Abstrak :
Telah dilakukan preparasi alloy magnet FeSi dengan variasi Si = 1, 2, 3 dan 4 at % menggunakan metode arc melting. Alloy tersebut kemudian di anil pada temperatur 800 C selama 1 jam. XRD dan fotomikro digunakan untuk meneliti struktur mikro seperti fase, parameter kisi, ukuran, distribusi dan batas butir. Analisis struktur mikro menunjukkan terjadinya fase tunggal a-Fe baik pada kondisi As cast maupun kondisi annealed. Proses anil menyebabkan pertumbuhan ukuran butir dan kristalisasi serta difusi atom-atom Si pada kristal a-Fe. Karekterisasi listrik menggunakan RLC meter menunjukkan bahwa rangkaian ekivalen alloy FeSi adalah rangkaian RL yang tersusun secara seri. Bertambahnya %Si dalam alloy FeSi baik dalam kondisi As cast dan kondisi annealed cenderung meningkatkan nilai resistivitas dan induktansi listrik. Proses anil juga menyebabkan nilai resistivitas dan induktansi listrik meningkat.
Preparation of FeSi magnetic alloy with composition of Si = 1, 2, 3 and 4 at% has been done using arc melting technique under Ar atmosphere. These alloy was annelead at 800 C for 1 hour. XRD and metallography was used to investigate the existance of phase, lattice parameter, size, boundary and distribution of grains. Microstructural analysis of as-cast and annealed samples show that these alloys consist of single phase a-Fe. Heat treatment of these alloys cause grain growth, crystalization and diffusion of Si atoms in a-Fe crystals. Electrical characterization by RLC meter indicates RL series circuit as equivalent circuit. Increasing %Si in FeSi alloy both in as-cast and annealed state tend to increase the values of electrical resistivity and inductance. These values also increase due to annealing process.

Skripsi ini membahas mengenai pengaturan perdagangan saham Equity-Based Crowdfunding (ECF) dalam Pasar Sekunder di Indonesia. Kegiatan ECF sebagai salah satu bentuk pengembangan teknologi finansial baru saja diatur dalam POJK No. 37/POJK.04/2018  Tentang  Equity Crowdfunding. Kegiatan ECF mempunyai risiko ilikuiditas saham dimana investor akan sulit untuk memperdagangkan sahamnya. Risiko tersebut dapat ditanggulangi dengan adanya pelaksanaan pasar sekunder. Namun sayangnya, POJK 37/2018 belum secara spesifik mengatur mengenai pasar sekunder bagi ECF dan pelaksanaan pasar sekunder bagi ECF di Indonesia belum ada. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penulis membandingkan pengaturan ECF khususnya dalam pengaturan dan pelaksanaan pasar sekunder ECF dengan Korea dan Inggris. Penulis merumuskan masalah menjadi 1. Bagaimana pengaturan mengenai ECF pada negara Korea, Inggris, dan Indonesia ? 2. Bagaimana perbandingan mengenai perdagangan saham dalam pasar sekunder untuk kegiatan ECF di negara Indonesia, Korea dan Inggris ? 3. Bagaimana seharusnya pengaturan tentang pasar sekunder di kegiatan ECF? Penulis membuat tulisan ini dengan metode penelitian yuridis-normatif. Penulis berkesimpulan bahwa Indonesia dapat memperbaiki ketentuan memperdagangkan saham dalam pasar sekunder ECF dengan mencontoh dari segi pengaturan, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan pasar sekunder bagi ECF yang Korea dan Inggris lakukan.
This thesis discusses the regulation of Equity-Based Crowdfunding (ECF) stock trading in the Secondary Market in Indonesia. ECF activities as a form of development of financial technology have just been regulated in POJK No. 37/POJK.04/2018 About Equity Crowdfunding. The ECF activity has the risk of illiquidity of shares where investors will find it difficult to trade their shares. This risk can be overcome with the implementation of the secondary market. Unfortunately, POJK 37/2018 has not specifically regulated the secondary market for the ECF. The implementation of the secondary market for ECF in Indonesia does not yet exist. Based on this problem, the author compares the ECF settings specifically in the regulation and implementation of the secondary market with Korea and the United Kingdom. The author formulates the problem to 1. How are the arrangements regarding ECF in Korea, UK and Indonesia? 2. What is the comparison regarding stock trading in the secondary market for ECF activities in Indonesia, Korea and the UK? 3. What should be the regulation of the secondary market in ECF activities? The research method for this thesis is normative legal research. The author concludes that Indonesia can improve the provision of trading shares in the ECF secondary market with take example from regulation, implementation, and supervision on secondary market for ECF as Korea and UK do.

