"This thesis explores the issue of the existence of the Right to Secede within the framework of the Right of Self-Determination. The discussion explores the existing of international laws governing the right of self-determination, focusing on said laws, which has stipulations explicitly regarding the right of external selfdetermination or secession. Using a method known as the descriptive-analysis method, this thesis will aim to analyze and evaluate the right of secession within the framework of the right of self-determination through the application of the rights in the cases of Kosovo and Crimea.

Diskusi mengeksplorasi ada hukum internasional yang mengatur hak penentuan nasib sendiri, dengan fokus pada kata hukum, yang memiliki ketentuan secara eksplisit tentang hak penentuan nasib sendiri eksternal atau memisahkan diri.
