"Karya akhir/penelitian ini membahas perbandingan kinerja keuangan perusahaan BUMN dan Non BUMN sektor konstruksi seputar Pandemi Covid-19. Hal tersebut dipilih untuk mengetahui perbandingan kinerja sebelum, saat, dan pada masa pemulihan (setelah) pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode analisis deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang dikumpulkan melalui sumber terbuka dalam hal ini adalah Bursa Efek Indonesia dan sumber terbuka lainnya. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan beberapa rasio keuangan yang masuk ke dalam kelompok rasio likuiditas, solvabilitas, aktivitas, dan profitabilitas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan perusahaan Non BUMN yang tercermin pada rasio keuangan yang diteliti lebih tinggi sehingga lebih baik dibandingkan dengan kinerja keuangan perusahaan BUMN sektor konstruksi untuk periode sebelum, saat, dan pada masa pemulihan (setelah) pandemi Covid-19 (2019-2022).

This final work/research discusses the comparison of the financial performance of stateowned and non-state-owned enterprises in the construction sector around the Covid-19 pandemic. This was chosen to compare performance before, in period, and during the recovery period (after) of the Covid-19 pandemic. This research was conducted using descriptive analysis method. This research uses secondary data collected through open sources, in this case the Indonesian Stock Exchange and other open sources. The analysis is carried out using several financial ratios classified as liquidity, solvency, activity and profitability ratios. The results of this research show that the financial performance of non-state-owned enterprises as reflected in the financial ratios under study is higher and therefore better than the financial performance of state-owned enterprises in the construction sector before, in period, and during the recovery period (after) of the Covid19 pandemic (2019-2022)."