Indonesia terletak pada pertemuan tiga lempeng utama dunia, yaitu lempeng Eurasia, Indoaustralia, dan Pasifik. Hal tersebut membuat Indonesia memiliki potensi terjadi gempa bumi yang tinggi. Dilansir dari (BBC News, 2018), wilayah Indonesia berpotensi mengalami gempa kuat terimplikasi dari adanya sekitar enam tumbukan lempeng aktif. Bencana alam selalu menyisakan puing-puing bangunan yang telah hancur dan rusak. Peneliti Pusat Litbang Perumahan dan Permukiman, Badan Penelitian dan Pengembangan, Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat (PUPR), M. Edi Nur, mengatakan bahwa puing bangunan sisa bencana bisa saja menjadi sampah, tetapi ada juga yang masih dapat dimanfaatkan. Menurut (Haryanti, 2018), dalam satu rumah bertembok sederhana terdapat unsur beton sebanyak 22%, lalu unsur tembok, lantai, serta genteng sebesar 60%, dan masih ada unsur kayu atau bambu sekitar 18%. Limbah beton tersebut dapat dimanfaatkan kembali menjadi agregat daur ulang penyusun beton. Penulis melakukan penelitian mengenai karakteristik beton dengan material subtitusi agregat kasar daur ulang mengenai kuat tekan dan homogenitasnya pada umur muda hingga optimum. Terdapat dua metode pengujian yang dilakukan terhadap beton daur ulang ini, yaitu metode destruktif dan non-destruktif. Dimana pengujian destruktif yang dilakukan ialah crushing test untuk mendapatkan nilai kuat tekan dan pengujian non-destruktif yang dilakukan ialah Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity (UPV) test untuk mendapatkan nilai kecepatan rambat gelombang ultrasonik pada beton daur ulang. Selain menganalisis karakteristik beton daur ulang dari nilai kuat tekan dan nilai kecepatan rambat gelombangnya, dilakukan pengolahan untuk mengetahui hubungan dari kedua variabel tersebut. Penelitian ini mendapatkan persamaan hubungan kuat tekan dengan kecepatan rambat gelombang yaitu dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar R2 = 0,6985272443.Selanjutnya karakteristik homogenitas beton daur ulang akan dilihat tingkat homogenitasnya melalui nilai kecepatan rambat gelombang dimulai dari empat atau lima jam setelah proses pengadukan.
ABSTRACT
Indonesia is located at the confluence of three major plates of the world, the Eurasia Plates, Indo-Australia, and the Pacific. This makes Indonesia has the highest potential for earthquakes to happen. Reported by (BBC News, 2018), Indonesias region has the potential to encounter a strong earthquake implicated by, at least six active plates collision. Natural disaster always left ruins of buildings which have been ruined. Researcher at the Research and Development Agency, Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing, M. Edi Nur, conveyed that ruins of buildings remained from natural disaster could become trash, but some could also be used as something useful. According to (Haryanti, 2018), in a simple walled house usually has as many as 22% of concrete elements, wall elements, floor, and roof as many as 60%, and the other 18% are wood or bamboo elements. The concrete waste can be reused into recycled concrete complier aggregates. The writer did research about concrete characteristics with coarse recycled aggregate substitution material regarding the compressive strength and its homogeneity at early age to optimum age. There are two testing methods done for this recycled concrete, destructive methode and non-destructive methode. The destructive methode is done by crushing test to achieve the compressive strength value and the non-destructive method is done by Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity (UPV) test to gain ultrasonic pulse velocity value of the recycled concrete. Aside from analizing the characteristics of the recycled concrete from compressive strength value and the ultrasonic pulse velocity value, a process is done to acknowledge the relation between the two variables. This research gained the equation of the relation between compressive strength and ultrasonic pulse velocity, which is with coefficient of determination in the amount of R2 = 0,6985272443. Hereafter, the characteristics of recycled concrete homogeneity will be seen from the level of its homogeneity through the amount of ultrasonic pulse velocity starting from four or five hours after casting process.

Internet has been explorer in many ways, one of the internet function is used for the trade. For example, internet supports the small business so they can sell and promote their business to another world by the internet, beside that with using internet in trade system we can less, time, money and etc. that is how internet is so useful in trade system. This research is focuses in internet trade system as known E-commerce ( Electronic Commerce ). Trade, can be call E-commerce if they have 2 condition : 1. the trade using online system and 2. There is exchange value, in this cases change value means, there is transaction. Every people has different perception about E-commerce or Internet, the person who do not familiar with internet, think the internet only for rich people. And for the others one, who is used to internet think the other side, they can not live without it. So this research conclude 3 dimension of perception customer about E-commerce that can be effect to their purchases intention by internet are: trust, media advertising and personality. This descriptive research using a survey method, with questionnaires. The target population of this research is every www.detik.com netters , both man and woman, in Jakarta. The number of sample taken is 100 with the purposive sampling. Based on the data collected from samples in this research, I found that every dimension of perception ( trust, media advertising and personality ) has impact to purchases intention netters of detik.com, but the impact is not too significant. And the most significant that impact to purchases is trust. From the statistics test based on the data collected from samples, it is found that the regression coefficient between perception and purchases intention at www.detik.com in this research is 0.435. The regression shows that there is a positive coefficient between perception and purchases at detik.com in this research. With that result, researcher suggest that detik.com should improve the advertising and maintain trust of customers if detik.com wants to keep up and increase amount netters in detik.com
