Abstrak :
Seiring dengan meningkatnya konsumsi plastik setiap tahunnya kekhawatiran akan limbah yang ditimbulkan pula meningkat. Salah satu cara yang dilakukan untuk mengurangi sampah plastik adalah daur ulang. Produksi plastik di Indonesia tergolong tinggi namun tingkat daur ulang plastiknya masih rendah. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan daur ulang plastik adalah dengan menjaga nilai kemasan plastik pasca konsumsi setinggi mungkin. Berdasarkan paradigma konservasi nilai material, penggunaan warna, lem, tinta, dan perlakuan lainnya terhadap kemasan plastik kaku akan mempengaruhi nilainya. Desain kemasan plastik berdasarkan paradigma konservasi nilai material digunakan untuk memaksimalkan nilai kemasan plastik pasca konsumsi. Namun melalui pengamatan, sebagian besar minuman dengan kemasan plastik kaku yang beredar di pasaran tidak memenuhi kriteria konservasi nilai material. Dalam naskah ringkas ini, model penerimaan konsumen terhadap minuman dengan kemasan plastik kaku yang memenuhi kriteria konservasi nilai material dikembangkan untuk mendorong penerapan kemasan plastik kaku sesuai dengan paradigma konservasi nilai material. Hasil riset menunjukkan bahwa variabel environmental concern (EC), perceived behavioral concern (PBC), knowledge (K), dan packaging design (PD) memengaruhi penerimaan konsumen terhadap desain kemasan produk minuman ringan yang memenuhi kriteria konservasi nilai material secara signifikan. ......Increasing plastic consumption each year has led to growing concern over its waste. There are several ways that has been done in order to reduce plastic waste over the years and one of them is recycling. In Indonesia, plastic recycling rate is low despite the country's high plastic waste production. In order to increase plastic recycling rate, value of rigid plastic packaging post consumption must be maintained as high as possible. Based on material value conservation paradigm, the use of color, glue, ink, and other treatment toward rigid plastic packaging will affect its value. Plastic packaging design based on material value conservation paradigm is used to maximize value of post consumption plastic packaging. However, through observation, most of beverages with rigid plastic packaging in the market do not meet material value conservation criteria. In this thesis, customers’ acceptance model of beverages with rigid plastic packaging that fulfil material value conservation criteria is developed to encourage the implementation of rigid plastic packaging according to material value conservation paradigm. It can be concluded that environmental concern (EC), perceived behavioral concern (PBC), knowledge (K), and packaging design (PD) variables significantly affect consumer’s accceptance of rigid plastic design for soft drink products that meet the material value conservation criteria.

[Skripsi ini membahas mengenai ketentuan pelaksanaan backdoor listing sebagai upaya suatu PT untuk menjadi tercatat di bursa tanpa melakukan penawaran umum perdana melainkan melalui tindakan hukum penawaran umum terbatas oleh PT yang telah tercatat Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis normatif penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa walaupun saat ini tidak terdapat peraturan mengenai backdoor listing di Indonesia backdoor listing melalui penawaran umum terbatas terkadang dilakukan dan tidak bertentangan dengan peraturan pasar modal Indonesia Pada prinsipnya backdoor listing melalui penawaran umum terbatas merupakan bentuk perjanjian pembelian saham sehingga dengan mengacu pada Undang Undang Nomor 40 Tahun 2007 tentang Perseroan Terbatas Undang Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1995 tentang Pasar Modal dan prinsip prinsip hukum perjanjian backdoor listing melalui penawaran umum terbatas adalah sah dan dapat dilakukan di Indonesia Adapun pelaksanaan backdoor listing PT Permata Prima Energi melalui PUT I PT Toko Gunung Agung Tbk telah sesuai dengan peraturan pasar modal yang berlaku di Indonesia karena telah memenuhi antara lain Undang Undang Nomor 40 Tahun 2007 tentang Perseroan Terbatas Undang Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1995 tentang Pasar Modal dan Peraturan BAPEPAM Nomor IX D 1 tentang HMETD. ......This study discussed on the regulation of backdoor listing as a way to become a listed company without going through initial public offering but through a right issue action by another listed company By using legal normative method this study concluded even though there is no specific regulation on backdoor listing in Indonesia the backdoor listing through right issue action is not illegal. [Skripsi ini membahas tentang pengaruh situational involvement dan intensi pembelian melalui e-tailer studi kasus pada Bhinneka.com. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif konklusif dan single-cross sectional. Kuesioner disebar kepada responden yang pernah membeli dan menggunakan Bhinneka.com sejumlah 226 responden yang diambil menggunakan metode convenience sampling dan snowball sampling. Penelitian ini menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa situational involvement memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ekpektasi kepercayaan dan intensi pembelian melalui e-tailer studi kasus pada Bhinneka.com. Abstrak :
