"Tesis ini meneliti mengenai faktor penentu kesuksesan terhadap implementasi sistem Enterprise Resource Planning atau biasa disebut ERP. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan menentukan faktor penentu kesuksesan terhadap implementasi sistem ERP di PT XYZ. Selain itu penelitian juga bertujuan untuk menganalisa faktor-faktor tersebut beserta korelasi antar faktor. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan framework Delone & McLean sebagai kriteria faktor dengan variabel System Quality, Information Quality, Use, User Satisfaction dan Net Benefit. Selain itu, peneliti melakukan analisa terhadap data menggunakan Structural Equation Model. Selanjutnya, faktor-faktor tersebut akan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap implementasi sistem ERP di PT.XYZ.

This thesis examines the key success factors of Enterprise Resource Planning system implementation or called ERP. The purpose of this research is to identify and determine the key success factors of ERP system implementation in PT XYZ. In addition, this research using these factors to analyze along with the correlation between factors. In this study, researchers using the Delone & McLean framework as a factor criteria with System Quality, Information Quality, Use, User Satisfaction and Net Benefit variables. After determining key success factors and their correlation, the researchers analyzed data using the Structural Equation Model. Furthermore, these factors will have a positive and significant impact on the implementation of ERP system in PT.XYZ."
