"Perubahan fungsi adalah sesuatu yang identik dengan citra kota dan masyarakatnya kini. Ditandai dengan perkembangan teknologi yang pesat sehingga kemudian memicu timbulnya kedinamisan pada cara hidup masyarakat kota. Perubahan-perubahan tersebut turut diwarnai pula dengan adanya pemikiran bahwa bentuk memicu timbulnya fungsi tertentu. Dengan ini, masyarakat kota menjadi kreatif akan perubahan yang ada sehingga dapat terus beradaptasi dengan perubahan tersebut.
Fenomena-fenomena perkembangan yang terjadi pada kota turut pula memicu lahirnya ruang ambigu pada kota. Diawali dengan timbulnya banyak persepsi akan suatu ruang, selanjutnya membuat ruang tersebut beradaptasi dan berinteraksi dengan pengguna, dalam hal ini masyarakat kota. Adaptasi dan interaksi itulah yang membuat suatu ruang kemudian menjadi fleksibel. Fleksibilitas kemudian berpengaruh terhadap timbulnya ruang multifungsi.
Karena fleksibel, pemaknaan baru pada suatu ruang yang dianggap ambigu menjadi bebas, dalam hal ini menjadi pemicu lahirnya kegiatan graffiti dan skateboarding. Keadaan ini berdampak pada terjadinya pertentangan, karena tidak semua pengguna sepakat dengan hadirnya pemaknaan baru terhadap ruang kota. Perubahan fungsi yang ekstrim sehingga mengakibatkan misuse seiring dengan hadirnya pemaknaan baru terhadap ruang, berdampak pula pada pembentukkan citra baru bagi kota.
Skripsi ini mencoba menelusuri apa yang melatarbelakangi lahirnya ruang ambigu terkait dengan fenomena graffiti dan skateboarding. Disini akan terlihat bagaimana hubungan antara ruang ambigu dengan kemunculan misuse dalam arsitektur.

Change in function is something that identical with the city image and its current community. The rapid development of technology marked the emergence of community dynamic way of life. These changes also influenced by the thought of form triggered the emergence of certain function. Hence, the city community became creative toward the changes that happen, in order to continually adapt with those changes.
The development phenomena that happened to the city also triggered the birth of ambiguous space in the city. Preceded with the emergence of numerous perceptions of a space, thus made this space adapting and interacting with the user, in this case the city community. Those adaptations and interactions that made a space become flexible. Afterwards this flexibility was influential towards the emergence of multifunctional space.
Since it was flexible, new elucidation of a space that were regarded as ambiguous became free, in this case became the trigger of the birth of activity such as graffiti and skateboarding. This situation had an impact in the occurrence of conflict, because not all users agreed with this city space new elucidation. The extreme change in function resulted in misuse along with the presence of new elucidation of space, which also had an impact in producing new image for the city.
This writing tried to investigate the basis of the birth of ambiguous space in relation to the graffiti and skateboarding phenomenon. From here, the state of relations between ambiguous space and the emergence of misuse in architecture will be seen.