Diabetes mellitus atau biasa disebut sebagai diabetes adalah penyakit metabolik yang disebabkan oleh penderita memiliki kadar gula darah yang tinggi dan organ pankreas tidak dapat memproduksi hormon insulin secara efektif. Diabetes dapat mengakibatkan penyakit yang lebih parah seperti kebutaan, gagal ginjal, dan penyakit jantung. Oleh karena itu, pendeteksian sejak dini dibutuhkan agar pasien dapat mencegah penyakitnya sebelum menjadi lebih parah. Karena data medis biasanya berukuran besar dan tidak berdistribusi normal, beberapa peneliti menggunakan metode klasifikasi untuk memprediksi gejala penyakit atau mendiagnosa penyakit. Pada penelitian ini, digunakan algoritma Learning Vector Quantization (LVQ) untuk klasifikasi data set diabetes dengan seleksi fitur Chi-Square. Pada penelitian ini digunakan dua data set diabetes yaitu data set I dengan 8 fitur dan data set II dengan 19 fitur. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa untuk data set dengan 8 fitur, akurasi dan performa model tertinggi diperoleh ketika data set mengandung hampir seluruh fiturnya yaitu 7 fitur dengan akurasi sebesar 76,55%. Sedangkan untuk data set dengan 19 fitur, akurasi dan performa model tertinggi diperoleh ketika data set telah melewati proses seleksi fitur dengan menggunakan metode Chi-Square yaitu pada model dengan 10 fitur dengan akurasi sebesar 78,96%. ......Diabetes mellitus or commonly referred as diabetes is a metabolic disorder caused by high blood sugar level and the pancreas that does not produce insulin effectively. Diabetes can lead to more relentless disease such as blindness, kidney failure, and heart attacks. Therefore, early detection is needed in order for the patients to prevent the disease for being more severe. According to the non-normality and huge size of data in medical field, some researchers use classification methods to predict symptoms or diagnose patients. In this study, Learning Vector Quantization (LVQ) is used to classify the diabetes data set with Chi-Square Feature Selection. This study adopted two kinds of diabetes data set which are, data set I that contains 8 features and data set II that contains 19 features. The result of the experience shows that for data set I, the highest accuracy and model performance is achieved when the model contains most of its features which is the model that contains 7 features with 76,55% of accuracy. Moreover, for data set II, the highest accuracy and model performance is achieved when the model contains features that has been selected with the Chi-Square feature selection which is the model with 10 features and the accuracy achieved is 78,96%.

Abstrak :
Fenomena di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa adaptabilitas karier merupakan faktor yang menentukan keberhasilan mahasiswa strata 1 (S-1) dari Provinsi Papua dan Papua Barat dalam menyelesaikan pendidikannya. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh dukungan sosial yang dirasakan dari orang tua, teman dan dosen terhadap adaptabilitas karier melalui core self-evaluation pada mahasiswa S-1 dari Provinsi Papua dan Papua Barat. Responden penelitian adalah 176 mahasiswa S-1 dari Provinsi Papua dan Papua Barat yang menempuh pendidikan di beberapa wilayah di Indonesia, baik perguruan tinggi atau swasta. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi tiga macam skala yaitu Social Provision Scale, Core Self-Evaluation Scale dan Career Adapt-abilities Scale yang disebarkan dalam jaringan (online). Pengolahan data menggunakan macro PROCESS dari Hayes. Hasil uji menunjukkan bahwa core self-evaluation memediasi sebagian pengaruh dukungan dari orang tua (ab = 0,1105, p < 0,05), teman (ab = 0,1142, p < 0,05) dan dosen (ab = 0,1390, p < 0,05) terhadap adaptabilitas karier mahasiswa S-1 dari Provinsi Papua dan Papua Barat. Selanjutnya implikasi, limitasi dan saran untuk penelitian akan didiskusikan. ......The phenomenon in the field shows that career adaptability is a factor that determines the success of undergraduate students from Papua and West Papua Provinces in completing their education. Therefore, this study aims to examine the effect of perceived social support from parents, friends and lecturers on career adaptability through core self-evaluation among undergraduate students from Papua and West Papua Province. Research respondents were 176 undergraduate students from Papua and West Papua Province who studied in several regions in Indonesia, either public or private universities. The instruments used include three different scales, namely the Social Provision Scale, the Core Self-Evaluation Scale and the Career Adapt-abilities Scale. All scale are distributed online. Data processing uses the PROCESS macro from Hayes. The test results showed that the core self-evaluation partially mediated the influence of perceived social support form parents (ab = 0.1105, p <0.05), friends (ab = 0.1142, p <0.05) and lecturers (ab = 0.1390, p <0.05) on the career adaptability among undergraduate students from Papua and Papua Barat Provinces. Further implications, limitations and suggestions for research are discussed.
