Abstrak :
Penelitian ini membahas tentang Pemilihan supplier dengan pendekatan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) merupakan salah satu metode pengambilan keputusan yang efektif untuk mengambil keputusan dalam persoalan yang kompleks. Dengan AHP persoalan kompleks yang tidak terstruktur, disederhanakan menjadi bagian-bagian yang terstruktur dalam suatu hirarki. Penerapan AHP dalam penelitian ini adalah menentukan prioritas dari pemilihan supplier di PT. SUCACO. Hasil dari analisis AHP ini diperoleh untuk pemilihan supplier PVC, Supplier 1 menjadi yang terbaik dengan bobot 0,495 diikuti oleh Supplier 2 (0,225), Supplier 4 (0,160), Supplier 3 (0,120). Sedangkan Hasil dari Pemilihan supplier dengan pendekatan Metode analytic hierarchy process untuk pemilihan supplier XLPE, Supplier 1 menjadi yang terbaik dengan bobot 0,489 diikuti oleh Supplier 2 (0,163), Supplier 5 (0,119), Supplier 3 (0,116) dan Supplier 4 (0,114). ......This study discusses the selection of suppliers with the approach of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is one method of decision-making for effective decision making in a complex issue. With the complex question of the AHP is not structured, simplified it into pieces that are structured in a hierarchy. The application of AHP in this research is to determine the priority of the selection of supplier at PT SUCACO. The results of the analysis of AHP was obtained for the selection of suppliers of PVC, 1 being the best Supplier with weights 0,495 followed by Supplier 2 (0,225), Supplier 4 (0,160), Supplier 3 (0,120). Whereas the results of the selection of suppliers with analytic hierarchy process method of approach to the selection of suppliers for XLPE, 1 being the best Supplier with weights 0.533 followed by Supplier 2 (0,163), Supplier 5 (0,119), Supplier 3 (0,116) and Supplier 4 (0,114).
