Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kecenderungan tenaga kerja bekerja sesuai keterampilannya dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesesuaian jenis pekerjaan dan keterampilan yng dimiliki. Unit analisisnya adalah angkatan kerja yang berusia 18 tahun keatas yang bekerja. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial dengan menggunakan Model Regresi Linier. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa jenis kelamin, kelompok umur, daerah tempat tinggal, pendidikan, status kerja dan lapangan usaha berpengaruh terhadap kesesuaian jenis pekerjaan dan keterampilan tenaga kerja.

The objective of this study is to learn how the tendencies of labor work according to their skills and the factors that affect the suitability of the type of work and the skills possessed. The unit analysis for this study is population aged 18 and over who work. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using the Linear Regression Model.
