Abstrak :
Nanopartikel emas semakin diminati oleh para peneliti karena sifat elektronik, optik, dan kimia yang unik dari partikel emas berskala nano. Namun, dalam pembuatan AuNP, bahan kimia yang dapat merusak lingkungan digunakan, sehingga dalam beberapa tahun terakhir pendekatan sintesis hijau telah dikembangkan. Dalam penelitian ini, AuNP dibuat dengan menggunakan ekstrak kacip fatimah yang memiliki karakterisasi dan stabilitas yang baik. Sintesis AuNP menggunakan larutan HAuCl4 30% dan ekstrak kernip fatimah dengan konsentrasi 5%, 10%, dan 15%, diaduk selama 5 menit dengan kecepatan 300 rpm, dan ditambahkan larutan natrium sitrat sebagai capping agent. Karakterisasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat pengukur pH, spektrofotometer UV-VIS, Particle Size Analyzer (PSA), dan Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM). Uji stabilitas dilakukan. AuNP disimpan pada suhu kamar selama 56 hari. Hasil sintesis AuNP dengan konsentrasi ekstrak 5% terbentuk pada 535,50 nm dengan daya serap 0,720 A, pH 3,83, ukuran partikel 59,93 ± 1,35 nm, nilai polidispersitas 0,463 ± 0,06, a Potensi zeta -31,0 ± 7,44 mV, dan ditemukan morfologi berbentuk bola, pentagonal, dan tidak beraturan. Pada uji stabilitas AuNP dengan konsentrasi ekstrak 5%, 10%, dan 15% selama 56 hari yang diamati menggunakan spektrofotometer UV-VIS dan PSA, ditemukan bahwa AuNP dengan konsentrasi ekstrak 5% memiliki stabilitas yang lebih baik daripada AuNP dengan konsentrasi ekstrak 10% dan 15%. . The results of the synthesis of AuNP with a concentration of 5% extract were formed at 535.50 nm with an absorption capacity of 0.720 A, pH 3.83, a particle size of 59.93 ± 1.35 nm, a polydispersity value of 0.463 ± 0.06, a zeta potential of -31, 0 ± 7.44 mV, and the morphology is spherical, pentagonal, and irregular. In the AuNP stability test with an extract concentration of 5%, 10%, and 15% for 56 days, which was observed using a UV-VIS and PSA spectrophotometer, it was found that AuNP with an extract concentration of 5% had better stability than AuNP with an extract concentration of 10% and 15%. . Synthesis of AuNP using kacip fatimah extract has good characterization and stability at a 5% extract concentration, stirred for 5 minutes at a speed of 300 rpm and sodium citrate is added as a capping agent.

Seorang apoteker memiliki peran penting di industri farmasi, apotek, dan distributor. Apoteker harus memenuhi standar kompetensi sebagai persyaratan untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalani praktik profesi. Standar kompetensi apoteker Indonesia terdiri dari 10 standar kompetensi sebagai kemampuan yang diharapkan oleh apoteker saat lulus dan masuk ke tempat praktik kerja profesi. Sebagai bekal dan pengalaman calon apoteker untuk dapat memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi, maka dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di PT Kimia Farma Trading and Distribution, Apotek Atrika, dan PT Harsen Laboratories pada periode bulan februari, maret, dan juli-agustus 2020. Selama PKPA, diharapkan calon apoteker dapat memperluas wawasan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di tempat praktik kerja profesi. ......A pharmacist has an important role in the pharmaceutical industry, pharmacy and distributors. During PKPA, it is hoped that prospective pharmacists can broaden their knowladges, understanding and experience to do pharmaceutical work in professional work practices.
