Abstrak :
Permasalahan perumahan di perkotaan sudah sangat mendesak. Pertumbuhan penduduk dan arus perpindahan dari pedesaan ke perkotaan yang tidak diimbangi dengan penyediaan perumahan menyebabkan adanya daerah kumuh. Di Provinsi DKI Jakarta, lebih dari 50% rumah tangga belum memiliki tempat tinggal milik sendiri. Selain itu, backlog perumahan tahun 2017 di Provinsi DKI Jakarta yaitu 302.319. Salah satu cara untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, yaitu dengan menyediakan Rumah Susun Sewa untuk masyarakat relokasi dan masyarakat umum berpenghasilan rendah. Akan tetapi, relokasi masyarakat dapat terjadi secara sukarela ataupun terpaksa. Masyarakat relokasi merupakan masyarakat yang terkena program pembangunan untuk kepentingan umum, bencana alam, dan penertiban ruang kota. Saat ini penelitian terkait efektivitas relokasi ke Rumah Susun Sewa sangat terbatas. Di Provinsi DKI Jakarta salah satu permasalahan terkait Rumah Susun Sewa yaitu tingginya tunggakan biaya sewa unit hunian. Dengan mengambil studi kasus Rumah Susun Sewa di Provinsi DKI Jakarta, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan status pemilik unit hunian relokasi dengan umum, yaitu terkait tunggakan sewa unit hunian. Penelitian ini menganalisis data cross section berupa data demografi dan data tunggakan sewa unit hunian Rumah Susun Sewa Tahun 2022. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan regresi Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa status unit hunian berpengaruh terhadap tunggakan penghuni, dimana penghuni dengan status relokasi lebih banyak yang menunggak dibandingkan penghuni dengan status umum. ......Housing problems in urban areas are very critical. In addition, the housing backlog in DKI Jakarta reached 302.319 in 2017. One way to overcome this issue is to provide a public rental housing program for the relocated and public residents with low income. However, the relocated residents can occur voluntarily or involuntarily. The relocation residents referred to are the residents affected by development programs for the public interest, natural disasters, and controlling urban space. Previous research about the effectiveness of relocating to public rental housings is very limited. The public housings create higher rent overdue in Jakarta. Therefore, this research's objective is to compare the relocated and public residents in terms of rent overdue in DKI Jakarta public housing. This research analyzes demographic data and public housing rent overdue in 2022. The method used in this research is quantitative with Ordinary Least Square (OLS) regression. The analyzed regression shows that rental public housing status influences rent overdue, and residents with the status relocated residents are more prone to pay the rent overdue, compared to the public residents.

ABSTRACT
Infrastruktur pedesaan sangat berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan pertanian, pembangunan ekonomi, dan pengentasan kemiskinan desa. Pembangunan infrastruktur pedesaan yang berkelanjutan dapat dicapai secara optimal yaitu dengan melibatkan masyarakat desa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi keterlibatan masyarakat dalam pembangunan infrastruktur pedesaan yang berkelanjutan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisa statistik deskriptif dengan pengambilan data melalui survey, studi kasus, dan analisa arsip. Selanjutnya, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bentuk keterlibatan masyarakat dalam pembangunan infrastruktur pedesaan berupa harta benda, dimana faktor yang mempengaruhi masyarakat untuk turut berpartisipasi dalam pembangunan infrastruktur pedesaan adalah faktor usia dan jenis pekerjaan. Dari hasil penelitian, adanya keterlibatan masyarakat tersebut dapat mendukung pembangunan infrastruktur pedesaan yang berkelanjutan, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan semakin baik nya aspek ekonomi, lingkungan, dan sosial.
ABSTRACT
Rural infrastructure is very influential on agricultural growth, economic development, and village poverty alleviation. Development of sustainable rural infrastructure can be achieved optimally by involving the village community. This study aims to identify community involvement in sustainable rural infrastructure development. The research method used is descriptive statistical analysis with data collection through survey, case study, and archival analysis. Furthermore, the results of the research show the form of community involvement in rural infrastructure development in the form of property, where factors that influence the community to participate in rural infrastructure development are the factors of age and type of work. From the results of the study, the involvement of the community can support the development of sustainable rural infrastructure, as indicated by better economic, environmental, and social aspects.

Slums are generated because many households do not have place to live and populate in unauthorized and inappropriate regions. More than 50% of households in DKI Jakarta have yet to own any housing property. In addition, the housing backlog in DKI Jakarta reached 302.319 in 2017. Therefore, housing problems in urban areas are very critical. One way to overcome this issue is to provide a public rental housing program for relocated and general residents with low income—the relocated residents' objective of moving to public rental housing, as they are the victims. The residents lost their livelihoods, the economy was challenging, and it took time to get a job. So, relocated residents in rental public housing are known to have high overdue rent. Previous research about the effectiveness of relocating to public rental accommodations rental public lodgings is minimal. Therefore, public housings create higher rent due in Jakarta. This research's objective is to compare the relocated and general residents in terms of rent overdue in DKI Jakarta public housing. This research analyzes demographic data and public housing rent overdue in 2022. The method used in this research is quantitative with Ordinary Least Square (OLS) regression. The analyzed regression shows that rental public housing status influences rent overdue, and residents with the status relocated residents are more prone to pay the rent overdue, compared to the public residents.
