"ABSTRAKOrang tua perlu memanfaatkan masa prasekolah untuk mengoptimalkan perkembangan anak dengan memberikan stimulasi, terutama ibu yang secara emosional memiliki kedekatan dengan anak. Saat ini terdapat fenomena ibu bekerja di lur rumah sehingga ibu menjalani peran ganda. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui gambaran stimulasi perkembangan oleh ibu terhadap anaknya yang berusia 3-5 tahun. Desain penelitian ini deskriptif dengan teknik purposive sampling terhadap 45 ibu di TKIT Cahaya Ananda, Depok. Hasilnya jumlah ibu yang jarang melakukan stimulasi (48,9%) dengan yang sering melakukan stimulasi (51,1%) adalah hampir sama. Disarankan bagi perawat anak maupun komunitas agar dapat mengoptimalkan sosialisasi pentingnya stimulasi perkembangan anak oleh ibu.

AbstractIt is important for parents to improve their children development by stimulating them in preschool period, especially the mother who has more emotional closeness with their children. Nowadays, many mother has double role because she work out of home. The purpose of this research is describes development stimulation by mother to their preschool (3-5 years) child. Design of this research is descriptive with purposive sampling technique to 45 mother in Cahaya Ananda Kindergarten. The result is the mother who rare give stimulations (48,9%) with the mother who often give stimulations (51,1%) is almost equal. The recommendation for nurses is optimize education for mother about the importance of stimulate their child."

"Prevalensi Diabetes Mellitus (DM) di perkotaan masih cukup tinggi. Hal ini berkaitan dengan berbagai faktor risiko DM akibat gaya hidup masyarakat perkotaan. Pasien DM berisiko terkena komplikasi kronis, salah satunya neuropati sehingga rentan mengalami luka akibat berkurangnya sensitifitas terhadap nyeri dan suhu. Karya Ilmiah ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi asuhan keperawatan pada pasien diabetes mellitus tipe II yang mengalami luka bakar derajat II akibat neuropati. Hasil Perawatan luka menggunakan madu secara topikal untuk merawat luka bakar derajat II pada pasien DM tipe II terbukti mengurangi pus dan menumbuhkan granulasi sebagai tanda proses penyembuhan luka. Perawat diharapkan mengikuti perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan menerapkan inovasi di bidang keperawatan terutama dalam asuhan keperawatan untuk pasien DM.

The prevalence of Diabetes Mellitus (DM) at urban community is still high. It is related with various risk factor of DM due to urban lifestyle. Diabetes patient have a risk to get chronic complication, one of them is neuropathy, so they are vulnerable toinjury cause of pain and temperature sensitivity reduction.

This scientific work is aimed to analyze the implementation of nursing care in type II diabetes mellitus patient who suffer grade II combustion caused by neuropathy.

The result of wound care using honey as topical therapy to care grade II combustion in diabetes mellitus patient is proven to reduce pus and make granulation as the criteria of healing process. So, nurse should concern in recent nursing science and apply the inovation in nursing implementation of diabetes mellitus patient"