"[Persaingan antara perusahaan di industri penerbangan yang intensif karena tekanan untuk mengurangi biaya dan meningkatkan layanan kepada pelanggan. Sebagian besar operator penerbangan yang digunakan situs Web mereka tidak hanya untuk tujuan membuat informasi yang tersedia perusahaan tetapi juga untuk memberikan secara online e-ticketing layanan kepada pelanggan mereka. Ini adalah salah satu metode pelaku industri mempekerjakan untuk meningkatkan penjualan tiket. Selain itu layanan online juga meningkatkan cara transaksi bisnis dilakukan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan kualitas e-service dan kepuasan pelanggan dan untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara kepuasan pelanggan dan niat beli industri penerbangan layanan e-ticketing. Metode survei kenyamanan dipekerjakan dan total 152 kuesioner bisa digunakan yang digunakan untuk analisis selanjutnya Lima dimensi kualitas layanan elektronik diidentifikasi yaitu kemudahan penggunaan desain website jaminan daya tanggap dan personalisasi Hasil dari regresi ganda menunjukkan bahwa empat dari lima dimensi kualitas layanan elektronik memberikan kontribusi untuk kepuasan pelanggan. Desain Website diidentifikasi sebagai kontributor paling penting untuk kepuasan pelanggan Analisis lebih lanjut juga mengungkapkan bahwa kepuasan pelanggan dipengaruhi konsumen membeli kembali niat maskapai e-tiket.
Competition among companies in the airlines industry is intensive due to the pressure to reduce costs and to enhance service to customers. Majority of the airline operators used their websites not only for the purpose of making available the company's information but also to provide online e ticketing service to their customers. This is one of the methods industry players employ to boost ticket sales In addition the online service also improves the way business transactions are conducted. The objectives of this study were to determine the relationship of e-service quality and customer satisfaction and to explore the relationship between customer satisfaction and purchase intention of airlines industry e-ticketing service. Convenience survey method was employed and a total of 152 useable questionnaires were utilized for subsequent analysis. Five dimensions of e-service quality were identified namely ease of use website design assurance responsiveness and personalization. Results from the multiple regression showed that four from five e-service quality dimensions significantly contributed to customer satisfaction. Website Design was identified as the most important contributor to customer satisfaction. "Latar belakang dan tujuan: Pilihan utama terapi kondilomata akuminata KA di Poliklinik Divisi Infeksi Menular Seksual Departemen Ilmu Kesehatan Kulit dan Kelamin Rumah Sakit dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo RSCM adalah tingtur podofilin 25 yang mengharuskan pasien untuk datang ke rumah sakit secara teratur. Larutan kalium hidroksida KOH 5 merupakan alternatif terapi yang dapat dilakukan sendiri oleh pasien di rumah. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui efektivitas dan efek samping terapi topikal larutan KOH 5 dibandingkan dengan tingtur podofilin 25 pada KA genitalia eksterna dan/atau perianus.
Metode: Uji klinis acak terbuka paralel tidak berpasangan terhadap 50 subyek penelitian SP. Pada kelompok KOH kelompok K dilakukan aplikasi terapi setiap hari oleh pasien sendiri di rumah, sedangkan pada kelompok podofilin kelompok P dilakukan aplikasi oleh dokter satu kali seminggu. Evaluasi dilakukan setiap minggu selama enam minggu.
Hasil: Respons terapi baik pada kelompok K adalah 56 dan kelompok P adalah 64 . Secara statistik tidak terdapat perbedaan bermakna antara kedua kelompok p= 0,468. Efek samping pada kedua kelompok berupa rasa gatal, nyeri, eritema dan erosi yang sifatnya sementara dan dapat ditoleransi. Efek samping tidak berbeda bermakna secara statistik.
Kesimpulan: Larutan KOH 5 dapat dijadikan alternatif pengobatan KA yang dapat diaplikasikan sendiri oleh pasien.

Background and objectives: 25 podophyllin tincture, a first line therapy in Sexually Transmitted Division of Dermatology and Venereology Department Rumah Sakit dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo RSCM , requires patient to come regularly to the health facilities, while a 5 potassium hydroxide KOH solution is an alternative therapy that can be done byself. This study compares the effectiveness and side effects of 5 KOH solution and 25 podophyllin tincture in the treatment of external genitalia and or perianal condylomata acuminata.
Methods: A randomized open controlled trial on 50 patients. In the KOH group, patients were instructed to apply the medication at home byself to the lesions once daily, while in the podophyllin group the doctor applying the medication once weekly. The evaluation was performed every week for six weeks.
Results: Good response was achieved by 56 and 64 in KOH and podophyllin groups, respectively. No statistical difference between groups p 0,468. Side effect in both groups includes a temporary pruritus, pain, erythema and erosion. No statistical difference in side effect between groups.
Conclusion: A 5 potassium hydroxide solution is a self applied alternative treatment for condylomata acuminata.
