Abstrak :
Minyak biji anggur (Vitis vinifera L.) memiliki kandungan asam linoleat tinggi yang dapat bermanfaat untuk menjaga kelembapan dan kesehatan kulit. Kemampuan asam linoleat dalam menjaga kelembapan dan kesehatan kulit ini dapat digunakan sebagai zat aktif dalam sediaan kosmetik. Namun, asam linoleat mudah teroksidasi sehingga membatasi penyimpanan serta penanganannya dalam sediaan kosmetik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memformulasikan minyak biji anggur ke dalam bentuk padat melalui teknik mikroenkapsulasi untuk meningkatkan stabilitas dan membuat sediaan gel dengan mikrokapsul minyak biji anggur sebagai sediaan pelembap kulit. Mikrokapsul minyak biji anggur dibuat dengan metode penguapan pelarut menggunakan penyalut etilselulosa yang bersifat hidrofobik. Minyak biji anggur diformulasikan dengan perbandingan minyak dan polimer 1:1, 1:2, 1:3 dan 1:4 berdasarkan perbedaan jumlah antara zat aktif dan polimer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa F4 adalah formula terbaik dengan nilai efisiensi penjerapan 75,10% sehingga digunakan pada formulasi sediaan gel untuk sediaan pelembap kulit. Dari hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa mikroenkapsulasi menggunakan penyalut etilselulosa melalui metode penguapan pelarut dapat mengubah minyak biji anggur cair menjadi bentuk padat dan meningkatkan kestabilannya sehingga dapat dimasukkan ke dalam sediaan gel sebagai suatu sediaan kosmetik yang menarik untuk pelembap kulit. ...... Grape seed oil (Vitis vinifera L.) has a high linoleic acid content which can be used as moisturizer and skin health. The ability of linoleic acid as moisturizer and skin health can be utilized as an active ingredient in cosmetic products. However, linoleic acid is easily oxidized, it gives an effect to limited the storage conditions and application in cosmetic products. The aims of this research were to formulate grape seed oil into a solid form through the microencapsulation technique to improve the stability, as well as formulate the gel containing grape seed oil microcapsules as skin moisturizer product. Grape seed oil microcapsules were prepared by solvent evaporation method using ethylcellulose as coating polymer. The grape seed oil was formulated with ethylcellulose in the ratio of 1:1, 1:2, 1:3 and 1:4 based on the amount of oil and polymer ratio. The F4 microcapsules was incorporated into gel dosage form, since the F4 microcapsules had the highest entrapment efficiency (75,10%). The results revealed that microencapsulation technique by solvent evaporation method using ethylcellulose as a coating polymer could change grape seed oil in liquid form to solid forms. Furthermore, the microcapsules of grape seed oil might enhance the stability of linoleic acid. Therefore, they could be incorporated into gel formulation to be an interesting cosmetic product for skin moisturizer.;

Rangkaian upaya pembangunan di bidang kesehatan telah maju ke arah keterpaduan bagi seluruh masyarakat yang mencakup promotif, preventif, kuratif dan rehabilitatif yang bersifat menyeluruh terpadu dan berkesinambungan. Salah satu usaha dalam pembangunan kesehatan adalah melalui peningkatan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan diantaranya adalah apotek. Pelaksanaan Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker PKPA di Apotek Prima Sehat merupakan salah satu sarana bagi calon Apoteker mendapatkan ilmu serta pengetahuan secara mendalam tentang penerapan standar pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek. Calon apoteker diharapkan dapat mengerti peranan, tugas dan tanggung jawab Apoteker dalam pengelolaan apotek serta melakukan praktek pelayanan kefarmasian sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan dan etika yang berlaku. Selain itu, calon apoteker diharapkan memiliki pengetahuan dan pengalaman praktis dan memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktek kefarmasian. Calon Apoteker juga diberikan tugas khusus yang berjudul ldquo;Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Rumah Home Pharmacy Care Obat Amlodipin rdquo;. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan agar calon apoteker dapat mampu memahami peran Apoteker dalam pelayanan kefarmasian di rumah Home Pharmacy Care untuk mencapai keberhasilan terapi pasien dan meningkatkan kompetensi apoteker dalam melakukan pelayanan kefarmasian.

The series of development efforts in the health sector have progressed towards the integration of the whole society which includes promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative programs. One of them are through the improvement of health care facilities such as pharmacies. Internship program at Prima Sehat Pharmacy was one of the tools for students to gain deep knowledge about the application the standard of pharmacy services. The students are expected to understand about the role, duties and responsibilities of pharmacist in pharmacy management as well as perform pharmacy service practices in accordance with applicable laws and ethics. Other than that, the students are ecpected to have practical knowledge and experience with a clear picture of the pharmacy practical problems. Student was also given a special assignment entitled ldquo Home Pharmacy Care of Amlodipin Drug rdquo . This special assignment was aim to student to understand the role of pharmacist in home pharmacy care services to achieve the goal of patient therapy and increase the competence of pharmacist in performing pharmacy practical services.

