Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dorongan untuk mendapatkan jawaban dan ketidakpastian terhadap preferensi pemilih dalam pemilihan kandidat gubernur. Dorongan untuk mendapatkan jawaban diukur dengan menggunakan kuesioner Need for Closure Scale, sedangkan ketidakpastian dioperasionalisasikan dengan keberadaan informasi mengenai potensi kandidat penantang dan prestasi kandidat petahana. Preferensi partisipan terhadap kedua kandidat diukur dengan skala yang digunakan oleh Tormala, Jia, dan Norton (2012), yaitu terdiri dari item penilaian positif dan negatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara ketidakpastian terhadap preferensi pemilih F(1, 36) = 4.46, p < .05. Akan tetapi, tidak ditemukan pengaruh dorongan untuk mendapatkan jawaban terhadap preferensi pemilih (β = .0773, t(36) = .45, ns). Meskipun begitu, skor rata-rata preferensi individu dengan dorongan untuk mendapatkan jawaban yang rendah menunjukan bahwa mereka menilai penantang lebih positif daripada petahana. Pada akhirnya disimpulkan bahwa dalam penelitian ini partisipan mempertimbangkan kandidat dengan prestasi sebagai kandidat yang lebih mengesankan dibandingkan kandidat yang digambarkan memiliki potensi. Partisipan juga menunjukan adanya preferensi umum untuk memilih kandidat petahana sebagai kandidat gubernur. ......This study examined the impact of need for closure and uncertainty towards candidate preference. Need for closure (NFC) was measured using Need for Closure Scale, while uncertain information was operasionalized by the presence of information about challenger’s potential and incumbent's achievement. Participant's preference towards incumbent and challenger was measured by preference scale which was used before in Tormala, Jia, and Norton (2012). In that scale, preference was divided into two kind of evaluation: possitive assessment and negative outcome. Result show that uncertainty is a significant influence on candidate preference F(1, 36) = 4.46, p < .05, yet there is no significant effect between NFC level towards candidate preference (β = .0773, t(36) = .45, ns). In spite, the mean of preference score from participant with low NFC shows that they value challenger better than incumbent. In the end, it can concluded that participants recognized that candidate with achievement was more objectively impressive and showed a general preference for achievement rather than potential in their voting decision.

Provision of social security system in Indonesia has begun since 1947 through Law No.33 Year 1947 on Work-Related Accident. In the following years, social insurance continued to be developed by establishing administering body that covering death, accident, retirement and health insurances. This administering body is now called PT. Jamsostek (Persero), a state national enterprise taking care of social security system in Indonesia. Jamsostek is abbreviation of social security system in Indonesian language. Law No.3 of 1992 on Workers Social Security System arranges economical protection for workers to cover social risks in dealing with illness, death and retirement age. It also protects workers' rights on health service, not only for themselves but also for their family. Membership of PT. Jamsostek (Persero) is obligatory for employers having more than 10 (ten) employees, or minimum salary of its employees is Rp.1.000.000,- (One million rupiah). Protection for members is in the form of mandatory programs (Employment Accident Benefit/JKK, Death-Benefit Contribution/JKM, Old-Age BenefidJHT). Along with these protections, employers are also obligated to give health,_protection. Health Care Benefit Program/JPK provided by PT. Jamsostek (Persero) is not compulsory as long as companies can provide better health care protection from other health insurance companies. In this regard, author may call JPK as optional program. Globalization occurred has brought a lot of impacts on business activities in Indonesia. It forces companies to adapt to fast changes on rapid technology, higher customers' demand, and tighter competition between national, multinational and transnational companies, including national state enterprises, which several years ago were monopolists in their field. Act on the scene as monopolists, their performance were signed by unclear performance, cost inefficiency, and profit disoriented. These state national enterprises, including PT. Jamsostek (Persero), unavoidably, must improve their performance. If not, they could get bankrupt, while their existence is aimed to serve a lot of people. Meanwhile, they also compete with private enterprises, multinational companies, or transnational companies that offer better service in order to survive. PT. Jamsostek (Persero) has now more than 20 million of workers for mandatory programs and more than 1 million of workers for health care benefit (JPK) program. The fact that gap between mandatory and optional is wide, may bring hypothesis that PT. Jamsostek (Persero) is still lack of the will and competence to compete with other health care insurances and does not really concern with its service quality. This results in reluctance of companies to become its members. As a service company, one of the strategies can be applied by PT. Jamsostek (Persero) is to improve service value through service quality to meet expectations of their customers. In