"Diabetes melitus merupakan penyakit hiperglikemia kronis yang dapat menyebabkan komplikasi hipoglikemia, hiperglikemia, komplikasi makrovaskular dan mikrovaskular. Alternatif pendekatan terapi untuk menormalkan kadar gula darah ialah inhibitor α-glukosidase. Namun, penggunaan inhibitor α-glukosidase menimbulkan efek samping gangguan gastrointestinal, maka dicari sumber dari tumbuhan agar lebih aman.Penelitian terdahulu menunjukkan ekstrak etanol dari herba meniran (Phyllanthus niruri L.) memiliki penghambatan aktivitas α-glukosidase yang kuat dengan IC50 = 2,32 μg/mL. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui aktivitas penghambatan α-glukosidase terhadap fraksi teraktif hasil fraksinasi ekstrak metanol herba meniran dan mengetahui golongan senyawa kimia yang terdapat pada fraksi teraktif. Ekstrak metanol difraksinasi menggunakan fase diam Sephadex LH-20 dan fase gerak metanol 50%.Empat fraksi terpilih diuji penghambatan aktivitas α-glukosidase dengan menggunakan microplate reader. Didapatkan nilai IC50 dari fraksi teraktif adalah 37,257 μg/mL dan dilakukan uji kinetika penghambatan. Fraksi ini memiliki jenis penghambatan kompetitif terhadap α-glukosidase. Hasil penapisan fitokimia menunjukkan fraksi teraktif mengandung flavonoid dan tanin.

However, utilization of α-glucosidase inhibitor has side effects like gastrointestinal disorders, then look for the source from plants to find more safety therapy.Past research has shown that the ethanolic extract from aerial part Phyllanthus niruri L. has strong α-glucosidase inhibitory activity with IC50 = 2.32 µg/mL. The aims from this study to determine the α-glucosidase inhibitory activity from the most active fractions of methanolic extracts Phyllanthus niruri L. as fractionation results and to know chemical compounds in the most active fraction. Methanolic extract fractionated using Sephadex LH-20 and 50% methanol as mobile phase.The four selected fractions tested α-glucosidase inhibitory activity using microplate reader. The IC50 values ​​was obtained from the most active fraction 37.257 µg/mL and tested kinetics inhibition. The fraction has mechanism competitive inhibition with α-glucosidase. The phytochemical screening showed that the most active fractions containing flavonoids and tannins."

"Penelitian ini membahas mengenai pembentukan produk hukum daerah di daerah otonomi baru di Provinsi Papua Tengah sebagai salah satu Provinsi baru di Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum yang bersifat normatif dengan melakukan penelusuran atau pendekatan terhadap Peraturan Perundang-undangan, studi pustaka dan untuk menunjang hal tersebut dilakukannya wawancara terhadap narasumber terkait. Daerah Otonomi Baru mempunyai kondisi yang berbeda dengan Daerah Otonomi yang sudah lama berdiri. Salah satu kondisi tersebut adalah tidak adanya lembaga pembentukan Produk Hukum Daerah yang berwenang. Dalam penelitian ini menjelaskan mengenai pembentukan daerah otonomi baru dan pembentukan produk hukum daerah secara khusus peraturan daerah dan peraturan kepala daerah. Provinsi Papua Tengah sebagai salah satu Provinsi baru di Indonesia mengalami permasalahan dalam pembentukan produk hukum daerah secara khusus peraturan daerah provinsi, peraturan daerah khusus dan peraturan gubernur. Hal ini dikarenakan kewenangan yang diberikan daripada Undang-Undang Nomor 2 Tahun 2021 Tentang Perubahan Kedua atas Undang-Undang Nomor 21 Tahun 2001 Tentang Otonomi Khusus Bagi Provinsi Papua dan Undang-Undang Nomor 15 Tahun 2022 Tentang Pembentukan Provinsi Papua Tengah. Kekosongan hukum merupakan salah satu permasalahan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil daripada wawancara yang dilakukan untuk penelitian ini adalah Kondisi Provinsi Papua Tengah tidak bisa disamakan dengan Provinsi yang sudah lama terbentuk. Untuk pembentukan produk hukum daerah, Provinsi Papua tengah berwenang membentuk produk hukum daerah selain yang diperintahkan Undang-Undang dengan bentuk produk hukum daerah yang lain. Tetapi hal ini tidak sesuai dengan Ilmu dan Teori Peraturan Perundang- undangan.

This research discusses the formation of regional legal products in the new autonomous region in Central Papua Province as one of the new provinces in Indonesia. This research is normative legal research by conducting searches or approaches to Legislative Regulations, literature studies and to support this, interviews with relevant sources are conducted. The New Autonomous Region has different conditions from the long-established Autonomous Region. One of these conditions is the absence of an authorized regional legal product formation institution. This research explains the formation of new autonomous regions and the formation of regional legal products, specifically regional regulations and regional head regulations. Central Papua Province as one of the new provinces in Indonesia is experiencing problems in the formation of regional legal products, specifically provincial regional regulations, special regional regulations and governor regulations. This is due to the authority given by Law Number 2 of 2021 concerning the Second Amendment to Law Number 21 of 2001 concerning Special Autonomy for Papua Province and Law Number 15 of 2022 concerning the Establishment of Central Papua Province. Legal vacancy is one of the problems in this research. The results of interviews conducted for this research are that the conditions of Central Papua Province cannot be compared to provinces that have been established for a long time. For the formation of regional legal products, Papua Province has the authority to form regional legal products other than those ordered by law with other forms of regional legal products. But this is not in accordance with the Science and Theory of Legislation."
