ABSTRACT
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji tingkat kompetisi perbankan terhadap cost of credit dan akses kredit perusahaan. Penelitian terdahulu dengan sampel negara maju menunjukkan hasil bahwa kompetisi bank meningkatkan cost of credit, sejalan dengan information hypothesis, dan kompetisi bank meningkatkan akses perusahaan terhadap kredit yang sejalan degan market power hypothesis. Menggunakan data pada industri perbankan dan perusahaan di ASEAN-5 Country yang terdiri dari Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapura, Thailand dan Filipina pada periode 2005-2016, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kompetisi perbankan menyebabkan akses yang lebih mudah terhadap kredit bank dan menurunkan cost of credit. Hasil penelitian ini konsisten pada berbagai pengukuran kompetisi bank yang berbeda yaitu CR5, Herfindahl-hirschman Index, dan Lerner Index. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa ukuran dan tangibility perusahaan mempengaruhi besarnya pengaruh kompetisi bank terhadap cost of credit dan akses kredit.

ABSTRACT
This research investigates the effect of bank competition on firm rsquo s cost of and access to credit. Some previous studies in developed countries have found that bank competition increases the cost of credit, in line with the information hypothesis. The bank competition also increases firm rsquo s access to credit based on the market power hypothesis. However, banking industry in developing countries have different characteristics compared to developed counties and this leads to a different result from previous studies. Using data from ASEAN 5 Country from 2005 to 2016, this study found that the increase of banking competition leads to an easier access for firm to obtain credit and also decreases the cost of credit that should be paid by the firm. These results are consistent with a broad set of measure of bank competition, which is CR5, Herfindahl hirchman Index and Lerner Index. We also find that the effect of bank competition on cost of credit is generally influence by firm rsquo s size and tangibility.

Abstrak :
Formularium Rumah Sakit merupakan daftar Obat yang disepakati staf medis, disusun oleh Komite/Tim Farmasi dan Terapi (KFT) yang ditetapkan oleh Pimpinan Rumah sakit. Penyusunan Formularium Rumah Sakit mengacu kepada Formularium Nasional, panduan praktik klinis Rumah sakit serta mempertimbangkan hasil evaluasi penggunaan obat di Rumah Sakit. Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia sendiri telah memiliki Formularium dan dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan belajar bagi calon apoteker tentang manajemen obat di Rumah Sakit. Sama hal nya dengan manajemen di Rumah Sakit, Apotek juga memiliki manajemen dalam pengelolaannya. Apotek yang berkembang dan maju tidak lepas dari manajemen pengelolaan obat yang baik dan terkendali. Perencanaan dan pengadaan obat merupakan kunci utama dan tahap awal yang penting dalam menentukan keberhasilan suatu apotek. Analisis Pareto ABC merupakan salah satu cara pengendalian persediaan dengan mengelompokkan persediaan menjadi 3 klasifikasi berdasarkan nilai investasi barang yaitu kelompok A, B dan C. Sistem perencanaan dan pengadaan obat di Apotek Roxy Sawangan selama ini belum menggunakan metode analisa pareto ABC namun menggunakan metode konsumsi data penjulan obat harian. Hal tersebutlah yang kemudian dianalisa serta dituangkan kedalam laporan kerja praktik profesi apoteker ini. ......The Hospital Formulary is a list of drugs agreed upon by the medical staff, compiled by the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee/Team (KFT) determined by the hospital leadership. The preparation of the Hospital Formulary refers to the National Formulary, hospital clinical practice guidelines, and considers the results of the evaluation of drug use in hospitals. The University of Indonesia Hospital itself has a formulary and can be used as learning material for prospective pharmacists about drug management in hospitals. the same thing with management in hospitals, pharmacies also have management in their management. Pharmacies that develop and progress cannot be separated from good and controlled drug management. Planning and procurement of drugs is the main key and an important initial stage in determining the success of a pharmacy. Pareto ABC analysis is one way of controlling inventory by grouping inventory into 3 classifications based on the investment value of goods, namely groups A, B, and C. The planning and procurement system for drugs at Roxy Sawangan Pharmacy has not used the Pareto ABC analysis method but uses the sales data consumption method for daily medicines. Then analyzed and poured into this report on the internship pharmacist's professional.