this regard, author views meeting expectations of customers through optional program can be the source to improve its profitability and to gain its competitive advantage. Author tries to see how customers perceived service quality by research to customers that' are members of JPK program, and what they expected through this program. Research is done in both levels of service distribution, which are in Public Service Center (Puskesmas) and General Hospitals. All questions proposed in questionnaires are based on SERVQUAL model, to see if there is the gap between customers' expectations and perceptions of service quality delivered by seeing 5 important dimensions: tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy. There were 79 respondents, with 3 of questionnaires considered as invalid. Research is also done by interviewing internal sources of JPK program, to see how procedure of service is delivered. This research has limitations in time limits, hectic times of sources, and reluctance of field respondents to fill out the questionnaires. From research field, author finds out that all variables in performance - importance matrix are underperformed, which means that performance of PT. Jamsostek (Persero) has not been able to fill out expectations of its clients. In this regard, PT. Jamsostek (Persero) requires improving these variables in order to gain its competitive advantage. What author underlines from the research is the fact that customers perceive service quality of JPK still low, mostly in the service procedural and communications with its customers. From this point of view, author proposes application of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) method in PT. Jamsostek (Persero). Author also has seen that PT. Jamsostek (Persero) is eager to apply this strategy, as it is stated in its corporate values. Thus, CRM method will be useful as application of customer centric strategy, as it has three cornerstones that are relevant with its existence: how to create Customer Value Analysis (CVA), how to view the product as a process, and it is related to provider?s responsibilities. With this method, it is expected that PT. Jamsostek (Persero) will create new paradigms in its organizational behavior to deliver its service and-rill-gain these four benefits: 1. Premium price paid by customers who expect superior customer value creation 2. Cost effective way by leveraging its existing strengths 3. Impact of Word of mouth is an effective and the cheapest media to grow market share 4. Superior value is worth with protection from losing market share, while nowadays it faces a lot of health insurance companies, mostly foreign insurance companies that offer higher benefits.

Tingginya angka putus sekolah dan rendahnya tingkat partisipasi sekolah pada jenjang pendidikan yang lebih tinggi mengindikasikan rendahnya peluang keberlanjutan tingkat pendidikan. Hal itu akan berdampak pada kualitas modal manusia. Dalam hal ini, peningkatan kualitas modal manusia melalui pendidikan dapat dimulai dari anak sebagai generasi yang akan berperan dalam pembangunan di masa depan. Beberapa penelitian menemukan bahwa pendidikan berkaitan dengan bargaining power ibu. Namun, penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya menggunakan proxy tidak langsung bargaining power ibu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bukti empiris mengenai adanya keterkaitan antara bargaining power ibu dalam rumah tangga dan keberlanjutan tingkat pendidikan anak dengan proxy langsung ukuran bargaining power ibu. Penelitian ini menggunakan informasi mengenai pengambilan keputusan rumah tangga dari data IFLS 2000-2014 sebagai ukuran bargaining power ibu. Berdasarkan hasil estimasi menggunakan metode probit, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bargaining power ibu yang dilihat dari keterlibatan ibu dalam berbagai keputusan tidak berkaitan signifikan dengan keberlanjutan tingkat pendidikan anak. Namun, untuk keputusan yang lebih spesifik pada pendidikan anak, bargaining power ibu memiliki keterkaitan yang signifikan dan positif. ......High dropout and low enrollment rates at higher levels of education indicate a low chance of continuing the level of education. It will have an impact on the quality of human capital. In this case, improving the quality of human capital through education can be initiated by children as a generation that will play a role in future development. Several studies have found that education is related to the mothers’ bargaining power. However, previous studies used an indirect proxy for the mothers' bargaining power. This study aims to provide empirical evidence regarding the relationship between the mothers' bargaining power in the household and the continuity of the children's education levels with a direct proxy for the mother's bargaining power. This study uses household decision-making information from IFLS 2000-2014 to measure the mothers' bargaining power. Based on the estimation results using the probit method, this study shows that the mother's bargaining power, as seen from the mother's involvement in various decisions, has no statistically significant relationship with the continuity of the children's education levels. However, for decisions more specific to children's education, the mother's bargaining power has a significant and positive relationship.

Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh Program Keluarga Berencana sebagai salah satu upaya menahan laju pertumbuhan penduduk. Program ini merupakan salah satu program yang harus dilaksanakan karena melihat besarannya pertumbuhan penduduk di Indonesia khususnya di Kabupaten Bogor, namun pelaksanaannya belum optimal karena disalah satu Kecamatan yaitu Kecamatan Gunung Putri tingkat kegagalan KB (drop out) selalu meningkat dari 3 tahun terakhir. Secara keseluruhan pelaksanaan, pemerintah dalam hal ini BPPKB telah melakukan beberapa cara untuk menurunkan tingkat kegagalan tersebut, tetapi terdapat hambatan selama pelaksanaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menggambarkan proses Implementasi Program Keluarga Berencana di Kecamatan Gunung Putri Kabupaten Bogor untuk melihat alasan tingginya tingkat kegagalan yang terjadi di Kecamatan Gunung Putri menggunakan pendekatan Post-Positivist dan teknik pengambilan data berupa wawancara mendalam, studi literatur dan penelitian lapangan. Dengan berdasarkan teori Edwards III penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa pelaksanaan Implementasi Program Keluarga Berencana di Kecamatan Gunung Putri Kabupaten Bogor belum dilaksanakan secara optimal oleh petugas lapangan KB di Kecamatan Gunung Putri. Kata Kunci: Implementasi Kebijakan, Program Keluarga Berencana, Kecamatan Gunung Putri.
ABSTRACT
The background of this research is based on the family planning program as an effort to restrain the rate of population growth. This program is one of programs that should be implemented because they see the amount of population growth in Indonesia, especially in Bogor Regency. The Implementation still not optimal yet because in one of the Sub-District which Gunung Putri Sub-District Family planning drop out rate is increasing from the last 3 years. By overall implementation, the government has been doing a few ways to reduce the drop out rate, but there are obstacles that occurs during implementation. The aim of this study is to describe the process of implementation of the Family Planning Program in Gunung Putri Sub-District, Bogor regency to see reasons for the high rate of failure that occurred in Gunung Putri Sub-District using post-positivist approaches with in-depth-interview data collection technique, literature studies and field research. Based on Edwards III theory the study explains that the implementation of the Family Planning Program in Gunung Putri Sub-District, Bogor Regency has not been implemented optimally by the local government in Gunung Putri Sub-District.

Experiential marketing merupakan sebuah cara yang digunakan untuk menghadapi fenomena pergeseran nilai ekonomi ke tahap experience. Hal ini dilakukan sebagai suatu pendekatan penekanan pada diferensiasi produk dengan memberikan memorable experience. Experiential marketing diterapkan melalui pendekatan sense, feel, think, act dan relate. Penelitian ini membahas pengaruh experiential marketing terhadap customer loyalty Blitzmegaplex 4DX Mall of Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 100 orang pengunjung Blitzmegaplex 4DX Mall of Indonesia. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa experiential marketing atau variasi sense, feel, think, act dan relate memiliki pengaruh terhadap pembentukan customer loyalty. ...... Experiential marketing is implied to face the economic value-lifted phenomenon to experience stage. It is implied as the approach of product differentiation focused by providing the memorable experience. Experiential marketing is also implied by five-dimensional model approaches (sense, feel, think, act and relate). This research examined the influence of the five-dimensional model toward customer loyalty of Blitzmegaplex 4DX Mall of Indonesia. This research used a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 100 Blitzmegaplex 4DX’s customer at Mall of Indonesia. The result of this research showed that the five-dimensional models of experiential marketing has an influence on customer loyalty.

