"[ABSTRAK
Pada kehamilan dibutuhkan asupan zat gizi yang adekuat untuk menunjang
pembelahan sel dan pertumbuhan yang cepat. Seng merupakan kofaktor dari hampir
sekitar 200 enzim yang berperan penting dalam embryogenesis. Defisiensi seng
berhubungan dengan komplikasi pada ibu selama kehamilan dan persalinan serta
gangguan pertumbuhan dan kelainan kongenital pada janin. Konsentrasi seng
serum menurun sejak kehamilan trimester pertama hingga ketiga. Penelitian ini
merupakan penelitian dengan desain potong lintang yang bertujuan untuk
mengetahui korelasi antara konsentrasi seng serum maternal dengan tali pusat pada
kehamilan trimester ketiga. Penelitian dilakukan di 10 puskesmas di Jakarta Timur
pada bulan Maret 2015 sampai bulan April 2015. Pengambilan subyek dilakukan
dengan cara konsekutif dan didapatkan 63 orang subyek yang memenuhi kriteria
penelitian. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara meliputi data usia, usia
kehamilan, paritas, pajanan rokok, pendapatan rumah tangga, pendidikan maternal,
serta asupan protein, besi, tembaga dan seng dengan metode Food Frequency
Questionnaire (FFQ) semikuantitatif. Pengukuran antropometri untuk menilai
status gizi dan pemeriksaan laboratorium yang meliputi konsentrasi seng serum dan
tali pusat. Didapatkan rerata usia 27,63 ± 4,96 tahun dan sebagian besar subjek
berada dalam kategori pendidikan tinggi dan pendapatan tinggi. Asupan seng
menunjukkan 98,4% subjek memiliki asupan seng kurang dari Angka Kecukupan
Gizi (AKG) Indonesia. Nilai median konsentrasi seng serum maternal 53,70 (28.18
-67,61) μg/dL dan 82,5% subyek tergolong dalam kategori adekuat. Nilai median
konsentrasi seng serum tali pusat adalah sebesar 85,11
(57.54 - 154,88) μg/dL, sedangkan 65,1% subjek tergolong dalam kategori tidak
adekuat. Didapatkan rasio di antaranya 0,63 dengan korelasi tidak bermakna antara
konsentrasi seng serum maternal dengan tali pusat (r=0,04, p=0,78).

ABSTRACT
Pregnancy is a period of rapid growth and cell differentiation, when both of the
mother and the fetus are very susceptible to alterations in dietary supply, especially
of nutrients which are marginal under normal circumstances. Zinc is required for
cellular division and differentiation, and is an essential nutrient for normal
embryogenesis. Zinc deficiency has been associated with complications of
pregnancy and delivery, as well as growth retardation and congenital abnormalities
in the fetus. It has been found that zinc levels keep decreasing during pregnancy
from first trimester to third trimester. The aim of this cross sectional study was to
find the correlation between serum maternal and cordblood zinc level during third
trimester. Data collection was conducted during March 2015 to April 2015 on 10
selected primary health service in East Jakarta. Subjects were obtained using
consecutive sampling method. A total of 63 pregnant subjects had met the study
criteria. Data were collected through interviews including age, gestation age, parity,
tobacco exposure, household income, maternal education, zinc intake, protein
intake, iron intake, and copper intake. Anthropometry measurements to assess the
nutritional status and laboratory examination i.e blood levels of maternal and
cordblood zinc. Mean age was 27.63 ± 4.96 years and majority of the subjects were
high-educated and well-income. Intake of zinc showed 98.4% of the subjects were
less than recommended dietary allowances (RDA). Median of serum maternal zinc
levels was 53.95 (27.97 ? 74.93) μg/dL, while 82.5% the of subjects were
categorized as adequate zinc levels. Median of serum cordblood zinc levels was
84.92 (56.95 ? 155.86) μg/dL. No significant correlation was found between serum
maternal and cordblood zinc (r=0.04, p=0.78) with the ratio between serum

"Yue Minjun (岳敏君) dikenal sebagai seorang seniman bergaya Wan Shi Shixian Zhuyi 玩世实现主义 (Cynical Realism), dalam karyanya ia banyak melukiskan berbagai realitas sosial dengan gayanya yang jenaka serta menyindir. Pada artikel ini akan dibahas mengenai lima lukisan karya Yue Minjun dari seri lukisan Shaxiao Xilie 傻笑系列 (Silly Laughter). Sumber data utama penelitian ini
adalah lima lukisan berseri Shaxiao Xilie. Melalui pengamatan terhadap simbol-simbol yang terbaca dalam ke-5 lukisan ini terungkap makna-makna simbolis dari objek lukisan. Temuan-temuan dalam penelitian ini membuka wawasan tentang pandangan Yue Minjun terhadap Cina masa kini maupun masa lampau.

