"Skripsi ini membahas tentang analisis implementasi Building Information Modeling (BIM) pada pembangunan rumah sakit COVID-19 baik dalam tahap konstruksi maupun pengelolaan fasilitas. Dengan teridentifikasinya proses bisnis yang telah diimplementasikan dengan BIM, penulis melakukan penelitian eksperimental terkait integrasinya untuk proses pembangunan rumah sakit COVID-19. Setelah dilakukan penelitian, ditemukan bahwa dampak penerapan BIM terbukti memberikan hasil yang positif, meskipun terdapat penghalang yang menghambat penerapannya dalam kasus sebagian besar pembangunan rumah sakit COVID-19, yaitu dalam mengelola fasilitas yang ada.

This undergraduate thesis discusses the implementation analysis of Building Information Modelling (BIM) in the construction of COVID-19 hospital both within the construction and facility management phase. With the identification of the business process that has been implemented with BIM, the writer conduct experimental research regarding its integration for the COVID-19 hospital construction process. After the research, it was found that the impact of implementing BIM is proven to have a positive outcome, despite the barriers that lag its application within the case of most COVID-19 hospital construction, which is in managing an existing facility."
