Abstrak :
Aspal sebagai perekat dalam beton aspal hotmix memiliki salah satu sifat, yaitu modulus ulet. Modulus ulet atau ketahanan terhadap deformasi elastis sangat penting agar permukaan trotoar tidak mudah pecah atau retak. Ini bisa terjadi karena jalan menerima beban lalu lintas dan perubahan suhu permukaan selama masa layanan. Dari penelitian ini, telah menunjukkan bahwa penambahan nano crum rubber dapat meningkatkan modulus tangguh dari aspal hotmix yang diharapkan dapat mengatasi masalah beban lalu lintas yang telah terjadi di Indonesia. Uji pengaruh suhu terhadap nilai modulus ulet telah dilakukan pada variasi suhu 25, 35 dan 45 derajat Celcius. Tes dilakukan menggunakan metode Tarik Tidak Langsung. Tes ini dilakukan dengan tes UMATTA peralatan yang menggunakan teori rasio Poisson, yaitu beban diberikan secara vertikal, menyebabkan uji sampel untuk meregangkan secara horizontal. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa penambahan nano karet remah ke campuran aspal dengan pencampuran kering dapat meningkatkan kinerja panas mencampur beton aspal pada suhu yang lebih tinggi (35 dan 45 derajat Celcius). ......Asphalt as an adhesive in hotmix asphalt concrete has one of the properties, namely ductile modulus. Ductile modulus or resistance to elastic deformation is very important so that the pavement surface is not easily broken or cracked. This can happen because the road receives a traffic load and changes in surface temperature during the service period. From this research, it has been shown that the addition of nano crum rubber can improve resilient modulus of hotmix asphalt which is expected to overcome the problem of traffic loads that have occurred in Indonesia. Test the influence of temperature on the value of the ductile modulus has been carried out at 25, 35 and 45 degrees Celsius temperature variations. The test is done using the Indirect Pull method. This test is carried out with the UMATTA test equipment which uses Poisson ratio theory, ie the load is given vertically, causing test sample to stretch horizontally. These results indicate that the addition of nano crumb rubber to asphalt mixture with dry mixing can improve the heat performance of mixing asphalt concrete at higher temperatures (35 and 45 degrees Celsius).

Dilakukan perancangan dan pengembangan sistem pengukuran arus inverter 3 fasa, tegangan DC-Link, posisi sudut rotor, dan kecepatan sudut rotor menggunakan modulator sigma-delta terisolasi, absolute encoder, dan incremental encoder. Dilakukan pembandingan hasil pembacaan arus dan tegangan oleh sensor yang dikembangkan dengan arus dan tegangan yang didapatkan dari osiloskop. Didapatkan MAEArusFasaA = 0.510594 A, MAEArusFasaB = 0.71434 A, MAEArusFasaC = 0.710017 A, dan MAETeganganFasaA-N = 30.35317 V. Meskipun tidak dapat diimplementasikan ke dalam sistem, algoritma pembacaan sudut as menggunakan absolute encoder berhasil melakukan pembacaan sudut as, dibuktikan dengan pembandingan grafik sudut as yang dibentuk oleh incremental encoder. Dikemukakan pula kemungkinan alasan kegagalan integrasi absolute encoder tersebut pada bagian analisis. ......Design and development of a 3-phase inverter current measurement, DC-Link voltage, rotor angular position, and rotor angular speed system using isolated sigma-delta modulator, absolute encoder, and incremental encoder has been conducted. The results of current and voltage readings by the developed sensor modules are compared with the current and voltage obtained from the oscilloscope. Performance parameters is obtained with MAEArusFasaA = 0.510594 A, MAEArusFasaB = 0.71434 A, MAEArusFasaC = 0.710017 A, dan MAETeganganFasaA-N = 30.35317 V. Although it cannot be implemented into the system, the algorithm for reading the shaft angular position using an absolute encoder in reading the angular position has been performed as showed by the comparison of angular position graph generated by the incremental encoder. The possible reasons for the failure of the absolute encoder integration has been proposed in the analysis section.

Operasi yustisi penegakkan protokol kesehatan coronavirus disease 2019 dilaksanakan dalam rangka untuk mencegah penyebaran yang masif dan luas atas adanya pandemi coronavirus disease di dunia pada umumnya serta indonesia pada khususnya. Operasi yustisi ini merupakan penerapan dari berbagai kebijakan maupun peraturan yang dibuat baik itu dari pemerintah pusat maupun pemerintah daerah dan tentunya dijalankan oleh berbagai unsur demi tegaknya kebijakan maupun peraturan tersebut. Berdasarkan Pasal 205 Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Acara Pidana mengenai tindak pidana ringan, operasi yustisi penegakkan protokol kesehatan coronavirus disease ini diperiksa oleh pengadilan dengan menggunakan acara pemeriksaan cepat dengan kriteria jumlah pidana dendanya tidak lebih dari Rp. 7.500 (Tujuh Ribu Lima Ratus Rupiah) dan pidana kurungannya yang tidak lebih dari 3 bulan. Penggunaan Acara Pemeriksaan Cepat ini merupakan pelaksanaan asas peradilan cepat, sederhana dan berbiaya ringan ......The legal operation to enforce the 2019 coronavirus disease health protocol was carried out in order to prevent the massive and widespread spread of the coronavirus disease pandemic in the world in general and Indonesia in particular. This judicial operation is the implementation of various policies and regulations made by both the central government and local governments and of course carried out by various elements for the sake of enforcing these policies and regulations. Based on Article 205 of the Criminal Procedure Code regarding minor crimes, the judicial operation to enforce the coronavirus disease health protocol was examined by the court using a quick examination procedure with the criteria for the amount of criminal fines not being more than Rp. 7,500 (Seven Thousand Five Hundred Rupiah) and imprisonment for not more than 3 months. The use of this Quick Examination Procedure is the implementation of fast, simple and low-cost judicial principles
