Abstrak :
Penelitian ini dilakukan pada proyek Packing Plant PT.Semen dimana terjadi deviasi progress. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memperoleh perbandingan waktu dan biaya akhir jika melakukan tindakan korektif dengan tanpa tindakan korektif. menggunakan metoda Earned Value Management (EVM) untuk mengukur waktu dan biaya akhir dan metoda Crashing sebagai pengendali waktu dan biaya menggunakan penambahan jam kerja sebagai alternatif pengendalianya. Hasil pengukuran dengan metoda Earned Value Management terjadi penyimpangan durasi dari 412 hari menjadi 499 hari dengan biaya akibat denda penalti perhari adalah Rp 74.861.670.482,00, setelah menerapkan metoda Crashing durasi menjadi 474 hari dan biaya menjadi Rp. 73.291.760.982,00, sehingga dapat disimpulkan perusahaan dapat menghemat biaya sebesar Rp.1.569.909.500,00.
