"ABSTRAKPeperomia pellucida (L.) Kunth telah diketahui memiliki aktivitas antihipertensi secara in-vitro melalui penghambatan angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) dan berpotensi sebagai bahan baku obat herbal dimana dalam proses penyimpanannya pengawetan merupakan faktor krusial. Iradiasi sinar gamma merupakan metode yang efektif untuk pengawetan serbuk herba. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh iradiasi sinar gamma (0; 2,5; 5; 7.5; dan 10 kGy) serbuk simplisia herba suruhan terhadap aktivitas penghambatan ACE ekstrak etanolnya menggunakan substrat 3-Hidroksibutiril-Glisil-Glisil-Glisin (3HB-GGG) dari ACE Kit - WST test kit dengan microplate reader, serta menganalisis profil KLT dari masing-masing ekstrak etanol menggunakan lempeng silika gel 60 F254 dan fase gerak diklormetana:metanol (92:8). Hasil uji menunjukkan bahwa dosis 5 kGy efektif digunakan karena menghasilkan penurunan aktivitas penghambatan ACE terkecil dibandingkan sampel iradiasi lainnya. Selain hasil uji aktivitas penghambatan ACE, iradiasi sinar gamma ditemukan tidak mempengaruhi profil KLT dari masing-masing ekstrak etanol selama dua bulan penyimpanan, sehingga iradiasi sinar gamma dapat dimanfaatkan untuk metode pengawetan serbuk herba.

ABSTRACTPeperomia pellucida (L.) Kunth has been known for its in-vitro antihypertensive activity through inhibition of angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) and is potential of being raw material for herbal medicine, where during its storage process, preservation is a crucial factor. Gamma ray irradiation is an effective method for preservation of herb powders. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the effect of gamma ray irradiation (0; 2,5; 5; 7,5; and 10 kGy) of the herb powder against the ACE inhibitory acitivity of its ethanol extracts using 3-Hydroxybutyryl-Glysil-Glysil-Glysil (3HB-GGG) as the substrate from the ACE kit – WST test kit using a microplate reader and also analyzing their TLC profiles using silica gel 60 F254 plates and dichlormethane:methanol (92:8) as the mobile phase. Results showed that the 5 kGy dose was effective for use because it resulted in the smallest decrease of ACE inhibitory activity compared to other irradiated samples. Besides the ACE inhibitory activity assay results, it was found that gamma ray irradiation didn’t effect TLC profiles of each ethanol extracts from the herb powders which were stored for two months, therefore gamma ray irradiation can be used for the preservation of the herb powder."

"ABSTRAKPekerjaan kefarmasian dalam Peraturan Pemerintah PP Republik Indonesia No. 51 tahun 2009 selain meliputi distribusi, penyaluran, dan pelayanan sediaan farmasi, juga meliputi pekerjaan kefarmasian dalam pengadaan dan produksi sediaan farmasi. Universitas Indonesia menjalin kerjasama dengan PT Eisai Indonesia menyelenggarakan PKPA ini yang berlangsung pada tanggal 1 Februari hingga 31 Maret 2017. Perbekalan diri baik perbekalan teori dan praktik sangatlah penting dan melalui PKP ini mahasiswa calon apoteker telah memahami implementasi CPOB; memiliki gambaran yang nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi; dan mendapatkan kesempatan pada untuk mendapatkan ilmu pengetahuan dan wawasan yang memadai melalui praktik langsung di industri farmasi.

ABSTRACTPharmaceutical work in the Peraturan Pemerintah PP Republik Indonesia No. 51 tahun 2009 besides distribution, and service of pharmaceutical preparations, also include the procurement and production of pharmaceutical preparations. Universitas Indonesia established a partnershio with PT Eisai Indonesia to organize this Profession Internship Program PIP which took place from the 1st of February to the 31st of March 2017. Both theory and practice are very important, and so, through this PIP, the student who is about ndash to be an Apothecary, has been made to understand the implementation of CPOB has a real picture about pharmaceutical work problem in a pharmaceutical industry and have received an opportunity to gain adequate knowledge and insight by direct practice in a pharmaceutical industry."

