ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi produk reaksi oksidasi kopling dari senyawa cis-isoeugenol 78% dan trans-isoeugenol 94% dengan katalis peroksidase dari Raphanus sativus L. Peroksidase hasil isolasi dari Raphanus sativus L. yang digunakan memiliki aktivitas sebesar 33,3063 U/mg protein. Identifikasi terbentuknya produk dilakukan secara kualitatif dengan menggunakan kromatografi lapis tipis (KLT). Hasil analisa menggunakan instrumen spektrofotometer UV-Vis, FTIR, dan GC-MS menunjukkan bahwa produk reaksi oksidasi kopling dari trans-isoeugenol dan cis-isoeugenol yang terbentuk merupakan senyawa dimer dengan posisi penggabungan 8-5’. Senyawa dimer ini lebih dikenal dengan nama dehidrodiisoeugenol.

ABSTRACT
The aim of this study was to identify the product reaction of coupling oxidation from 94% trans-isoeugenol and 78% cis-isoeugenol which catalized by peroxidase from Raphanus Sativus L. Spesific activity of peroxidase isolated from Raphanus Sativus L. was 33,3063 U/mg protein. Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC) used to identify the product formation qualitatively. The measurement results using instrument UV-Vis spectrophotometer, FTIR, and GC-MS showed that oxidative coupling reaction products of cis-isoeugenol and trans-isoeugenol are dimer formed by coupling the position 8-5 '. The dimer known as dehidrodiisoeugenol.

ABSTRAK Ibu pasca bedah sesar dapat mengalami postpartum blues karena tidak mampu mengontrol terhadap perubahan fisik maupun psikologis selama masa nifas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas paket pendidikan kesehatan dan teknik relaksasi terhadap kejadian postpartum blues pada ibu pasca bedah sesar. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain quasi eksperimen. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan konsekutif pada 60 responden yang terbagi dalam kelompok kontrol dan intervensi. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa kuesioner postpartum blues. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada perbedaan yang signifikan kejadian postpartum blues sebelum dan setelah intervensi pada kelompok intervensi p 0 000 paket efektif 16 kali menurunkan kejadian postpartum blues setelah dikontrol oleh faktor pendidikan OR 16 2 CI 95 3 212 81 698. Paket pendidikan kesehatan dan teknik relaksasi efektif menurunkan kejadian postpartum blues dan direkomendasikan di pelayanan kesehatan untuk meningkatkan kesehatan ibu pasca bedah sesar.

ABSTRACT Post caesarean mothers may experience postpartum blues because they are unable to control their physical and psychological changes during postpartum period. This study aimed to measure the effectiveness of the health education package and the relaxation techniques against the incidence of postpartum blues in post caesarean mothers. This study applied a quasi experimental design. The samples were 60 respondents divided into a control and an intervention groups selected by consecutive sampling. The instrument was the postpartum blues questionnaire. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the incidence of postpartum blues before and after the intervention in the intervention group p 0 000. The intervention package was 16 times more effective to decrease the incidence of postpartum blues after being controlled by the education factor OR 16 2 95 CI 3 212 81 698. The health education package and the relaxation techniques were effectively reduced the incidence of postpartum blues and recommended in health care to improve the health of post caesarean mothers.

Upaya untuk menurunkan AKI di Indonesia adalah menjamin setiap ibu mampu mengakses pelayanan kesehatan ibu yang berkualitas. Pada kondisi ibu dan janin dalam keadaan berisiko maka dilakukan tindakan bedah sesar untuk mencegah bahaya pada ibu dan bayi. Persalinan bedah sesar pada primipara memberikan efek baik fisik maupun psikologis. Peran ners spesialis keperawatan maternitas sebagai pemberi perawatan, pendidik, konselor, koordinator, advocate, agen pembaharu, peneliti, kolaborator sangat diperlukan dalam membantu pasien mengurangi efek yang terjadi. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran tentang pelaksanaan praktik residensi Ners Spesialis keperawatan maternitas dengan berfokus pada aplikasi teori Self Care Orem dan Comfort Kolcaba pada ibu pasca bedah sesar primipara. Aplikasi teori ini telah membantu pasien memperoleh kenyamanan, menurunkan nyeri dan meningkatkan kemandirian pasien pasca bedah sesar melakukan perawatan diri dan bayi baru lahir. ...... On the condition of mother and fetus in risky circumstances, the action is taken of cesarean section to prevent harm mother and baby. Cesarean section delivery in primiparous provide both physical and psychological effects. The role of specialist nurses nursing maternity as a caregiver, educator, counselor, coordinator, advocate, agent reformer, researchers, collaborators is indispensable in helping patients reduce their effect. The objective of this paper is to provide an overview of the implementation of specialist nurses practice nursing residency maternity by focusing on the application of the theory of Orem Self Care and Comfort Kolcaba maternal post cesarean section primiparas. Application of this theory has helped patients receive comfort and independence of postoperative cesarean perform self care and newborn.
