"ABSTRAKPenelitian ini meneliti peran orang tua/wali dalam proses rehabilitasi sosial ABH, serta faktor-faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat orang tua/wali untuk berperan dalam proses rehabilitasi sosial ABH di PSMP Handayani. Penelitian deskriptif ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan studi literatur. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa orang tua/wali terlibat dalam ke-tujuh tahapan rehabilitasi sosial ABH di PSMP Handayani, dan menjalankan perannya sebagai mediator, advokat, fasilitator, motivator, evaluator, dan juga edukator.

ABSTRACT

This research examines the role of parents/guardians on the process of social rehabilitation for Children in Conflict with the Law, and also supporting and restricting factors of parental roles on the process of social rehablitation of Children in Conflict with the Law at PSMP Handayani. This descriptive research uses qualitative approach. Data collection methods used for this research are observation, in-depth interview, and literature study. The research shows parents/guardians are involved in the seven steps of social rehabilitation of Children in Conflict with the Law at PSMP Handayani. They carry the role as mediator, advocate, facilitator, motivator, evaluator, and also educator."