"ABSTRAKApotek berdasarkan PMK RI No. 9 tahun 2017 adalah sarana pelayanan kefarmasian tempat dilakukan praktek kefarmasian oleh Apoteker. Standar pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek menurut PMK RI No. 73 tahun 2016 meliputi pengelolaan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan, dan bahan medis habis pakai, dan Pelayanan farmasi klinik. Penyelenggaraan pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek yang terbaik harus didukung oleh ketersediaan sumber daya kefarmasian termasuk sumber daya manusia yang berorientasi kepada keselamatan pasien. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, Program Studi Profesi Apoteker Fakultas Farmasi Universitas Indonesia telah bekerja sama dengan PT. Kimia Farma Apotek untuk menyelenggarakan Praktek Kerja Profesi PKP di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 352 Depok pada bulan April 2017. Melalui PKP ini mahasiswa Apoteker telah dibuat memahami dan dapat mendapatkan wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis sebagai seorang Apoteker yang melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di apotek; serta mengetahui penyelesaian beberapa hambatan dalam pelaksanaan pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek.

ABSTRACTA pharmacy, based on PMK RI No. 9 tahun 2017 is pharmaceutical service facility where pharmaceutical practice is performed by a pharmacist Apoteker . Pharmaceutical standard in pharmacies according to PMK RI No. 7 tahun 2016 covers the management of pharmaceutical preparations, medical devices, and medical consumables and also clinical pharmaceutical services. Running the best pharmaceutical service in pharmacies have to be supported by the availability of pharmaceutical resources including human resources who are patient safety oriented. Based on that, Universitas Indonesia rsquo s Faculty of Pharmacy rsquo s Apothecary Profession Study Program has made cooperation with PT. Kimia Farma Apotek to conduct this Profession Internship PI in Kimia Farma 352 Pharmacy Depok on April 2017. Through this PI, the Apothecary student has been made to understand and gain insight, knowledge, skills, and practical experience as a pharmacist doing pharmaceutical work in a pharmacy and also aware of solutions to some of obstacles in implementation of pharmaceutical service in a pharmacy."

"ABSTRAKApoteker yang melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Direktorat Pengawasan Alat Kesehatan dan PKRT akan menerapkan pengetahuan ilmu kefarmasiannya untuk terlibat dalam tugas pokok dan fungsi direktorat. Program Studi Profesi Apoteker Fakultas Farmasi Universitas Indonesia telah bekerja sama dengan pemerintah, Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia RI khususnya di Direktorat Jenderal Kefarmasian dan Alat Kesehatan untuk melaksanakan Praktek Kerja Profesi PKP di Direktorat Pengawasan Alat Kesehatan dan PKRT dilakukan pada tanggal 22 Mei sampai dengan 2 Juni 2017. Melalui PKP ini mahasiswa apoteker diberikan wawasan, pengetahuan, dan pengalaman kerja; dibuat untuk memahami peran dan tanggung jawab apoteker di instansi pemerintahan yang meliputi pembinaan, mengawasan dan pembuatan regulasi dalam tahapan premarket standardisasi dan sertifikasi dan post market yang terdiri dari pengawasan terhadap sarana produksi dan distribusi, serta pengawasan produk alat kesehatan dan PKRT ; serta dibuat mengetahui penyelesaian beberapa permasalahan kefarmasian di Direktorat Pengawasan Alat Kesehatan dan PKRT.

Universitas Indonesia rsquo s Faculty of Pharmacy rsquo s Apothecary Profession Study Program has made cooperation with the government, The Ministry of Health, Republic of Indonesia, particularly with The Directorate General of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices for this Profession Internship Program PI . PI in the Directorate of Medical Devices and Household Supplies Supervision was held from the 22nd of May till the 2nd of June 2017. Through this PI, the Apothecary student was given insight, knowledge, and work experience made to understand the role and responsibilities of pharmacists in the government agency which covers coaching, supervision, and regulation making in the premarket standardization and certification and post market stage which consists of supervision of production and distribution facilities, also the supervision of products medical devices and household health supplies and made to know the solutions to various pharmaceutical problems In the Directorate of Medical Devices and Household Supplies Supervision."