Industri farmasi memiliki peranan penting dalam pelayanan kesehatan terkait dengan produk obat yang dihasilkannya. Industri farmasi berkewajiban menjamin bahwa obat yang dihasilkan harus memiliki khasiat, keamanan dan kualitas yang memenuhi standar yang telah ditetapkan yaitu Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik CPOB . Pemerintah dan industri farmasi bertanggung jawab dalam proses pembuatan obat dengan penerapan CPOB yang dilakukan secara konsisten agar obat yang di hasilkan memiliki kualitas yang baik dan melindungi konsumen. Pelaksanaan Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker PKPA di PT. AstraZeneca Indonesia merupakan salah satu sarana bagi calon Apoteker mendapatkan ilmu serta pengetahuan secara mendalam tentang penerapan CPOB pada industri farmasi. Calon apoteker diharapkan dapat mengerti peranan, tugas dan tanggung jawab Apoteker di Industri Farmasi. Selain itu, calon apoteker diharapkan memiliki pengetahuan dan pengalaman praktis serta memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Industri Farmasi. Calon Apoteker juga diberikan tugas khusus yang berjudul ldquo;Commissioning Testing Alat Thermohygrometer untuk Area Cool Warehouse rdquo;. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan agar calon apoteker dapat mempelajari proses penyiapan dan penyusunan dokumen serta melakukan pengujian commissioning alat Thermohygrometer sebagai rangkaian proses kualifikasi alat di PT. AstraZeneca Indonesia.

ABSTRACT
The pharmaceutical industry has an important role in the health services related with the resulting drug products. The pharmaceutical industry is obliged to guarantee the resulting drug product must have efficacy, safety and quality according to the established standard i.e. Good Manufacturing Product GMP . The government and the pharmaceutical industry are responsible in the drug production process with the application of GMP must be consistently implement in order to produced the drug with good quality and protect the customers. Internship program at PT. AstraZeneca Indonesia was one of the tools for students to gain deep knowledge about the application of GMP in pharmaceutical industry. The students are expected to understand about the role, duties and responsibilities of pharmacist in the pharmaceutical industry. Other than that, the students are ecpected to have practical knowledge and experience with a clear picture of the pharmaceutical work problems in the pharmaceutical industry. Student was also given a special assignment entitled ldquo Commissioning Testing of Thermohygrometer for Cool Warehouse Area rdquo . This special assignment was aim to student to study about the process of preparing up to compiling the document and performing the commissioning protocol of Thermohygrometer as a series of qualification process at PT. AstraZeneca Indonesia.

Direktorat Jenderal Kefarmasian dan Alat Kesehatan yang bertanggung jawab di bawah Kementerian Kesehatan RI melaksanakan peran dalam upaya peningkatan kesehatan melalui pelayanan kefarmasian. Peran apoteker diwujudkan melalui tugas dan fungsinya dalam penyusunan regulasi di bidang kefarmasian. Pelaksanaan Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker PKPA di Direktorat Jenderal Kefarmasian dan Alat Kesehatan merupakan salah satu sarana bagi calon Apoteker mengerti peranan, tugas dan tanggung jawab Apoteker di instansi pemerintahan. Selain itu, calon apoteker diharapkan memiliki pengetahuan dan pengalaman praktis serta memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di instansi pemerintahan. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan agar calon apoteker dapat mengetahui kesesuaian antara kegiatan penyusunan Formularium Obat dan Perbekalan Kesehatan pada Pelayanan Kesehatan Haji sebagai program kerja Subdirektorat Seleksi Obat dan Alat Kesehatan dengan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan RI No. 64 Tahun 2015 tentang Organisasi dan Tata Kerja Kementerian Kesehatan terkait tugas pokok dan fungsi Subdirektorat Seleksi Obat dan Alat Kesehatan Direktorat Pelayanan Kefarmasian.

Ministry of Health of the Republic Indonesia has an important presence in health development which is the formulation, determination and implementation of policies in the field of health. The Directorate General of Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices was responsible under the Ministry of Health of the Republic Indonesia take a role in the promotion of health through pharmaceutical services. The role of pharmacist is manifested through its duties and functions in the preparation of regulations in the field of pharmaceuticals. Internship program at Directorate General of Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices was one of the tools for students to to understand about the role, duties and responsibilities of pharmacist in the government instance. Other than that, the students are ecpected to have practical knowledge and experience with a clear picture of the pharmaceutical work problems in the government instance. Student was also given a special assignment entitled ldquo Work Program Assessment of Preparation of Formulary of Drug and Medical Supplies at Health Service of Hajj in Sub Directorate of Drug Selection and Medical Device Directorate of Pharmaceutical Services rdquo . This special assignment was aim to student to know the conformity between the preparation of Formulary Drugs and Health Supplies on Hajj Health Services as work program Sub directorate Selection of Drugs and Medical Devices with the Regulation of the Ministry of Health RI Number 64 Year 2015 with the title Organization and Working Procedure of the Ministry of Health concerning the main duties and functions of Sub directorate Selection of Drugs and Medical Devices Directorate of Pharmaceutical Services.
