"ABSTRAKPengkajian terhadap kebutuhan dasar masyarakat terdampak bencana yang tepat merupakan hal penting bagi pemerintah untuk dapat memberikan solusi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan kondisi di masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pemenuhan kebutuhan dasar masyarakat terdampak bencana di Desa Banyubiru secara holistik, yaitu berdasarkan aspek biologis, psikologis, sosiokultural, dan spiritual. Desain penelitian ini merupakan deskriptif analitik. Penelitian dilakukan pada 80 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik simple random sampling di Desa Banyubiru. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa distribusi data tidak normal, sehingga nilai median dijadikan sebagai cut-off point dengan hasil kebutuhan dasar masyarakat yang terpenuhi sebesar 52.5% atau lebih dari separuh masyarakat terpenuhi. Selanjutnya, penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi gambaran bagi perawat, pemerintah, maupun sektor lainnya yang terlibat agar lebih memerhatikan kebutuhan masyarakat terdampak bencana sesuai dengan karakteristiknya dalam rehabilitasi paska bencana.

ABSTRACT

Assessment of the basic needs of people affected by disasters is important for the government, as to be able to provide solutions that are appropriate to the needs and conditions in the community. This study aims to determine the level of fulfillment of the basic needs of people affected by disaster in Banyubiru Village holistically, based on biological, psychological, sociocultural, and spiritual aspects. The design of this research is descriptive analytic. The study was conducted on 80 respondents who were selected using simple random sampling technique in Banyubiru Village. The results of this study indicate that the data distribution is not normal, so that the median value is used as a cut-off point, in the end the results of the community's basic needs fulfilled by 52.5% or more than half of the community are fulfilled. Furthermore, this research is expected to be an illustration for the government, nurses, and other sectors that involved as to pay more attention to the needs of affected communities in accordance with their characteristics in post-disaster rehabilitation.
