community and family settings."
