ABSTRAK
Tesis ini adalah hasil penelitian tentang Assessment Awal terhadap masyarakat oleh
Pathfinder sebagai anggota jemaat Gereja Advent bersama Adventist Development
and Relief Agency (ADRA) sebagai Organisasi Sosial Berbasis Keagamaan dari
Gereja Masehi Advent Hari Ketujuh guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan sosial warga
masyarakat di lingkungan Gereja Advent Depok Baru melalui program I’M ADRA
Project. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menggambarkan Assessment Awal dalam
kegiatan sosial kemanusiaan, kemudian menggambarkan faktor pendorong dan
penghambat dari Assessment Awal tersebut. ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan
desain diskriptif.
ABSTRACT
This thesis is a study about Faith-Based Organization that is Adventist Development
and Relief Agency as part of Seventh-day Adventist Church (SDAC) organization in
cooperation with the adventist church members especially Adventist youth and
adolescent (Pathfinder Club) to make needs Assessment for community in Depok
Baru SDAC area with I’M ADRA Project. The purpose of this study to describe need
Assessment process in social humanity activity, then discribe the driving and
inhibiting factors in this partnership. This research is a descriptive qualitative
research design.
