ABSTRAK
Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat sebagai salah satu jenis fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan tingkat
pertama memiliki peranan penting dalam sistem kesehatan nasional. Praktek Kerja Profesi
Apoteker yang dilakukan di Puskesmas Kecamatan Kemayoran ditujukan untuk memahami tugas
dan fungsi apoteker dalam melaksanakan Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Puskesmas. Pelayanan
Kefarmasian adalah suatu pelayanan langsung dan bertanggung jawab kepada pasien yang
berkaitan dengan sediaan farmasi dengan maksud mencapai hasil yang pasti untuk meningkatkan
mutu kehidupan pasien. Suatu sarana pelayanan kefarmasian tempat dilaksanakannya
dilakukannya praktek kefarmasian oleh Apoteker adalah apotek. Aktivitas pelayanan kefarmasian
di Puskesmas dilakukan secara menyeluruh yang meliputi aktivitas promotif, preventif, kuratif
dan rehabilitatif kepada masyarakat di wilayah kerja puskesmas yang bersangkutan. Tugas
khusus yang diberikan pada kegiatan Praktek Kerja kali ini adalah membuat pengamatan Terhadap
Data Pelayanan Obat yang Rasional di Puskesmas.

the roles and functions of pharmacists in carrying Pharmaceutical Services at the health center.
Pharmaceutical Services is directly responsible to the patient associated with the pharmaceutical
preparation for achieving results that are sure to improve the quality of life of patients. Pharmacy
services implemented a practice of pharmacy by a pharmacist is a pharmacist. Pharmacy services
activities carried out thoroughly covering the activity of promotive, preventive, curative and
rehabilitative to the community in the working area in question. Special task given to the

ABSTRAK
Apoteker memiliki peran dan tanggung jawab yang sangat penting di apotek, yakni sebagai
pemimpin dan pemberi arahan seluruh kegiatan teknis kefarmasian dan kegiatan non-teknis
kefarmasian seperti pengelola dan penggerak bisnis di apotek, serta sebagai pengambil keputusan.
Pelayanan Kefarmasian adalah suatu pelayanan langsung dan bertanggung jawab kepada pasien
yang berkaitan dengan sediaan farmasi dengan maksud mencapai hasil yang pasti untuk
meningkatkan mutu kehidupan pasien. Suatu sarana pelayanan kefarmasian tempat
dilaksanakannya dilakukannya praktek kefarmasian oleh Apoteker adalah apotek. Dalam
melakukan kegiatan kefarmasian di Apotek, Apoteker juga dituntut untuk memiliki wawasan,
pengetahuan, keterampilan, pengalaman praktis di Apotek untuk dapat mengetahui gambaran
permasalahan yang sering dihadapi serta strategi dalam pengembangan praktek kefarmasian.
Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker yang dilakukan di Apotek Kimia Farma No.7 Bogor dilakukan
selama satu bulan dengan tugas khusus yang diberikan yaitu pengkajian.ABSTRACT Pharmacists have an important roles and responsibilities formanaging the pharmacy store, such as
a leader and giver of direction about technical and non-technical pharmaceutical activities such as
the pharmacy manager, business driver in pharmacies, and as a decision makers. Pharmaceutical
Services is a service directly responsible to the patient associated with the pharmaceutical
preparation with the aim to improve patients? quality of life. a place for doing of pharmacy
services and implementating a practice of pharmacy by a pharmacist is a pharmacy. As a
pharmacists, we also required to have the insight, knowledge, skills, practical experience in the
pharmacy to be able to describe of the problems and strategies in the development of the
pharmacy practice. InternshipProfession in Kimia Farma 7 Bogor conducted for one month with a
special task given about prescription assasment of osteoporosis prescriptions received by Kimia
Farma 7.

Rumah sakit merupakan salah satu tempat dilakukannya pelayanan medis atau kesehatan bagi
masyarakat. RSPAD Gatot Soebroto merupakan rumah sakit tipe A Pendidikan yang merupakan
rumah sakit rujukan dari rumah sakit dibawahnya. Salah satu faktor yang sangat mempengaruhi
mutu dari rumah sakit adalah pelayanan kefarmasian. Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker yang
dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Fatmawati ditujukan untuk memahami tugas dan fungsi
apoteker dalam melaksanakan Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Rumah Sakit yang meliputi pengelolaan
Sediaan Farmasi dan Bahan Medis Habis Pakai, serta pelayanan farmasi klinik. Untuk melakukan
pelayanan kefarmasian di Rumah Sakit, khususnya dalam bidang farmasi klinis maka Apoteker
perlu untuk terus mengikuti perkembangan pengetahuan serta peraturan yang berlaku. Strategi
pengembangan praktek kefarmasian di RSPAD Gatot Soebroto adalah dengan melakukannya
kegiatan penyuluhan rutin terkait obat untuk para tenaga kefarmasian maupun tenaga kesehatan
lainnya.
