Abstrak :
PT Alstom Grid merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang utility. Pekerjaan yang dilakukan oleh karyawan diharapkan sesuai dengan harapan customer, sesuai kualitas dan menghasilkan keuntungan untuk perusahaan. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan pekerja selalu berhadapan dengan hazard psikososial. Hazard psikososial berasal dari context of work dan content of work. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi pekerja terhadap bahaya psikososial di tempat kerja pada pekerja di Departemen Operation. Hasil Penelitian menyarankan bahwa perusahaan hendaknya mensosialisasikan mengenai bahaya psikososial kepada pekerja sehingga pekerja mampu mengendalikan bahaya tersebut yang setiap harinya mereka hadapi. ......PT Alstom Grid is one of utility company. All of the project are to fulfill the customers’ hope, have a good quality and give the company profit. These can make the workers always face the psychosocial hazard in their work. Psychosocial hazard can come from context of work and content of work. This research show that it is important to give the workers socialitation about psychosocial hazard so that the workers can control and manage it in their workplace.