Kegiatan penyimpanan merupakan salah satu kegiatan pengeloalan sediaan farmasi dan BMHP yang bertujuan untuk memelihara mutu sediaan farmasi, menghindari penggunaan yang tidak bertanggungjawab, menjaga ketersediaan, serta memudahkan pencarian dan pengawasan. Dalam proses penyimpanan, rentan sekali terjadi kesalahan dalam pengambilan obat terutama pada obat-obatan yang memiliki rupa-mirip (Look Alike), dan ucapan-mirip (Sound Alike) (Kemenkes RI, 2019). Puskesmas Kecamatan Ciracas (PKC Ciracas) belum menerapkan metode Tallman Lettering dalam penyusunan produk LASA dan melakukan beberapa pembelian produk obat baru yang belum tersusun sesuai dengan abjad, sehingga perlu dilakukan evaluasi penyusunan kembali produk farmasi yang terdapat di gudang dan menerapkan metode Tallman Lettering sesuai dengan ketentuan penyimpanan produk LASA. Menurut ISMP, Institute for Safe Medication Practices (2008), beberapa penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Tallman Lettering dapat membuat nama obat dengan ucapan mirip lebih mudah dibedakan (Filk, 2006), dan lebih sedikit menimbulkan kesalahan (Filk. R, 2006). Dari 451 tanggapan, survey yang diterima ISMP, hampir semua (87%) merasa bahwa Tallman Lettering membantu mengurangi kesalahan pemilihan obat, dan dua pertiga melaporkan bahwa Tallman Letter mampu mencegah pengeluaran atau pemberian obat yang salah. Penyimpanan obat-obatan dan alat kesehatan dilakukan mulai dari pendataan produk, penyusunan ulang tempat penyimpanan berdasarkan kategorinya (bentuk sediaan dan alat kesehatan), pemilihan produk yang termasuk LASA dan menggunakan Tallman Lettering, pembuatan tag nama masing-masing obat dan alat kesehatan, hingga penyusunan obat dan alat kesehatan sesuai dengan namanya di tempat penyimpanan yang telah dibuat. ......Storage activity is one of the management activities of pharmaceutical preparations and BMHP which aims to maintain the quality of pharmaceutical preparations, avoid irresponsible use, maintain availability, and facilitate search and control. In the storage process, errors are very prone to occur in taking drugs, especially for drugs that have a Look-Alike and Sound-Alike appearance (Ministry of Health RI, 2019). The Ciracas District Health Center (PKC Ciracas) has not implemented the Tallman Lettering method in preparing LASA products and has purchased several new drug products that have not been arranged alphabetically, so it is necessary to evaluate the rearrangement of pharmaceutical products in warehouses and apply the Tallman Lettering method in accordance with the provisions storage of LASA products. According to ISMP, Institute for Safe Medication Practices (2008), several studies have shown that the use of Tallman Lettering can make drug names with similar pronunciations easier to distinguish (Filk, 2006), and cause fewer errors (Filk. R, 2006). Of the 451 survey responses received by ISMP, almost all (87%) felt that Tallman Lettering helped reduce medication selection errors, and two-thirds reported that Tallman Lettering was able to prevent dispensing or administering the wrong drug. Medicines and medical devices storage is carried out starting from product data collection, rearranging storage places based on category (dosage forms and medical devices), selecting products that are included in LASA and using Tallman Lettering, making name tags for each drug and medical device, to compiling drugs and medical devices according to their names in the storage area that has been made.

