Tokotrienol memiliki potensi antioksidan yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan tokoferol. Formulasi sediaan nanoemulsi gel dapat menghantarkan tokotrienol ke lapisan kulit untuk mencegah kerusakan kulit yang disebabkan oleh radikal bebas dan meningkatkan stabilitas sediaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui stabilitas fisik dan aktivitas antioksidan dari formulasi nanoemulsi gel tokotrienol. Formulasi nanoemulsi tokotrienol dibuat dengan menggunakan tokotrienol, asam oleat, tween 80, alkohol 96%, dan propilen glikol. Basis gel yang digunakan adalah carbomer dan trietanolamin. Uji stabilitas fisik dilakukan pada 3 suhu yang berbeda yaitu pada suhu rendah (4˚C ±2˚C), suhu ruang (27˚C ±2˚C), suhu tinggi (40˚C ±2˚C), cycling test dan uji sentrifugasi pada kecepatan 3800 rpm selama 5 jam. Pengukuran aktivitas antioksidan dilakukan dengan metode peredaman DPPH untuk menentukan nilai IC₅₀. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah formula 1 memiliki stabilitas fisik terbaik dengan pH 6,12. Ukuran globul nanoemulsi gel tokotrienol pada formula 1 596 nm dengan nilai potensial zeta 27,1 mV. IC₅₀ nanoemulsi gel tokotrienol adalah 6252,14 ppm

ABSTRACT
Tocotrienols has antioxidant potential higher than tocopherols. Nanoemulsion gel can deliver tocotrienols into the skin to prevent skin damage which is caused by free radicals and improve the stability of the dosage form. The purpose of this study was to determine the physical stability and antioxidant activity of tocotrienols nanoemulsion gel formulation. Tocotrienols nanoemulsion is made by using tocotrienols, oleic acid, tween 80, alcohol 96%, and propylene glycol. Gel base is made by Carbomer and triethanolamine. Physical stability test was conducted at three different temperatures, which were low temperature (4˚C ± 2˚C), room temperature (27˚C ± 2C), high temperature (40˚C ± 2˚C), cycling test and centrifugation test in 3800 rpm for 5 hours. Antioxidant activity was measured by DPPH method for determining IC₅₀ values. Formula 1 has the best physical stability with pH of 6,12. Droplet size of tocotrienols nanoemulsion gel is 596 nm with zeta potential value is -27,1 nm. IC₅₀ of tocotrienols nanoemulsion gel is 6252.14 ppm.

Praktek Profesi Apoteker di PT Darya Varia Laboratoria Tbk bertujuan untuk memahami peran, tugas dan tanggung jawab Apoteker di Industri Farmasi, mampu memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Industri Farmasi, memahami penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik CPOB di PT Darya Varia Laboratoria, dan memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Industri Farmasi. Praktek kerja profesi dilakukan selama dua bulan di bagian Quality Assurance. Pada pelaksanaan praktek kerja terdapat tugas khusus berupa analisis data peninjauan mutu produk X untuk tren data hasil hasil analisis, raw material dan packaging material.

ABSTRACT
The aims of internship at PT Darya Varia Laboratoria was to understand the roles, duties and responsibilities of pharmacist in Pharmaceutical Industry, gaining knowledges, skills, practical experiences, to understand the implementation of Good Manufacturing Practice GMP in PT Darya Varia Laboratoria and perspectives about pharmaceutical practice issue in Pharmaceutical Industry. The internship was held for two months in Quality Assurance department. The specific assignment was about analysis of product quality review of X product for trend of data results of analysis, raw material and packaging material.

Praktek Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Atrika bertujuan untuk memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab Apoteker dalam pengelolaan apotek, serta melakukan praktik pelayanan kefarmasian sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan dan etika yang berlaku, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, ketrampilan, pengalaman praktis dan memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktik kefarmasian serta mempelajari strategi dan kegiatan-kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka pengembangan praktik kefarmasian. Praktek kerja profesi dilakukan selama satu bulan yang terdiri dari manajemen apotek dan pelayanan kefarmasian pada pasien meliputi swamedikasi, pelayanan resep dokter, dan pemberian informasi obat. Pada pelaksanaan praktek kerja terdapat tugas khusus berupa analisis rancangan klinik pratama yang bekerjasama dengan BPJS Kesehatan yang terdiri atas 3 orang dokter umum dengan waktu pelayanan 24 jam di Bintaro Jaya.

ABSTRACT
The aims of internship at Atrika Pharmacy was to understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacist in pharmacy rsquo s managerial and clinical pharmaceutical practices in accordance with provisions of legislation and ethics, gaining knowledges, skills, practical experiences, and perspectives in pharmaceutical practice issue to understand about the challenges and activities that can be undertaken of developing pharmaceutical practice. The internship was held for one month which is divided into two sub majors pharmacy rsquo s managerial and clinical pharmaceutical practices such as self medication, prescription and healthcare, and also provision of drug information. The specific assignment was about design analysis of clinic BPJS collaboration. The clinic was designed with 3 doctors and 24 hours working time at Bintaro Jaya

The aims of internship at Directorate General of Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices, Ministry of Health Republic of Indonesia was to understand the roles, duties and responsibilities of pharmacist in Directorate General of Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices especially Directorate of Production and Distribution of Pharmaceutical, gaining knowledges about main duties and functions of Directorate General of Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices especially Directorate of Production and Distribution of Pharmaceutical in the pharmaceutical field, gaining knowledges, skills, practical experiences, and perspective about pharmaceutical practice in Directorate General of Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices especially Directorate of Production and Distribution of Pharmaceutical, and perspectives about pharmaceutical practice issue in Directorate General of Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices especially Directorate of Production and Distribution of Pharmaceutical. The internship was held for two weeks in Directorate of Production and Distribution of Pharmaceutical.
