Resveratrol diketahui memiliki aktivitas antioksidan dan juga efek hipolipidemia. Salah satu sumber tanaman yang mengandung resveratrol adalah kulit kacang tanah Arachis hypogaea L. Metode dan pelarut yang sesuai merupakan faktor penting dalam mengekstraksi resveratrol. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan efektivitas metode maserasi dan microwave-assisted extraction MAE menggunakan etanol, dan ultrasound-assisted extraction UAE menggunakan natural deep eutectic solvent NADES pada ekstraksi resveratrol dari kulit kacang tanah. Hasil ekstraksi dianalisis dengan kromatografi cair kinerja tinggi KCKT untuk menentukan kadar resveratrol yang terkandung dalam ekstrak. Hasil yang didapatkan menunjukkan bahwa ketiga metode ekstraksi tersebut efektif digunakan untuk mengekstraksi resveratrol dari kulit kacang tanah dengan kadar yang berbeda-beda. Metode maserasi menghasilkan kadar resveratrol tertinggi yaitu 0,2210 mg/g serbuk simplisia. Pada ekstraksi dengan NADES menggunakan UAE dihasilkan NADES kombinasi urea dan propilen glikol memperoleh kadar tertinggi dibandingkan dengan NADES lainnya yaitu 0,0246 mg/g serbuk simplisia. Sedangkan, ekstraksi dengan MAE menghasilkan kadar resveratrol terkecil yaitu 0,0110 mg/g serbuk simplisia.

ABSTRACT
Resveratrol has known to have antioxidant activity and hypolipidemia effect. Peanut Arachis hypogaea L. pericarp is one source of plants that containing resveratrol. Suitable method and solvent are important factor for resveratrol extraction. The aim of this study was to compare effectiveness of maceration and microwave assisted extraction MAE using ethanol and ultrasonic assisted extraction UAE using natural deep eutectic solvent NADES on resveratrol extraction from peanut pericarp. The extracts were analysed by high performance liquid chromatography HPLC to determine the level of resveratrol that contained in the extract. The results show that all three extraction methods were effectively used to extract resveratrol from peanut pericarp with different resveratrol content. Extract from maceration produced the highest resveratrol content 0.2210 mg g dry weight compared to the other methods. In extraction with NADES, urea and propylene glycol combination obtaining the highest resveratrol content compared to the other NADES 0.0246 mg g dry weight. While resveratrol extraction with MAE gave the smallest resveratrol content 0.0110 mg g dry weight.

Apoteker berperan penting dalam dunia kesehatan terutama mengenai sediaan kefarmasian baik di industri farmasi, apotek, maupun pemerintahan. Apoteker dalam melaksanakan tugasnya haruslah memenuhi standar komptensi yang telah ditetapkan. Pelaksanaan praktik kerja profesi apoteker ini bertujuan dalam membantu calon apoteker memahami peran apoteker sebagai bekal menghadapi dunia kerja. Praktik kerja profesi apoteker dilaksanakan di Apotek Atrika, Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur, dan PT. Eisai Indonesia selama periode bulan Februari-Mei 2019. Selama praktik kerja, calon apoteker diharapkan dapat memperluas wawasan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di tempat praktik kerja profesi.

Pharmacists play an important role in the world of health, especially regarding pharmaceutical preparations in the pharmaceutical industry, pharmacy and government. Pharmacists in carrying out their duties must meet the competency standards that have been set. Implementation of the internship of pharmacist profession aims to help prospective pharmacists understand the role of pharmacists as a provision to face the world of work. The internship of the pharmacist profession are carried out at the Atrika Pharmacy, East Jakarta Administrative Office of Health, and PT. Eisai Indonesia during the period from February to May 2019. During the work practice, prospective pharmacists are expected to be able to broaden their horizons, understanding, and experience to do pharmaceutical work in professional workplaces.
