"Ibu primipara akan mengalami proses menyusui. Proses menyusui (laktasi) merupakan proses alamiah yang terjadi pada setiap ibu setelah melahirkan, termasuk ibu primipara (perempuan yang pertama kali melahirkan). Keberhasilan pemberian ASI sangat dipengaruhi oleh teknik menyusui yang benar. Penelitian ini bertujuan menggambarkan tingkat pengetahuan ibu primipara tentang teknik menyusui yang benar dan kecukupan ASI pada bayi. Desain penelitian deskriptif sederhana dengan consecutive sampling sebanyak 106 responden. Didapatkan hasil penelitian untuk tingkat pengetahuan teknik menyusui (perlekatan mulut bayi pada payudara, posisi, persiapan dan cara) kurang baik sebesar 50,9%, tetapi untuk tingkat pengetahuan tanda bayi cukup memperoleh ASI baik 56,6%. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan akan peningkatkan kesadaran pemenuhan kecukupan ASI pada bayi dan kenyamanan bagi ibu (pencegahan perlukaan payudara dan kepercayaan diri tinggi saat menyusui bayinya).

Primiparous mothers will experience the process of breastfeeding. Breastfeeding process (lactation) is a natural process that happens to every post partum mother, including primiparous mothers (women whohave given birth once). Breastfeeding success is strongly influenced by the proper breastfeeding technique. This study aimed to describe theprimiparous mothers’ level of knowledge of the proper breastfeeding technique and the adequacy of breast milk for the baby. The design of this study was simple descriptive with consecutive sampling. The samples were 106 respondents.

The result showed that the level of knowledge of breastfeeding techniques (the baby’s latch, positioning, preparation and method) 50.9% was not good, but the level of knowledge of the indication that the baby getssufficient breast milk was good(56.6%). This study recommends the increase of mothers’ awareness to breastfeed their babies sufficiently and the mothers’ convenience (preventing breast injury and improving breastfeeding self efficacy)."

"Ketuban pecah dini adalah pecahnya ketuban sebelum terdapat tanda mulai persalinan dan ditunggu satu jam sebelum terjadi in partu . Sebagian besar ketuban pecah dini terjadi pada kehamilan aterm lebih dari 37 minggu, sedangkan kurang dari 36 minggu tidak terlalu banyak. Manuaba. (2006). Penulisan karya ilmiah akhir ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran asuhan keperawatan Pada Ny. D dengan G3 P2 A0 Pre dan Post SC dengan indikasi ketuban pecah dini. Masalah pre operasi dan post operasi ansietas, risiko infeksi, nyeri akut dan ketidakefektifan pemberian ASI. Intervensi keperawatan yang diberikan meliputi mengajarkan tehnik relaksasi nafas dalam, melakukan, pemantauan kehamilan selama proses persalinan dengan ketuban pecah dini, mengajarkan manajemen laktasi. Hasil karya ilmiah ini menyarankan institusi pelayanan kesehatan untuk memberikan asuhan keperawatan secara holistik dan komprehensif.

Premature rupture of membranes is rupture of membranes before there are signs of labor and eagerly begin one hour before the in partu. Nursing interventions provided include teaches deep breathing relaxation techniques, conduct, monitoring pregnancies with premature rupture of membranes during childbirth, lactation management teaching. The results of this paper suggest a health care institution to provide nursing care in a holistic and comprehensive."
