"Laporan magang ini disusun dengan tujuan untuk melakukan evaluasi atas proses Financial Due Diligence (FDD) pada PT TOL oleh PT PIA. FDD dilakukan terhadap PT TOL atas transaksi antara PT TOL dan OUT Pte Ltd. PT TOL merupakan perusahaan infrastruktur yang bergerak di bidang jalan tol. Evaluasi proses FDD dilakukan untuk melihat kesesuaian kegiatan dalam penugasan FDD yang dilakukan oleh PT PIA berdasarkan pendapat mengenai proses penugasan FDD oleh Sayuthi (2010), Gole & Hilger (2009), dan LehmanBrown (2014). Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, proses FDD yang dilakukan oleh PT PIA sebagian besar telah sejalan dengan ketiga pendapat mengenai proses penugasan FDD. Kegiatan dalam FDD, fact finding dan investigation of special matters, tidak terlaksana secara efektif karena terdapat hambatan dalam pengoleksian data dan terdapat inkonsistensi dalam kalkulasi bagian pendapatan potensial dan biaya potensial. Terlepas dari evaluasi, laporan magang ini juga disusun untuk merefleksi diri Penulis selama menjadi karyawan magang selama di PT PIA sebagai pembelajaran diri ke depannya.

This internship report is made to evaluate the process of financial due diligence (FDD) on PT TOL by PT PIA. FDD on PT TOL is carried out due to the merger and acquisition transaction happening between PT TOL and OUT Pte Ltd. PT TOL is a company within infrastructural industry engaged in toll road sector. The evaluation is focused on the key activities within the FDD engagement carried out by PT PIA compared to the FDD engagement theory from Sayuthi (2010), Gole & Hilger (2009), and LehmanBrown (2014). The evaluation results in the fact that PT PIA accomplished carrying out most of the key activities of the theories. Two activities failed to be carried out effectively, fact finding and investigation of special matters, are due to the timely data collection and the calculation inconsistency between the calculation of potential gain and potential loss. Despite the evaluation, this internship report is also containing Author’s self-reflection on internship period in PT PIA."