Yue Minjun (岳敏君) is known as a Wan Shi Shixian Zhuyi 玩世实现主义 (Cynical Realism) artist.
His works portrayed about social realism that wrapped with funny and cynical style. This article will only focus on five of Yue Minjun's paintings on Shaxiao Xilie 傻笑系列 (Silly Laughter) series, as the primary source of this study. The analysis of the symbols that are legible in these five paintings unfolds the symbolic meanings from the painting objects. "ABSTRAK
Latar Belakang: Malnutrisi terjadi pada 80 karsinoma gaster. Pasien kanker yang menjalani pembedahan memerlukan dukungan nutrisi perioperatif dengan tujuan meningkatkan status gizi, mengurangi sensitivitas insulin dan menurunkan proses katabolisme. Metode: Pasien serial kasus adalah perempuan dengan rentang usia 28-74 tahun dengan diagnosis karsinoma gaster stadium lanjut. Terapi medik gizi prabedah diberikan dalam bentuk nutrisi oral dan enteral untuk mendukung kecukupan status gizi. Enam jam menjelang pembedahan, tiga pasien mendapatkan nutrisi parenteral formula glukosa asam amino dengan kandungan 15 g protein dan 37,5 g asam amino, sedangkan satu pasien dengan penyakit penyerta diabetes melitus tipe 2 mendapatkan nutrisi berupa cairan glukosa 50 g. Hasil: Pasien diberikan nutrisi enteral dini 2-30 jam pascabedah gastrektomi disertai dengan dukungan nutrisi parenteral. Hanya satu pasien mengalami kenaikan glukosa darah pascabedah hari pertama, namun glukosa darah terkontrol dengan pemberian insulin. Klinis dan penyembuhan luka pascabedah baik, pasien mendapatkan nutrisi oral pada 3 ndash; 7 hari pascabedah. Kesimpulan: Terapi medik gizi perioperatif pada karsinoma gaster memberikan hasil yang baik pada outcome bedah.

Objective Almost 80 gastric carcinoma patients was malnourished. Perioperative nutrition aims to support nutrition status, reduce insulin resistance and lower hypercatabolic state. Methods Four patients in this case series were female, age ranged 28-74 years with end stage gastric carcinoma. Preoperative nutrition was given by oral and enteral to support nutrition status. Six hours prior to surgery, patients were given preoperative nutrition glucose amino acid formula in three patients and dextrose formula in one patient. Glucose amino acid formula contains 15 g protein and 37,5 g amino acid, while dextrose formula contains 50 g glucose. Results All of patients have early enteral nutrition within 2 ndash 30 hours postoperative. Only one patient have risen blood glucose level, but had been controlled by administer insulin. Postoperative wound healing were good, the patients have oral nutrition within 3 ndash 7 days postoperative. Conclusion Perioperative nutrition supports good clinical outcomes in gastric carcinoma patients."

"Penelitian mengenai kondisi master negatif mikrofilm telah dilakukan di Perpustakaan Nasional Republik Indonesia, Jakarta pada bulan Juni 2004. Tujuan diadakannya penelitian ini, adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari kondisi ruang penyimpanan terhadap tingkat deteriorasi master negatif mikofilm yang disimpan, diukur dari tingkat kerusakan yang timbul dan dikaitkan dengan kondisi ruang penyimpanan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan staf Perpustakaan Nasional Republik Indonesia. Observasi dilakukan pada master negatif mikrofilm dan ruang penyimpanan master negatif mikrofilm. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa 251 buah (56%) master negatif mikrofilm dari keseluruhan sampel yaitu 448 buah, telah mengalami deteriorasi, Ruang penyimpanan master negatif mikrofilm di Perpustakaan Nasional Universitas Indonesia belum sesuai dengan standar internasional yaitu AS 3674. Kondisi ruang penyimpanan terkait erat dengan terjadinya deteriorasi pada master negatif mikrofilm, semakin baik kondisi ruang penyimpanan master negatif mikrofilm, kemungkinan terjadinya deteriorasi akan semakin menurun."

"Bakteri asam laktat (BAL) disebut food grade microorganism atau dikenal sebagai mikroorganisme yang generally recognized as safe (GRAS) yaitu mikroorganisme yang tidak berisiko terhadap kesehatan. BAL penting pada industri produk susu, sebab BAL digunakan sebagai zat pengasam pada susu. Yoghurt merupakan salah satu produk susu yang menggunakan bakteri asam laktat untuk fermentasi. Hampir semua produk susu ini mengklaim bahwa produk mereka mengandung kultur hidup probiotik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi ulang 6 isolat BAL yang telah diisolasi sebelumnya dari berbagai minuman susu menggunakan teknik molekular dengan melakukan teknik PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) dan sekuensing DNA menggunakan primer oligonukleotida. Primer-primer 16S rDNA yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah spesifik dengan bakteri asam laktat seperti yang telah dilaporkan dalam beberapa penelitian. Enam isolat yang ditumbuhkan kembali pada medium agar MRS yang kemudian diinokulasi ke dalam medium MRS cair untuk dilakukan ekstraksi DNA. Genomic DNA diperoleh dari 5 isolat BAL yang digunakan sebagai cetakan dalam PCR, sementara Leuconostoc mesenteroides TISTR 120 adalah kontrol positif. Hasil yang diperoleh hanya 1 amplikon berhasil diidentifikasi, namun bukan termasuk BAL, yaitu Staphylococcus saprophyticus.

Lactic acid bacteria (LAB) are food grade microorganism or known as microorganism that possess generally recognized as safe (GRAS). LAB are important in dairy product industry, because they have been used as an acid substance in milk. Yoghurt is one of the dairy product that uses LAB for fermentation. Almost all of this dairy product claim that they contain living culture of probiotics in their product. The aim of this study was to identify six isolates of LAB isolated previously from various dairy product samples by molecular technique performing Polymerase Chain Reaction and DNA sequencing using 16S rDNA oligonucleotide primers. The 16S rDNA primers used in this study is highly specific for lactic acid bacteria as reported in several studies. Six isolates of LAB were choosen to be reconfirmed compare to previous study. LAB were grown on de Man Rogosa Sharpe agar medium and were subsequently inoculated into MRS broth for DNA extraction. Genomic DNA obtained from 5 LAB isolates were used as tempelate in PCR whereas Leuconostoc mesenteroides TISTR 120 was the positive control. Result revealed that only one amplicon was identified succesfully, but not the member of LAB, however, i.e Staphylococcus saprophyticus."
