"ABSTRAKBisnis e-commerce diprediksi akan terus tumbuh secara pesat di Indonesia. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai kinerja proses pengiriman pada bisnis e-commerce di PT. ASL. Analisis dan evaluasi kinerja disusun dengan menggunakan model Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) yang dikembangkan oleh Supply Chain Council (SCC). Atribut kinerja yang digunakan adalah atribut reliability dengan penilaian terhadap keberhasilan pengiriman (cepat dan tepat) dan responsiveness yang menilai ketanggapan dalam pengiriman. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada salah satu klien dari PT. ASL yang memiliki volume sales order terbesar, yaitu klien G. Hasil dari analisis menyimpulkan bahwa kinerja pada proses pengiriman produk klien G di PT. ASL masih kurang baik karena belum sesuai dengan target perusahaan, sehingga diperlukan perbaikan dan peningkatan pada beberapa aktivitas dalam proses pengiriman yang menjadi sumber permasalahan, seperti pada aktivitas pick and pack dan pengiriman produk oleh kurir PT. ASL.

ABSTRACTE-commerce is predicted will continue to grow rapidly in Indonesia. This study discusses the performance of the delivery performance in e-commerce at PT. ASL. Analysis and evaluation of performance prepared using Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model developed by the Supply Chain Council (SCC). Performance attributes that used are the attributes of reliability with an assessment of the success of the delivery (fast and precise) and responsiveness. This study focused on one of PT. ASL’ client which has the largest volume of sales order, that is client G. Results of the analysis concluded that the performance of the delivery of client G’s product in PT. ASL is still not good because it is not in accordance with company’s target, thus corrective actions and improvements in some activity in the delivery process that caused the problem are needed, such as in pick and pack activity and deliver product by PT. ASL’s rider."
