Abstrak :
Garcinia merupakan marga terbesar dari suku Clusiaceae, memiliki kurang lebih 400 jenis. Beberapa senyawa dari spesies Garcinia menunjukkan aktivitas farmakologis, seperti antioksidan. Salah satu jenis tanaman dengan marga Garcinia adalah Garcinia fruticosa Lauterbach. Penelitian sebelumnya yang dilakukan secara in vitro menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak etil asetat daun Garcinia fruticosa memiliki aktivitas antioksidan yang kuat terhadap radikal DPPH, dengan nilai IC50 12,369 ?g/mL. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menentukan aktivitas antioksidan fraksi dari ekstrak etil asetat daun Garcinia fruticosa dan identifikasi golongan senyawa pada fraksi teraktif. Fraksinasi dilakukan dengan kromatografi kolom menggunakan sistem elusi gradien. Uji aktivitas antioksidan dilakukan secara in vitro dengan metode peredaman radikal DPPH 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl menggunakan spektrofotometer UV-Vis dan FRAP Ferric Reducing Antioxidant Power menggunakan microplate reader. Aktivitas antioksidan terkuat pada metode penangkapan radikal DPPH diperlihatkan oleh fraksi 11 dengan nilai IC50 6,5798 ?g/mL. Metode FRAP menunjukkan fraksi 10 memiliki aktivitas antioksidan tertinggi dengan nilai FeEAC 1015,34 ?mol/g. Hasil identifikasi golongan senyawa menunjukkan bahwa fraksi 10 dan 11 mengandung flavonoid. Dari hasil penelitian, fraksi dari ekstrak etil asetat daun Garcinia fruticosa memiliki potensi untuk menjadi sumber antioksidan alami. ......Garcinia is the biggest genus in the Clusiaceae family, with about 400 species. Some biocompounds from Garcinia species exhibited biological and pharmacological activities such as antioxidant ability. One of the plant species from the genus Garcinia is Garcinia fruticosa Lauterbach. In a previous in vitro study, ethyl acetate extract from Garcinia fruticosa leaves showed a strong antioxidant activity towards DPPH radical with IC50 value 12.369 g mL. This study aims to evaluate antioxidant activity of fractions from ethyl acetate leaves extract of Garcinia fruticosa and identify the compound groups from the most active fraction. Ethyl acetate extract was fractionated with column chromatography using gradient elution system. Fractions were evaluated for in vitro antioxidant activity using DPPH radical scavenging and FRAP assay with the use of UV Visible spectrophotometer and microplate reader, respectively. The compund groups were identified using TLC method. The results of this study showed that fraction 11 demonstrated the strongest DPPH radical scavenging activity with IC50 value 6.5798 g mL, while in FRAP the strongest one was fraction 10 with FeEAC value 1015.34 mol g. Compound groups identification showed that fraction 10 and 11 contained flavonoid. These results indicated that the fractions from ethyl acetate leaves extract of Garcinia fruticosa have the potential to be used as a natural antioxidant.

ABSTRAK Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur. Melalui Praktik kerja, mahasiswa profesi apoteker diharapkan mendapatkan pengetahuan dan wawasan mengenai farmasi di pemerintahan. Mahasiswa apoteker juga diharapkan untuk memahami tugas dan fungsi apoteker di Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur. Selama PKPA, mahasiswa apoteker ditempatkan di seksi Sumber Daya Kesehatan SDK , lebih tepatnya di sub seksi farmasi, makanan, dan minuman Farmakmin . Mahasiswa diberikan tugas khusus untuk merekapitulasi dan menganalisis data mengenai penggunaan obat rasional POR . Sebagai hasil dari PKPA, mahasiswa apoteker mengerti mengenai peran, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di sub seksi Farmakmin.

Pharmacists Professional Practice was held in Apotek Kimia Farma No. 115 Jl. Pamulang Permai Raya No. 1A Pamulang Barat for a month. Through internship, pharmacy students are expected to see the real condition in pharmacy and gaining knowledge about pharmacy management and pharmaceutical care practices, especially in terms of implementation Health Ministry Regulations Number 73 of 2016 about Pharmaceutical Care Standard in Pharmacy. Pharmacy student also expected to have a deep understanding of the role and duties of pharmacist in the Pharmacy. Student was given a special assignment to analyze prescription for vertigo. As the result of the internship, pharmacy student understood the role, job and responsibility of pharmacist in the pharmacy.

ABSTRAK Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 115 Jl. Pamulang Permai Raya No. 1A Pamulang Barat selama 1 bulan. Melalui Praktik kerja, mahasiswa profesi apoteker diharapkan dapat melihat keadaan nyata di apotek dan mendapatkan pengetahuan tentang manajemen apotek dan praktik kefarmasian di apotek, terutama mengenai penerapan peraturan menteri kesehatan no. 73 tahun 2016 tentang standar pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek. Calon apoteker juga diharapkan untuk memiliki pemahaman mendalam mengenai peran dan tugas apoteker di apotek. Mahasiswa diberikan tugas khusus untuk melakukan analisis resep vertigo. Sebagai hasil dari PKPA, mahasiswa apoteker mengerti mengenai peran, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di apotek.

Melalui Praktik kerja, mahasiswa profesi apoteker diharapkan dapat melihat keadaan nyata di industri obat hewan dan mendapatkan pengetahuan tentang setiap aspek dalam industri obat hewan, terutama mengenai penerapan CPOHB di PT Agrinusa Jaya Santosa. Calon apoteker juga diharapkan untuk memiliki pemahaman mendalam mengenai peran dan tugas apoteker di industri obat hewan. Mahasiswa diberikan tugas khusus untuk membuat gap analysis pada bagian PPIC dan Pengawasan Mutu dari PT Agrinusa Jaya Santosa. Sebagai hasil dari PKPA, mahasiswa apoteker mengerti mengenai peran, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri obat hewan.

Pharmacists Professional Practice was held in PT Agrinusa Jaya Santosa, Kawasan industri Wahyu Sejahtera Blok E-3, Bogor. Through internship, pharmacist students are expected to see the real condition in the animal pharmaceutical industry and gaining knowledge about every aspects in the animal pharmaceutical industry, especially in terms of implementation of GMP in PT Agrinusa Jaya Santosa. Pharmacist also expected to have a deep understanding of the role and duties of pharmacist in the animal pharmaceutical industry. Student was given a special assignment to do a gap analysis at PPIC and Quality Control Departement of PT Agrinusa Jaya Santosa. As the result of the internship, pharmacist student understood the role, job and responsibility of pharmacist in animal pharmaceutical industry