Narkotik, Psikotropik, dan Prekursor (NPP) adalah obat yang berasal dari tanaman atau bukan tanaman, baik sintetis maupun semisintetis yang mampu menghilangkan rasa nyeri, besifat psikoaktif melalui pengaruh selektif pada saraf pusat hingga terjadi perubahan aktivitas mental dan perilaku. hilangnya kesadaran, dan ketergantungan berlebihan (Presiden RI, 1997; Presiden RI, 2009; Presiden RI, 2010). Obat-obatan tersebut diawasi secara ketat oleh negara karena sifatnya yang memiliki efek aditif atau ketergantungan jika dikonsumsi dengan dosis berlebih serta sering kali disalahgunakan oleh masyarakat yang kurang memahami akan risiko penggunaannya. Menurut Peraturan BPOM No. 6 tahun 2020 tentang Cara Distribusi Obat yang Baik, apoteker memiliki tanggung jawab yang besar atas penyimpanan, penyaluran, dan pelaporan Narkotika, Psikotropika, dan Prekursor (NPP) Farmasi di suatu Pedagang Besar Farmasi. Pada sub-bab kualifikasi pelanggan, salah satu peran apoteker di PBF wajib melakukan pemeriksaan surat izin pelanggan dan pemantauan setiap transaksi yang dilakukan outlet secara berkala serta melakukan penyelidikan jika ditemukan penyimpangan pola transaksi yang mengarah pada penyalahgunaan. Proses analisis dilakukan dari setiap sudut pandang yang memiliki kemungkinan besar menjadi penyebab jika suatu outlet memiliki beberapa transaksi yang mencurigakan. Beberapa cara untuk mengkualifikasi pelanggan KFTD Tangerang yakni dengan memantau setiap transaksi NPP menggunakan formulir identifikasi kewajaran pemesanan NPP (lampiran 1), sehingga jika terdapat penyimpangan dapat diselidiki penyebab penyimpangan mulai dari posisi geografis outlet seperti outlet memiliki klinik, atau terjadi permasalahan tertentu di daerah tersebut secara tiba-tiba sehingga menyebabkan penduduk sekitar menderita penyakit yang mengharuskan konsumsi obat tersebut secara signifikan, atau penyimpangan yang mengarah pada penyalahgunaan NPP, dll. Serta melakukan pemeriksaan surat izin outlet secara berkala melalui formulir specimen pelanggan KFTD Tangerang (lampiran 2), apabila terdapat perubahan apoteker penanggung jawab atau perpanjangan surat izin di suatu outlet, sehingga perlu dilakukan pembaruan pendataan terkait hal tersebut pada dokumentasi distributor. ......Narcotics, Psychotropics and Precursors (NPP) are drugs derived from plants or non-plants, both synthetic and semi-synthetic which are capable of relieving pain, are psychoactive through selective influences on the central nervous system so that changes in mental activity and behavior occur. loss of consciousness, and excessive dependence (President of the Republic of Indonesia, 1997; President of the Republic of Indonesia, 2009; President of the Republic of Indonesia, 2010). According to BPOM Regulation No. 6 of 2020 concerning Good Drug Distribution Methods, pharmacists have great responsibility for storing, distributing and reporting Narcotics, Psychotropics and Pharmacy Precursors (NPP) at a Pharmaceutical Wholesaler. In the customer qualifications sub-chapter, one of the roles of the pharmacist in PBF is to check customer licenses and monitor every transaction made by outlets on a regular basis and conduct investigations if irregularities in transaction patterns are found that lead to abuse. The analysis process is carried out from every point of view that has a high probability of being the cause if an outlet has several suspicious transactions. Several ways to qualify KFTD Tangerang customers are by monitoring each NPP transaction using the NPP order fairness identification form (attachment 1), so that if there is a deviation the cause of the deviation can be investigated starting from the geographical position of the outlet such as the outlet having a clinic, or certain problems occur in the area individually. suddenly causing local residents to suffer from illnesses that require significant consumption of these drugs, or deviations that lead to NPP abuse, etc. As well as checking outlet licenses periodically through the Tangerang KFTD customer specimen form (attachment 2), if there is a change in the pharmacist in charge or an extension of the license at an outlet, so it is necessary to update the data collection related to this in the distributor's documentation.

