Abstrak :
Keterbatasan lahan kosong di DKI Jakarta mendorong pemerintah membangun Rumah Susun Sederhana (RUSUNA) bagi masyarakat berpenghasilan menengah bawah dan rendah. Beragamnya penghuni RUSUNA berpengaruh terhadap banyaknya kegiatan penghuni yang berpotensi menimbulkan kebakaran. Penghuni lebih banyak menggunakan waktunya di RUSUNA untuk beristirahat atau tidur sehingga dapat mempengaruhi upaya penyelamatan penghuni. Koridor merupakan bagian RUSUNA yang pertama kali diakses penghuni, haruslah bebas hambatan dan didukung sistem proteksi untuk mengakomodasi penyelamatan penghuni saat terjadi kebakaran. Dalam skripsi ini, mengambil studi kasus RUSUNA Bendungan Hilir 2 dan RUSUNA Berlian untuk melihat dan menganalisis serta mengevaluasi kefektifan koridor sebagai sarana jalan keluar atau sarana evakuasi. Kedua RUSUNA memiliki tipe koridor berbeda yaitu double loaded pada RUSUNA Bendungan Hilir 2 dan single loaded untuk RUSUNA Berlian. Penggunaan koridor oleh penghuni sebagai tempat berinteraksi sosial berpengaruh terhadap kefektifitasan koridor sebagai sarana jalan keluar yang diharuskan bebas hambatan. Sistem proteksi yang harusnya mendukung koridor sebagai sarana jalan keluar, tidak dapat mengakomodasi upaya penyelamatan penghuni saat terjadi kebakaran. Di akhir penulisan, didapatkan koridor dan sistem proteksi kedua RUSUNA dapat dikatakan tidak efektif untuk digunakan sebagai sarana jalan keluar penghuni dalam melakukan evakuasi saat terjadi bahaya kebakaran. Walupun begitu, RUSUNA Berlian memiliki koridor dan sistem proteksi kebakaran yang lebih baik dan efektif dibandingkan RUSUNA Bendungan Hilir 2. ......The limitations of vacant land in Jakarta are prompting the government to build simple flats (RUSUNA) for the lower middle and low income society. The diversity of RUSUNA occupants affects their activities that could potentially cause a fire. Occupants use more of their time in RUSUNA to rest or sleep, this can affect the efforts to rescue them. Corridor is the first part of RUSUNA that will be accessed by occupants, it should be barrier-free and supported by protection systems to accommodate the occupants during a fire rescue. In this thesis, taking case studies on RUSUNA Bendungan Hilir 2 and RUSUNA Berlian to view, analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of corridors as a evacuation facility or means of escape. Both RUSUNA have different types of double-loaded corridor on RUSUNA Bendungan Hilir 2 and single loaded on RUSUNA Berlian. The use of corridors by residents as a place of social interaction influence the effectiveness of corridors as a means of escape is required to be barrier-free. Protection system which should support the corridor as a means of escape cannot accommodate the rescue of occupants during a fire. At the end of writing, found both corridor and RUSUNA protection system can be said to be ineffective as a means of escape to evacuate the occupants in the event of a fire hazard. Even though way, RUSUNA Berlian has more effective corridor and fire protection system than RUSUNA Bendungan Hilir 2.

Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Kimia Farma Trading & Distribution Bekasi untuk memahami tugas dan peran Apoteker di instansi Pedagang Besar Farmasi. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul “Evaluasi Penanganan Psikotropika dan Narkotika Berdasarkan Form Inspeksi Diri di PT Kimia Farma Trading & Distribution Bekasi Periode 3-14 Oktober 2022”, dimana tugas ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penanganan Psikotropika dan Narkotika di instansi PBF berdasarkan CDOB. The special assignment given is entitled "Evaluation of Psychotropics and Narcotics Handling Based on the Self-Inspection Form at PT Kimia Farma Trading & Distribution Bekasi for the period 3-14 October 2022", where this task aims to find out the handling of Psychotropics and Narcotics at PBF agencies based on CDOB. Evaluation activities for Narcotics and Psychotropics Handling at KFTD Bekasi Branch which include Procurement, Storage, Distribution, and Documentation activities based on self-inspection forms.

Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Puskesmas Kecamatan Duren Sawit untuk memahami kegiatan kefarmasian di Puskesmas sesuai dengan Permenkes No. 74 tahun 2016. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul “Analisa Perubahan Regimen Terapi Antiretroviral (ARV) Periode Januari 2021 - Agustus 2022 pada Pasien ODHA di Puskesmas Kecamatan Duren Sawit”, dimana tugas ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perubahan regimen terapi ARV serta mengetahui regimen terapi ARV terbanyak yang digunakan pada pasien ODHA di Puskesmas Duren Sawit. Beberapa obat ARV yang digunakan sebagai regimen terapi pasien ODHA di Puskesmas Duren Sawit diantaranya ARV FDC dan obat lepasan. ......Pharmacist Professional Work Practice at the Duren Sawit District Health Center to understand pharmaceutical activities at the Health Center in accordance with Permenkes No. 74 of 2016. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT. Forsta Kalmedic Global bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran, fungsi, serta tanggung jawab apoteker di Industri Farmasi dan penerapan CPOB di Industri Farmasi. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berupa penyusunan protokol dan pelaksanaan kualifikasi Mesin Mediapump dan Rotosealer. Kualifikasi meliputi Kualifikasi Instalasi (KI) dan Kualifikasi Operasional (KO). Dilakukan kegiatan kualifikasi dengan pedoman protokol kualifikasi yang telah disusun, kemudian disusun laporan hasil kualifikasi. Hasil kualifikasi Mesin Mediapump dan Rotosealer menyatakan bahwa mesin-mesin tersebut memenuhi persyaratan untuk dapat menghasilkan produk dengan baik dalam batas operasional yang dapat diterima. ......Pharmacist Professional Work Practice at PT. Forsta Kalmedic Global aims to find out the roles, functions and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry and the implementation of GMP in the pharmaceutical industry. The special task given is in the form of preparing protocols and implementing qualifications for Mediapump and Rotosealer Machines. Qualifications include Installation Qualification (KI) and Operational Qualification (KO). Qualification activities are carried out with the qualification protocol guidelines that have been prepared, then a qualification results report is prepared. The results of the qualification of the Mediapump and Rotosealer Machines state that these machines meet the requirements to be able to produce products properly within acceptable operational limits.
