Abstrak :
Pada proyek EPC onshore oil gas memiliki tingkat kompleksitas yang tinggi serta faktor risiko dan ketidakpastian yang tinggi. Pada proyek tersebut yang dikerjakan oleh PT.X, pekerjaan piping selalu masuk ke dalam lintasan kritis pada jadwal proyek tersebut dan selalu mengalami pemunduran jadwal penyelesaian pekerjaannya rata-rata sebesar 3 bulan. Sehingga pada proses pembuatan jadwal proyek tersebut harus dapat memprediksikan besaran nilai time contingency yang dibutuhkan agar jadwal proyek dapat lebih akurat dan fleksibel. Metode analisa data yang digunakan pada peneilitian ini meliputi analisa statistik, PERT analisis, dan simulasi monte carlo. Pada penelitian ini menghasilkan prediksi besaran time contingency yang diperlukan yaitu sebesar 15 dari total durasi pekerjaan piping. Pada penelitian ini juga menghasilkan prosedur atau cara dalam memprediksi besaran nilai time contingency. ......In EPC onshore oil gas project has a high level of complexity, risk factors and uncertainties. In the project that undertaken by PT.X, piping work always goes into the critical path of the project schedule and completion schedule had always delayed for 3 months. Therefore, in the process of making the project schedule must be able to predict the amount of time contingency that needed to make the project schedule can be more accurate and flexible. Data analysis method that used in this research includes statistical analysis, PERT analysis, and monte carlo simulation. In this research resulting a prediction of time contingency that needed is equal to 15 of the total duration of the piping work. In this research also produced the procedure or the way to predict time contingency.

Abstrak :
Faktor internal kontraktor mempunyai pengaruh sebesar 42% terhadap kesuksesan kontraktor. Salah satu faktor yang menjadi kunci kesuksesan kontraktor dalam industri konstruksi yaitu kinerja waktu proyek. Faktor internal kontraktor terdiri dari manajeman, organisasi, SDM, keuangan, dan budaya perusahaan. Permasalahan yang terdapat pada faktor internal kontraktor memiliki pengaruh yang cukup besar terhadap kinerja waktu proyek termasuk pada proyek EPC. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mencari permasalahan-permasalahan pada faktor internal kontraktor yang berpengaruh besar terhadap kinerja waktu proyek serta untuk mengetahui tindakan preventif dan korektifnya. Hasil yang didapat pada penelitian ini yaitu terdapat 11 variabel permasalahan pada faktor internal kontraktor yang berpengaruh besar terhadap kinerja waktu proyek pada tahap pelaksanaan konstruksi pada proyek EPC serta tindakan preventif dan korektifnya dari ke-11 variabel tersebut. ......Internal factors of contractor have an effect by 42% to success of contractors. One of the key factors for the successful contractors in the construction industry is the time performance of the project. Internal factors contractor consist of management, organization, human resources, finance, and company culture. The problems found in contractor's internal factors have considerable influence on the time performance of the project including the EPC project. The purpose of this study is to find out the problems on the contractor's internal factors which greatly affect the time performance of the project and to know about preventive and corrective actions. The results obtained in this research that there are 11 variable problems on the contractor's internal factors which greatly affect the time performance of the project at the implementation stage of construction on EPC projects as well as preventive and corrective actions of the 11 variables.
