Laporan tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa kinerja perusahaan melalui perspektifbalance scorecard yang terdiri dari perpektif finansial, perspektif pelanggan, perspektifproses bisnis internal serta perspektif pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran. Hal ini jugamembantu perusahaan untuk lebih mengembangkan KPI key performance indicator tidakhanya dari sekedar sisi keuangan tetapi dari semua faktor yang bisa di manfaatkan secaraefisien.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this report is to examine the performance of the company by analyzing itwith balance scorecard perspective which consist of financial perspective, customerperspective, internal business process perspective and learning and growth perspective. Itis also helping the company to further develop the KPI key performance indicator morethan just the financial side but all of the supporting factors that can be utilized efficiently.
