Abstrak :
PT. Tirta Investama Caringin merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang berada di bidang industri proses Air Minum Dalam Kemasan (AMDK). Dengan meningkatnya persaingan pada industri AMDK, memaksa perusahaan untuk meningkatkan tingkat produksinya. Proses produksi tidak akan lepas dari mesin dan peralatan pada perusahaan, produksi yang bagus merupakan hasil dari kinerja mesin dan peralatan yang baik. Pada penelitian ini, penulis akan membahas tentang analisis kinerja mesin menggunakan Overall Plant Effectiveness (OPE). Ada tiga factor yang terdapat pada OPE yaitu, Availability, Performance Rate dan Quality Rate. Metode yang dipakai untuk penelitian ini merupakan metode deskriptif kuntitatif yang dilakukan pada mesin line HOD. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan rata-rata nilai availability sebesar 77%, nilai performance rate sebesar 91%, nilai quality rate sebesar 97%, dan nilai OPE sebesar 68%. ......PT. With increasing competition in the bottled water industry, companies are forced to increase their production levels. The production process cannot be separated from the machinery and equipment at the company, good production is the result of good machine and equipment performance. In this study, the authors will discuss the analysis of engine performance using Overall Plant Effectiveness (OPE). There are three factors contained in the OPE namely, Availability, Performance Rate and Quality Rate. The method used for this research is a quantitative descriptive method performed on the HOD line machine. The results of this study show an average availability value of 77%, a performance rate of 91%, a quality rate of 97%, and an OPE value of 68%.
