Relasi sosial dalam bentuk integrasi dengan komunitas lokal merupakan solusi terkait maraknya konflik sosial sebagai implikasi dari kegiatan operasi perusahaan ekstraktif. Kedudukan komunitas lokal yang didalamnya melekat bentuk sense of localism atas rasa memiliki sumber daya alam yang berada di lingkungannya yang kemudian memicu tumbuhnya kesadaran kolektif atas hak dan kekuasan untuk menuntut keadilan dalam hal perolehan manfaat. Beberapa studi telah membahas terkait praktik tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan dapat membentuk integrasi yang kuat melalui pemenuhan harapan sosial. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat pengaruh tingkat performa program tanggung jawab sosial terhadap tingkat relasi antara Star Energy Geothermal (Wayang Windu) Limited dengan komunitas lokal. Untuk mengukur kinerja (performance) program CSR/CD SEG WWL, maka dalam penelitian ini menggunakan enam dimensi, antara lain dimensi manfaat, kesesuaian, keberlanjutan, dampak, partisipasi serta pengembangan kapasitas masyarakat. Keenam dimensi tersebut kemudian akan diterapkan pada lima bidang program yang menjadi fokus program CSR/CD perusahaan, yaitu program ekonomi, kesehatan, pendidikan, infrastruktur dan lingkungan. Sedangkan pada variabel dependen, untuk mengukur tingkat relasi sosial menggunakan beberapa indikator, antara lain kontak (interaksi) dan komunikasi, keterlibatan komunitas, kepercayaan, keinginan untuk kerjasama, dukungan, kesan terhadap sikap dan proteksi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan melakukan survey kepada 449 responden yang ditarik secara acak dengan menggunakan teknik penarikan stratified proportional sampling di enam desa yang masuk ring 1 di Kec. Pengalengan. Kab. Bandung. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan hubungan antara tingkat performa CSR/CD sebagai variabel independen dengan tingkat relasi sosial sebagai variabel dependen memiliki kekuatan hubungan yang cukup kuat (moderat). Tingkat performa program tanggung jawab sosial menyumbangkan kontribusi sekitar 47% dalam kaitanya relasi yang terbentuk dengan komunitas lokal. Sementara, faktor lain yang turut mempengaruhi tingkat relasi antara perusahaan dengan komunitas salah satunya adalah keadilan prosedural (procedural fairness).

ABSTRACT
Social relations in the form of integration with local communities is a solution related to the rise of social conflict as an implication of extractive company operations. The position of the local community in which the form of sense of localism inherent in the sense of possessing natural resources in the environment which then trigger the growth of collective awareness of the right and power to demand justice in terms of the acquisition of benefits. Several studies have discussed related corporate social responsibility practices to establish strong integration through the fulfillment of social expectations. this study was conducted to see the relationship between the level of CSR performance and the level of social relations which case study Star Energy Geothermal (Wayang Windu) Limited and local communities. To measure the level of CSR performance, in this study using six dimensions, including the dimensions of affectivity, relevance, sustainability, impact, participation and capacity building. The six dimensions will be applied to the five program areas that are the focus of the company's CSR / CD program, namely economic, health, education, infrastructure and environment programs.While on the dependent variable, to measure the level of social relations use several indicators, such as contact (interaction) and communication, community involvement, trust, desire for cooperation, support, impression of attitude and protection (community based security). This study uses quantitative research methods by conducting a survey to 449 respondents who were drawn randomly by using the technique of stratified proportional sampling in six villages that entered ring 1 in District Pengalengan. The results of this study reveal the relationship between the level of CSR / CD performance as an independent variable with the level of social relations as the dependent variable has a strong enough (moderate) relationship strength. The level of CSR performance contributes about 47% in establishing relationships with local communities. Meanwhile, other factors that influence the level of relationship between the company and the community one of them is procedural fairness.
