Abstrak :
Tujuan program intervensi ini adalah meningkatkan perilaku membuang sampah yang benar pada murid SMPN 05 Tambun Selatan dalam rangka menjaga kebersihan lingkungan sekolah. Social Norms Theory merupakan teori yang digunakan oleh peneliti. Hasil baseline study menunjukkan variabel norma injungtif yang paling signifikan mempengaruhi perilaku membuang sampah pada murid SMPN 05 Tambun Selatan (B =0,024,p<0.05). Intervensi yang dilakukan melalui workshop dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan appreciative inquiry. Partisipan dalam intervensi ini adalah murid SMPN 05 Tambun Selatan, sejumlah 11 orang partisipan yang dilakukan selama 2 (dua) hari selama + perhari dilokasi SMPN 05 Tambun Selatan. Pengukuran dampak intervensi dilakukan dengan uji pre-test dan post-test dengan Uji Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test merupakan salah satu jenis tes non-parametrik, menunjukkan adanya perubahan perilaku (nilai 0.004, p<0.05), membuktikan bahwa program intervensi peningkatan perilaku membuangsampah yang benar pada tempatnya melalu iappreciative inquiry memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap meningkatnya perilaku membuang sampah yang benar pada tempatnya diterima. ...... The purpose of the intervention program is improving the good behavior of Public Junior High School 05 South Tambun to littering the rubbish into the dustbin in order to maintain the cleanliness of the school environment. The theory that is used by the researcher is Social Norms Theory. The results of the baseline study showed that The injunctive variable is the most significant norms which influence the students behavior of Public Junior High School 05 South Tambun to littering the rubbish (B = 0.024, p <0.05). The interventions were performed using workshops by Appreciative Inquiry approach. The Participants role in this intervention are the male and female students of Public Junior High School 05 South Tambun, however, there are 11 participants of Public Junior High School 05 South Tambun per day who were participate over two (2) days. For measuring the impact of interventions conducted by pre and post-test using Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test , it is one type of test non-parametric that indicate the changes of behavior (value 0.004, p <0.05), it proved that the intervention program improved the behavior of littering rubbish into the dustbin through Appreciative inquiry provides a significant impact on increasing behavioral to littering rubbish.
