"Sastra fantastik merupakan genre sastra yang banyak disukai masyarakat, dari mulai anak- anak hingga orang dewasa. Ceritanya yang tidak membosankan serta memiliki ciri khas tentang hal-hal yang berbau magis dan supranatural membuat sastra fantastik menjadi genre sastra yang tak lekang oleh waktu. Salah satu cerita fantastik yang dari dulu hingga kini masih dibaca oleh banyak orang adalah cerita fantastik berjudul KONRAD ODER DAS KIND AUS DER KONSERVENBÜCHSE karya Christine Nöstlinger. Hasil analisis novel fantastik ini menunjukkan bahwa novel tersebut menampilkan ciri-ciri fantastik dalam wujud sang tokoh utama yang bernama Konrad, yang terlahir dari kaleng dengan karakter yang telah diatur dari pabrik.

Literature fantastic is a genre of literature that many people preferred, ranging from children to adults. The story is not boring and has distinctive features about the things that related to magic and the supernatural, that makes fantastic literature into a genre of literature that is timeless. One of the fantastic story that is still read by many people until now is a fantastic story entitled KONRAD ODER DAS KIND AUS DER KONSERVENBÜCHSE by Christine Nöstlinger. The results of this fantastic novel analysis showed that the novel traits fantastic show in the form of the main character named Konrad, who was born out of a can with a character that has been preset at the factory."

"Tesis ini menganalisis bagaimana hukum agraria nasional mengatur mengenai praktek jual beli dan tukar menukar hak atas tanah dan bagaimana pertimbangan hakim dalam menilai keabsahan peralihan hak atas tanah yang dilakukan secara di bawah tangan pada perkara dalam putusan Mahkamah Agung Republik Indonesia No. 98 K/Pdt/2016, tanggal 5 Oktober 2016. Penelitian ini masuk ranah penelitian hukum normatif atau kepustakaan dengan menggunakan sumber data berupa data sekunder. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menyimpulkan bahwa jual beli dan tukar menukar merupakan dua perbuatan hukum yang berbeda namun bertujuan sama yaitu untuk memindahkan hak atas tanah. Jual beli dan tukar menukar berlandaskan pada hukum adat sehingga bersifat terang dan tunai. Peralihan hak yang terjadi dengan jual beli maupun tukar menukar hanya dapat didaftarkan pada Kantor Pertanahan apabila dibuktikan dengan akta yang dibuat oleh PPAT. Peralihan hak atas tanah yang dilakukan secara di bawah tangan adalah sah sepanjang memenuhi syarat materii, namun tidak dapat didaftarkan pada Kantor Pertanahan karena tidak memenuhi ketentuan Pasal 37 ayat (1) Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 24 tahun 1997 Tentang Pendaftaran Tanah.

This thesis analyzes how national agrarian law regulates the practice of sale and purchase and exchange of land rights and how were the judge considerations in assessing the legitimacy of privately-made transfer of land rights in Jurisprudence No. 98 K/Pdt/2016, dated October 5, 2016 of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia. This study includes in the domain of normative legal study or bibliography study by using secondary data sources.

Results of the study concluded that sale and purchase and exchange are two different legal actions but having similar objective, transferring the rights on land. Sale and purchase and exchange of rights are based on customary law so it is clear and cash. Transfer of rights in the form of the sale and purchase or exchange of rights can only be registered with the Land Office if it is made before a Land Deed Title Officer. Privately-made transfer of land rights is legitimate providing that meeting the material requirements, it is however cannot be registered with the Land Office as it does not meet the provisions of Article 37 Paragraph (1) of Government Regulation No. 24 of 1997 on Registration of Land.
