"Salah satu aspek yang harus diterapkan oleh pasien hipertensi untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidupnya adalah perilaku hidup sehat. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi gambaran perilaku hidup sehat pasien hipertensi rawat jalan di Puskesmas X Kota Depok. Desain penelitian ini adalah deskriptif sederhana dengan pendekatan potong lintang cross sectional menggunakan sampel 84 pasien hipertensi rawat jalan di Puskesmas Kota Depok yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data gambaran perilaku hidup sehat pasien hipertensi didapatkan dari hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan instrumen perilaku hidup sehat hipertensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 40 responden (47,6%) sudah menerapkan perilaku hidup sehat dengan baik, sedangkan 44 responden (52,4% )masih tergolong memiliki perilaku hidup sehat yang buruk Data tersebut menunjukkan bahwa lebih banyak pasien hipertensi yang memiliki perilaku hidup sehat yang buruk. Diharapkan adanya peningkatan program promosi kesehatan yang lebih komprehensif bagi pasien hipertensi untuk meningkatkan perilaku hidup sehatnya.

Health behavior is very important to be applicated by hypertension patients in order to increase their quality of life. This study aims to identify the health behaviors among the hypertension outpatients in X local health community center in Depok. This study used cross sectional design recruited 84 samples hypertension outpatients by purposive sampling technique. This study identified the patient rsquo s health behaviors using the questionnaire "health behaviors of hypertension". The result showed that 47,6% samples performed their health behaviors well, and 52,4% did not perform properly. That data showed that the majority of patients have had inproper health behaviors. In conclusion, the improvement of health promotion programs is needed in order to increase the quality of health behaviors among hypertension patients. "

HDRsituasional dapat disebabkan oleh masalah kesehatan fisik, misalnya osteoartritis. Osteoartritismenyebabkan keterbatasan gerak pada penderitanya, sehingga dapat mempengaruhi performaperan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Tujuan dari penulisan KIAN ini adalahmemaparkan asuhan keperawatan harga diri rendah situasional pada klien yang mengalamiosteoartritis. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa berpikir positif dan latihan kemampuanpositif dapat meningkatkan motivasi klien untuk kembali berkarya.