Apoteker bekerja sama secara kolaboratif dengan tenaga kesehatan lain untuk memaksimalkan pemberian terapi obat kepada pasien. Meskipun demikian, kompleksitas penyakit dan penggunaan obat, serta respon pasien yang sangat individual meningkatkan munculnya permasalahan terkait obat/drug related problems (DRPs). Permasalahan terkait obat (Drug-Related Problems/DRPs) oleh Pharmaceutical Care Network Europe (PCNE) didefinisikan sebagai setiap kejadian yang melibatkan terapi obat dan secara nyata atau potensial terjadi akan mempengaruhi hasil terapi yang diinginkan (PCNE, 2020). Berdasarkan data penelitian yang dilakukan oleh Andriani, et. al (2019) di salah satu RS di Indonesia, ditemukan terdapat DRPs yang dilaporkan meliputi kategori pemilihan obat (54%), durasi pemberian (22%), interaksi (10%), dosis (4%), dan efek samping obat (2%). Pada penelitian lain, pengkajian interaksi obat pada pasien gagal ginjal kronis pada tahun 2020 didapatkan bahwa dari 957 resep pada 112 pasien gagal ginjal kronik didapatkan potensi interaksi obat pada 928 resep dengan 717 resep memiliki tingkat potensi moderate (Hidayati, et. al., 2020). Hal inilah yang menyebabkan perlunya dilakukan PTO untuk mengoptimalkan efek terapi dan meminimalkan efek yang tidak dikehendaki (Kemenkes RI, 2009). Berdasarkan uraian diatas maka dilakukan pemantauan terapi obat pada pasien dengan kondisi khusus dan polifarmasi yaitu pasien dengan gagal ginjal kronis dengan hemodialisa, gagal jantung kronis, komorbid hipertensi stage II, hiperkalemia, dan pneumonia di RSUP Fatmawati dengan harapan adanya PTO dapat mengoptimalkan efek terapi, dan meminimalkan reaksi obat yang tidak dikehendaki. ......Pharmacists work collaboratively with other health workers to maximize the delivery of drug therapy to patients. Nonetheless, the complexity of the disease and drug use, as well as the very individual response of the patient, increases the emergence of drug-related problems (DRPs). Drug-Related Problems (DRPs) by Pharmaceutical Care Network Europe (PCNE) are defined as any event involving drug therapy and that actually or potentially will affect the desired therapeutic outcome (PCNE, 2020). Based on research data conducted by Andriani, et. al (2019) in a hospital in Indonesia, it was found that there were reported DRPs covering the category of drug selection (54%), duration of administration (22%), interactions (10%), dosage (4%), and drug side effects (2 %). In another study, a study of drug interactions in chronic kidney failure patients in 2020 found that out of 957 prescriptions in 112 chronic kidney failure patients, the potential for drug interactions was found in 928 prescriptions with 717 prescriptions having a moderate level of potential (Hidayati, et. al., 2020) . This is what causes the need for PTO to optimize the therapeutic effect and minimize unwanted effects (Kemenkes RI, 2009).
 
Based on the description above, monitoring of drug therapy is carried out in patients with special conditions and polypharmacy, namely patients with chronic kidney failure with hemodialysis, chronic heart failure, comorbid hypertension stage II, hyperkalemia, and pneumonia at Fatmawati General Hospital in the hope that PTO can optimize the effect of therapy, and Minimize unwanted drug reactions.

Apoteker sebagai bagian dari tim pelayanan kesehatan memiliki peran penting dalam PTO. Peran tersebut yakni mencegah munculnya permasalahan terkait dengan obat. Pengetahuan penunjang yang harus dimiliki seorang apoteker dalam PTO adalah terkait farmakoterapi, patofisiologi penyakit, serta interpretasi hasil pemeriksaan fisik, diagnostic dan laboratorium. Selain itu, diperlukan keterampilan berkomunikasi, membina hubungan interpersonal, serta menganalisis suatu permasalahan (Kemenkes RI, 2009). Apotek Kimia Farma merupakan perusahaan farmasi dengan jaringan apotek terbesar dan penyedia layanan kesehatan yang terintegrasi melalui layanan obat dan alat kesehatan lengkap, konsultasi apoteker dan dokter, layanan laboratorium, dan optik serta menyediakan aplikasi kesehatan untuk mempermudah akses layanan. Aplikasi Kesehatan yang dimaksud yaitu aplikasi Kimia Farma Mobile yang memiliki beberapa fitur antara lain fitur layanan klinik, layanan laboratorium, dan layanan apotek. Ketiga fitur tersebut dikembangkan untuk mempermudah pengguna dalam memperoleh pelayanan kefarmasian dari Apotek Kimia Farma. Meninjau dari adanya beberapa kekurangan seperti miss communication antara pasien dan tenaga kefarmasian terkait