Abstrak :
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengoptimalkan penggunaan Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME) di RSUD Ciawi yang masih menghadapi kendala dalam penggunaannya. Dengan pendekatan Management Information System (MIS) dan Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), penelitian ini dimulai dengan asesmen maturitas sistem menggunakan model EMRAM, diikuti identifikasi masalah melalui wawancara dan observasi. Model sistem to-be dirancang mencakup data flow diagram, entity relationship diagram, dan wireframe sistem baru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan efisiensi pengisian rekam medis dan penggunaan RME di seluruh unit pelayanan RSUD Ciawi. Implementasi perbaikan ini diharapkan meningkatkan kualitas layanan kesehatan di rumah sakit. ......This study aims to optimize the use of Electronic Medical Records (RME) at RSUD Ciawi, which still faces obstacles in its use. Using Management Information System (MIS) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) approaches, this research began with a system maturity assessment using the EMRAM model, followed by problem identification through interviews and observations. A to-be system model was designed including data flow diagrams, entity relationship diagrams, and new system wireframes. The results showed an increase in the efficiency of medical record filling and the use of RME in all service units of RSUD Ciawi. The implementation of these improvements is expected to improve the quality of health services in the hospital.
