"Energi panas yang terbuang sia-sia merupakan masalah dalam proses produksi. Hal ini juga terjadi pada proses produksi Spring Clip di P.T."X". Energi panas yang terbuang setelah proses bending digunakan untuk proses quenching sebagai pengganti proses hardening, dengan menggunakan variasi temperatur heating : 825, 916 dan 1100 °C, media quenching : air dan oil serta temperatur tempering : 200, 315, 450, 500 dan 650°C, dengan waktu tahan 2,5 jam. Dari penelitian yang lalu diperoleh 3 buah produk baik dari 108 sampel. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah meniadakan produk cacat sehingga harga pokok produk yang nyata dapat dihitung dan menentukan alternatif proses produksi yang paling efisien. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan penambahan proses yaitu tempering pada temperatur 550°C dan quenching 11 dengan media oli. Hasil penelitian diperoleh 108 produk baik dengan harga pokok produk yang nyata adalah Rp.3.414,71/produk. Proses dengan media quenching oil, temperatur heating 91 6°C dan tempering 450°C merupakan alternatif proses yang efisien dengan harga pokok produk sebesar Rp.3.310,031produk turun sebesar 4,088%, sedangkan kapasitasnya 2.071 produk/hari meningkat sebesar 50,6% dari proses lama. Penghematan energi untuk pembuatan satu buah Spring Clip yang dapat dicapai dengan adanya proses baru adalah 2.881,617 kJ atau ekuivalen dengan Rp.87,65.

Heat loss is problem in the production process. This is also the problem in the production of Spring Clip at PT."X?. The heat energy haunted after the bending process is used for the quenching process substituting the hardening process, by varying the heating temperature : 825, 916 and 1100°C, by varying the quenching media : water and oil and varying the tempering temperature : 200,350,450,550 and 650°C, with holding time of 2,5 hours. The previous experiment indicates that only 3 good product, while the 105 products are defect. The objectives of this research are to eliminate the defect product so the production cost is obtained and to find the most efficient of production process system.

In this research, additional processes are performed e.g. tempering II on the temperature 550°C and quenching II with oil as media.

The result shows that all of 108 product are good with production cost is Rp.3,414.71/product. The process using heating temperature 916°C, oil as media quenching and tempering temperature 450°C is the most efficient of production process system and production cost is Rp.3,310.031 product decreasing by 4.088%, while the capacity of 2,071 product/day increasing by 50.6% than the previous process. The energy saving to produce one Spring Clip attained by using the new process is 2,881.615 kJ or equivalent to Rp.87.65."

The sample is taken by stratified random sampling, from the population is in Bangkalan district. After finishing the research? the findings, which are found, are: 1. Pornography has been regulated on articles 281 to 283 and 532 to 535 of KUHP. 2. In fact, it has still found the pornography. 3. The efforts which be able to done are: a. Law-court can make jurisprudence about the limitation of something considered porno or not. b. To improve ability of judicial person to overcome pornography. c. To improve the facility needed to overcome the problem. d. To improve the consciousness of society to participate in overcoming pornography."

"Tesis ini membahas tentang sampai sejauh mana dampak dari peningkatan jumlah senjata api ilegal yang beredar pasca reformasi terhadap keamanan nasional Indonesia yang diperkirakan dalam tahun-tahun yang akan datang semakin meningkat tajam dengan adanya kolaborasi antara tindakan kejahatan bersenjata yang lebih terorganisir dengan separatisme yang makin meningkat setelah berlakunya otonomi daerah atau otonomi khusus dan terorisme yang mulai beralih dari penggunaan bahan peledak menjadi penembakan dengan sasaran tertentu terutama aparat keamanan khususnya polisi yang selama ini telah melaksanakan operasi anti terorisme.Pembahasan menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode penelitian intelijen berupa analisis deskriptif dengan diagram tulang ikan (Fishbone Diagram) dengan data yang diperoleh dari wawancara secara langsung (Indepth Interview) yang meliputi kondisi keamanan pasca reformasi berupa ancaman aktual yang sedang dihadapi dan ancaman potensial yang mungkin akan terjadi di masa-masa yang akan datang, isu-isu globalisasi serta perubahan-perubahan peraturan dan kebijakan di sektor keamanan yang terjadi, dan gambaran tentang peningkatan peredaran dan perdagangan senjata api ilegal dan dampaknya terhadap keamanan nasional Indonesia.

This thesis focus on how far is it the implications of the increase of illegal small arms circulation post Reform against Indonesian National Security that it predicted in the future will be arise with the collaboration between organized crime arms and separatism that increase after desentralization or special otonomi also terorism since change their method from use the explosive thing become shooting with specific target especially security guard like the police who until now performance counter-terrorism operation.

It is a qualitative research with intelligence research methods and descriptive analysis use Fishbone Diagram and the data which collect from In-depth Interview such as security conditions post the reform are actual threats faced right now and potential threats that probably happens in the future, the issues globalization and the changes of security sector rules and the pictures of about the increase of small arms circulations and trafficking and the implications that face against Indonesia national security."