terapi yang digunakan, sehingga pengembangan inovasi terbaru berbasis digital melalui aplikasi Kimia Farma Mobile yakni fitur PTO (Pemantauan Terapi Obat) diharapkan mampu meminimalisir terjadinya kesalahan tersebut. ......Pharmacists as part of the health care team have an important role in the PTO. This role is to prevent the emergence of problems related to drugs. The supporting knowledge that a pharmacist must have in PTO is related to pharmacotherapy, disease pathophysiology, and interpretation of physical, diagnostic and laboratory examination results. In addition, communication skills are needed, fostering interpersonal relationships, and analyzing a problem (Kemenkes RI, 2009).Kimia Farma Apotek is a pharmaceutical company with the largest pharmacy network and integrated health service provider through complete drug and medical device services, pharmacist and doctor consultation, laboratory services, and optics as well as providing health applications to facilitate access to services. The Health application in question is the Kimia Farma Mobile application which has several features including clinical service features, laboratory services, and pharmacy services. These three features were developed to make it easier for users to obtain pharmaceutical services from the Kimia Farma Pharmacy. In view of the existence of several deficiencies such as miss communication between patients and pharmacy staff regarding the therapy used, it is hoped that the development of the latest digital-based innovations through the Kimia Farma Mobile application, namely the PTO (Drug Therapy Monitoring) feature, is expected to be able to minimize the occurrence of these errors.

Suhu dalam area penyimpanan baik produk obat maupun bahan obat harus selalu dipantau (dikualifikasi) untuk menghindari terjadinya penurunan kualitas obat. Kegiatan pemantauan yang dapat dilakukan berdasarkan CPOB 2018 yaitu dengan melakukan pemetaan suhu (mapping suhu) ruang penyimpanan obat/ bahan obat tersebut. Mapping suhu adalah kegiatan memantau perubahan atau fluktuasi suhu yang terjadi di area penyimpanan dengan memonitor suhu pada beberapa titik ruangan. Mapping suhu dilakukan karena perubahan suhu akan selalu terjadi di dalam Gudang area penyimpanan dan berpotensi melewati rentang suhu penyimpanan obat/bahan obat. Gudang penyimpanan PT. Indofarma yang akan dipetakan suhunya adalah Gudang Logistik Bahan Awal (LBA) ‘Non-AC’ yang menyimpan semua bahan awal dengan spesifikasi penyimpanan pada suhu ruang (≤ 30C) (BPOM RI, 2013, hal. 178; Kemenkes RI, 2020). Pemantauan suhu dilakukan dengan menggunakan EDLMs (Electronic Data Logging Monitors) yang mampu mengukur suhu pada waktu yang telah ditentukan. Pemantauan suhu di Gudang LBA dilakukan dengan meletakkan EDLM pada beberapa titik yang dianggap kritis dan mewakili suhu dari ruangan tersebut. Hal ini bertujuan untuk memastikan bahan awal yang disimpan tidak mengalami degradasi akibat adanya fluktuasi suhu, sehingga kualitas, keamanan, dan khasiat dari bahan awal tersebut mampu dipertahankan. ......The temperature in the storage area for both drug products and medicinal ingredients must always be monitored (qualified) to prevent a decrease in drug quality. Monitoring activities that can be carried out based on the 2018 GMP are by mapping the temperature (temperature mapping) of the drug/medicine storage room. Temperature mapping is an activity to monitor temperature changes or fluctuations that occur in the storage area by monitoring the temperature at several points in the room. Temperature mapping is carried out because temperature changes will always occur in the warehouse storage area and have the potential to cross the temperature range for storing drugs/drugs. PT. Indofarma whose temperature will be mapped is the 'Non-AC' Initial Material Logistics Warehouse (LBA), which stores all starting materials with specifications for storage at room temperature (≤ 30oC) (BPOM RI, 2013, p. 178; Ministry of Health RI, 2020). Temperature monitoring is carried out using EDLMs (Electronic Data Logging Monitors) which are capable of measuring temperature at predetermined times. Temperature monitoring in the LBA Warehouse is carried out by placing the EDLM at several points that are considered critical and represent the temperature of the room. This aims to ensure that the stored starting materials do not degrade due to temperature fluctuations, so that the quality, safety and efficacy of these starting materials can be maintained.
