Abstrak :
Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis perbedaan implementasi asas good governance dalam pengelolaan PNBP saat dana dekonsentrasi masih dialokasikan dan setelah dana dekonsentrasi dihapuskan, serta untuk menganalisis perbedaan tersebut terhadap optimalisasi PNBP di sektor pertambangan umum. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis dengan deskriptif kualitatif untuk menjelaskan perbedaan implementasi good governance berdasarkan Pedoman Good Public Governance yang diterbitkan oleh Komite Nasional Kebijakan Governance (KNKG). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya penurunan partisipasi dan budaya hukum pada pengelolaan PNBP, dan asas yang lain, yaitu transparansi, akuntabilitas, serta kewajaran dan kesetaraan cenderung tidak terlalu terpengaruh. Adanya penghapusan dana dekonsentrasi juga berdampak negatif terhadap tujuan pemerintah untuk mencapai optimalisasi PNBP. Untuk mengoptimalkan penerimaan PNBP perlu memaksimalkan peran Inspektorat Jenderal untuk melaksanakan pengawasan, koordinasi yang lebih aktif antara pemerintah pusat dengan pemerintah daerah, evaluasi PNBP yang dilaksanakan oleh seluruh instansi pengelola PNBP, pemberlakuan sistem dan punishment terhadap kewajiban pelaporan PNBP, menyusun Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) pengelolaan PNBP. ......This study aimed to analyze the differences in implementation of good governance in the management of non-tax revenues when deconcentration fund is allocated and after the deconcentration fund is abolished, as well as to analyze the impact to optimization of non-tax revenues in the mining sector. This research uses descriptive method with qualitative analyze to explain the differences in the implementation of good governance based on the Guidelines for Good Public Governance published by Komite Nasional Kebijakan Governance (KNKG). The results showed a decrease in participation and law enforcement in the management of non-tax revenues, and other principles are transparency, accountability, and equality and fairness are likely to be less affected. The abolition of deconcentration fund may negatively impact the government's goal to achieve the optimization of non-tax revenues. To optimize the non-tax revenues, need to maximize the role of Inspectorate General to conduct surveillance, more active coordination between central and local governments, management of non-tax revenue evaluating report provided by all agencies, implementation of reward and punishmnet system to the obligation of reporting of non-tax revenue, and compiling Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) management of non-tax revenue.

Dengan perkembangan Information and Communication Technologies ICT yang sangat pesat di Indonesia, terjadi perkembangan upaya Customer Relationship Management yang efektif dalam menjaga persaingan dengan kompetitor dan juga terdapat perubahan pola kebiasaan masyarakat dalam mengakses informasi yang menciptakan pasar dan peluang baru di era digital. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalis pengaruh program Customer Relationship Management, khususnya VIRA, terhadap kepercayaan dan loyalitas organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori komunikasi organisasi, komunikasi eksternal, Customer Relationship Management, kepercayaan nasabah, loyalitas nasabah dan computer mediated communication CMC sebagai dasar penelitian. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan analisis pengaruh atau regresi dengan menganalisis antara Customer Relationship Management dan kepercayaan nasabah serta menganalisis antara Customer Relationship Management dan loyalitas nasabah. The purpose of research in general is to analyze the influence of Customer Relationship Management program, especially VIRA, to Trust and Loyalty organization. This study uses the theory of organizational communication, external communication, Customer Relationship Management, customer Trust, customer Loyalty and computer mediated communication CMC . The method used in this study is the method of influence or regression analysis by analyzing between Customer Relationship Management and customer Trust and analyze between Customer Relationship Management and customer Loyalty. The results show that Customer Relationship Management strategy can influence customer Trust and Loyalty.

Abstrak :
Pengaruh medan listrik terhadap sel kanker ada dua macam yaitu menghambat pertumbuhan tumor dan menghancurkan sel kanker yang sedang mengalami pembelahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan Electro Capacitive Cancer Treatment (ECCT) vest tipe A dan tipe B dengan frekuensi 50 - 500 KHz dari sumber arus listrik bolak-balik dengan tegangan 2,4 ? 3 V. Pemberian medan listrik dilakukan secara in vivo selama 16 jam secara kumulatif terhadap pasien bersel kanker payudara stadium II dengan atau tanpa metastase ke axilla dengan posisi sel kanker di lima kuadran yang berbeda pada payudara, yaitu medial superior, medial inferior, central, lateral superior dan lateral inferior. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa alat terapi Electro Capacitive Cancer Treatment sangat efektif untuk menghambat pembelahan sel kanker dan membunuh sel kanker yang terletak pada kuadran lateral superior.

Abstract
The influence of an electric field of cancer cell there are two kinds of which inhibits tumor growth and destroy cancer cells that are undergoing fission. This research uses Electro Capacitive Cancer Treatment (ECCT) vest type A and type B with frequency of 50 - 500 KHz of the electric current source back and forth with voltage 2,4 - 3 volt. Award of the electrical field conducted in in vivo for 16 hours cumulatively on patients with breast cancer-celled ferocity stadium level II with or without metastase to the axilla to the position of cancer cells in five different quadrants of breast medial superior, inferior, medial, central, lateral superior and inferior lateral. The results showed that Electric therapy very effective Capacitive Cancer Treatment to inhibit cell division and cancer kill cancer cells that are located on the superior lateral quadrant.
