"The increasing of internet banking - as a development of service delivery channel at banking sector - demands its capability for identifying the key factors that would influence internet banking service quality based on their customer's needs and expectations. Besides of service quality that would effect on customer satisfaction, it had become evident that developing and maintaining the relationship is as important factor also for forming the customer's loyalty in the highly competitive market.
This research would be assessing the influence of customer's perception of Internet banking service quality in the views of their satisfaction, customer's trust and commitment as the key variable of relational quality on internet banking customer's loyalty. The research object is on users of internet banking KlikBCA.
Based on earlier literatures and theoretical backgrounds about service quality, customer's satisfaction, relational quality and customer's loyalty, this research would confirm the influence of internet banking service quality on customer's satisfaction. Furthermore, this research would confirm the influence of customer's satisfaction on customer's trust and their commitment also that eventually will form the customer's loyalty on Internet banking users.
The respondent sample to the structured questionnaire survey consisted of 129 K1ikBCA users. To select respondents, a purposive non-probability sampling was used. Respondents were asked questions regarding their internet using habits, their perception about K1ikBCA's service quality, their satisfaction, their trust and commitment and their loyalty to KlikBCA by the self administered questionnaire which is consisted of 69 Likert-scale questions.
The research generated an adequate measurement model that describing structural relationship between internet banking service quality, customer's satisfaction, customer's trust and commitment, and customer's loyalty. The measurement model was assessed by factor analysis with SPSS 12.00. In addition, this result also generated a significant structural model that describing simultaneous relationship between those variables. The structural model was tested by structural equation modeling technique with Lisrel 8.30.
Some of key findings from the data analysis are highlighted: internet banking service quality has a significant positive influence on customer's satisfaction. Customer's satisfaction has a significant positive influence on customer's commitment but customer's trust cannot influence customer's commitment. Meanwhile, customer's commitment plays a significant positive role on customer's loyalty, but customer's loyalty cannot be predicted directly by customer's satisfaction and customer's trust.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan jenis dan proses pembentukan nomina. Nomina dapat dibentuk dari kelas kata lain, dalam hal ini verba dan adjektif. Pembentukan nomina disebut juga dengan istilah Nominalisierung. Pada artikel di dalam majalah-majalah di Jerman, sering kali ditemukan nomina dengan bentuk yang membuat pembaca sedikit kesulitan untuk memahaminya, misalnya komposita yang terdiri atas tiga nomina atau lebih. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini berfokus pada pembentukan nomina untuk menjelaskan polapola pembentukan nomina dari kelas kata verba dan adjektif. Jika proses dan asal kata pada pembentukannya telah diketahui, arti dari tiap nomina dapat dipahami dengan benar. Penelitian deskriptif ini dilakukan dengan teori pembentukan nomina dari Stephan Bopp. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa nomina yang berasal dari akar kata sebuah verba dengan penambahan sufiks -ung merupakan jenis pembentukan nomina yang paling banyak muncul.

The aim of this research is to explain the types and means of noun forming. Noun can be formulated by other lexical categories, such as verbs and adjectives. Noun forming is well-known as Nominalisierung. In German magazines, unusual noun forming is often found, for instance, the use of three or more noun forming which is difficult to understand. Thus, this research is focusing on elaborating the formation of noun forming from other lexical categories, which are verbs and adjectives. The significance of this is due to understand the detailed knowledge of the noun by simplifying its form and derivation. This descriptive research uses the noun forming theory from Stephan Bopp. The result proves that nouns which are formed by verb with suffix -ung often emerge.

Meningkatnya insiden patah tulang di Indonesia dari tahun ke tahun memerlukan pemecahan dari masalah terbatasnya sumber tulang pengganti sementara dengan kriteria sesuai. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini berfokus pada optimasi sifat-sifat material untuk aplikasi scaffold. Komposit PVA/kitosan-hidroksiapatit (HA) telah berhasil dibuat dengan metode kimiawi basah yang dilanjutkan proses freeze-thawing dan freeze-drying. Variabel yang digunakan adalah kadar hidroksiapatit sebesar 0, 25, 40 dan 50% (b/v). Karakterisasi yang dilakukan adalah spektroskopi Fourier transform infra red (FTIR), scanning electron microscope (SEM), uji tekan, dan swelling behavior. Hasil karakterisasi menunjukkan penambahan hidroksiapatit menghasilkan morfologi berpori dengan ukuran rata-rata 42,39 µm untuk variabel 50% HA, dan meningkatkan modulus tekan dari 14 MPa untuk sampel tanpa HA menjadi 143, 191, dan 187 MPa untuk sampel dengan penambahan HA sebesar 25, 40 dan 50% (b/v). Selain itu penambahan hidroksiapatit juga mengurangi derajat pembengkakan dari 296% untuk sampel tanpa HA menjadi 85, 78, dan 59% untuk sampel dengan penambahan HA sebesar 25, 40 dan 50% (b/v), masing-masing. Hasil ini menunjukkan PVA/kitosan-HA memiliki sifat-sifat potensial untuk digunakan sebagai scaffold dalam rekayasa jaringan tulang.

The increasing number of bone fracture incident in Indonesia from year to year needs the problem solving of the limited bone substitute which meet all the criteria. Therefore, this study is focusing in optimization of material?s properties used as scaffold. Composite of PVA/chitosan-hydroxyapatite (HA) was successfully made by wet chemically method which followed by freeze thawing and freeze drying. The variable used in this study is the percentage of hydroxyapatite with 0, 25, 40, and 50% (wt/v). The samples were characterized by using Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, scanning electron microscope (SEM), compressive test, and swelling behavior. The results showed that addition of hydroxyapatite has yielded porous structure with average pore size of 42,39 µm (50% HA) and increased in compressive modulus from 14 MPa for 0% HA to 143, 191, and 187 MPa for samples with addition of HA with amount of 25, 40, 50% (wt/v). Besides, addition of HA also reduced the swelling ratio from 296% for sample without HA to 85, 78, and 59% for sample with addition of HA with the following amount: 25, 40, and 50% (wt/v), respectively. This results show that PVA/chitosan-HA in the current study is potential to be used as scaffold in bone tissue engineering.
