"Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji tingkat determinasi pendidikan terhadap mobilitas pekerja di Indonesia. Pendidikan dinilai memiliki peran penting dalam mengatasi kerentanan ini. Menggunakan data Survei Angkatan Kerja Nasional, penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan terhadap mobilitas pekerjaan antar sektor formal dan informal. Metode regresi logistik multinomial diterapkan untuk memahami pengaruh pendidikan terhadap mobilitas pekerjaan, dengan mempertimbangkan variabel kontrol seperti demografi, lama bekerja, dan wilayah. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan yang lebih tinggi signifikan meningkatkan kemungkinan pekerja berpindah ke sektor formal, diperlihatkan bahwa pekerja lulusan diploma akan 1.7 kali lebih cenderung berpindah ke sektor formal dibanding pekerja yang tidak mengenyam pendidikan.

This research aims to examine the impact of educational determination on worker mobility in Indonesia. Education is considered to have an important role in overcoming this vulnerability. Using National Labor Force Survey data, this research analyzes the influence of education on job mobility between the formal and informal sectors. The multinomial logistic regression method is applied to understand the effect of education on job mobility, taking into account control variables such as demographics, length of work, and region. The results show that higher education significantly increases the possibility of workers moving to the formal sector. It is proven that workers with a diploma are 1.7 times more likely to move to the formal sector than workers who have no education."
