Abstrak :
Skripsi ini membahas penyelenggaraan hubungan koordinasi antara Gubernur sebagai Wakil Pemerintah dan Bupati/Walikota di Provinsi Banten serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penyelenggaraan hubungan koordinasi tersebut. Penelitian dilakukan secara kualitatif dengan desain eksplanatif. Hasil penelitian menyatakan dalam penyelenggaraan hubungan koordinasi antara Gubernur sebagai Wakil Pemerintah dan Bupati/Walikota di Provinsi Banten mengalami beberapa hambatan namun tidak sampai menghambat jalannya kegiatan pemerintahan di Provinsi Banten. Hasil penelitian menyarankan perlu penyempurnaan legal framework yang mengatur hubungan kewenangan antara Gubernur sebagai Wakil Pemerintah dan Bupati/Walikota, perlunya perubahan sistem Recruitment Kepala Daerah, dan perlunya upaya untuk memperkuat hubungan interpersonal antara masing-masing Kepala Daerah. ......This thesis discussed the implementation of the relation of coordination between Governor as Government Representative and the Regents / Mayors in Banten Pprovincial Government and identified factors affecting the implementation of the relation of this coordination. Research is done in a qualitative manner with an explanative design. The results said that the relations of Governor as deputy coordination between the Government and the Regents / Mayors in Banten Provincial Government had some barriers but not to hinder the course of governmental activities in Banten Provincial Government. The results suggest the need for improvement legal framework which set the relationships authority between the Governor as Government Representative and the Regents/Mayors, the need for regional heads’s recruitment system change and the need for efforts to strengthen interpersonal relations between respective heads of the region.
